I was smiling and giggling like a 14-year-old who's crush had brought her chocolates and flowers. It's the same feeling.

Arya gave me a side eye but I didn't bother explaining to her, how should I explain to her that my husband has fulfilled my bucket list which I thought would never be fulfilled?

"Okay stop ketki you are scaring me with that expression of yours" Arya finally spoke, I shrugged my shoulders.

"Get a husband you'll know it" he huffed, crossing her arms. I know she doesn't like suspense but it is something between me and Rudra. I don't wanna tell her about our intimate moments.

"Come on Kat tell me," arya asked,

"Do you remember how I used to write a diary in college?" She nodded.

"I wrote a bucket wish list, remember how we both started laughing after reading that bucket wish list" Arya smiles.

"Yes, what about it?" I smiled wide,

"Somehow Rudra read it and he fulfilled all my wishes when I expected him to laugh at me" Arya clasped her hands together with a dreamy look.

"How lucky Kat," she hugged me, "I'm so happy for you baby" I smiled and hugged her back.

"Okay now stop, I have a lot of work" I spoke, pulling back from the hug. She chuckles, I look around people already giving us weird looks.

"Aryan is waiting outside to call him im making his favourite cupcake" These two are people of low EQ I don't know when they'll realise their feelings.

"Why should i? Just call him" Arya huffed crossing her arms.

"No, why should I call when he is just outside" arya sighed and walked out of the bakery.

"Fools" I shook my head and walked into the kitchen, my phone started ringing I looked at the caller ID and smiled.

I picked up the call,

On call:

Me: yes baby

Rudra: What are you doing?

Me: baking cupcakes.

Rudra: Can you come to the office?

Me: why?

Rudra: Just come chashni.

I hung up and took off the apron. I walked out of the kitchen, and Aryan stood up.

"Mam Sir had asked me to drop you" I nodded and looked at Arya.

"Arya please pack that cupcake for me i need to go Rudra's office" Arya nodded and quickly packed the Cupcakes.

She handed the package to me, I gave it to Aryan. "Here eat them later"

He smiled and took the package we both left to go to Rudra's office.

Soon we reached i got out of the car and went directly to the elevator to go to his cabin.

Sahil bowed to me. I smiled and walked in as he opened the door for me.

Rudra was busy in his file, his sleeves were rolled up revealing his Viney hands.

What is a girl's weakness?

It's a man wearing a black shirt with rolled-up sleeves.

Whenever he is focused he just looks damn hot.

"Done staring biwi?" I came out of my trance and cleared my throat.

"Yes," I walked towards his desk.

"Like what you see?" He raised an eyebrow, I know he was teasing me.

"Naah have seen better" I smirked. Two can play this game. His expression became stiff.

He held my hand and pulled me on his lap. My hands went on his chest.

"Chashni speak wisely or else you won't be able to handle the consequences of your words" he caressed my jaw.

He buried his face in my neck leaving wet kisses.

"R...rudra" his name came out as a moan as he sucked my sweet spot.

He let go when he was satisfied with his work. I glared at him.

"Rudra, what did you do? How am I supposed to go out with this mark?" I huffed.

He smiled showing his dimple, I poked his dimple. His smile is so contagious and im so lucky to see his genuine smile instead of the fake one he gives to other people.

"Let the world know you are mine so that the better stay off the limit cause better or not I'm only yours" he spoke in ha usky voice.

I pecked his lips, "why did you call me?"

He tightened his arms around me, "I was missing you so bad that if I hadn't seen you the next moment I would have lost my mind."

It's the same cheesy line but I will lie if I say my heart didn't flutter.

"Let's have lunch Mrs Chauhan then I'll take you to a place"

I nodded and he ordered lunch for us. After our lunch arrived we both ate in silence.

Rudra had a small meeting so we decided to go to the place he decided later.

I sat on the couch cause it was too hassle to go bakery and come back again looking at Mumbai's traffic.

I borrowed his laptop so that I could do a little editing for SM. Soon the clients arrived. She was a girl in her 30s most.

But the dress she wore ruined my mood. Is she here to meet or seduce my husband?

I shot daggers at her back, but I calmed myself cause it was his work I couldn't interrupt.

A meeting went by that girl. Sorry, the old woman tried small talk with rudra but my man simply ignored her and talked only when related to work.

As the meeting came to an end, her gaze finally landed on me. She looked at me up and down. Well, her look was nasty. But I decided to ignore her.

She looked at Rudra, "Mr Chauhan, how about we go for lunch?"

I looked at her, the way she was looking at Rudra. The meeting is over now there's no way I'll interrupt his work.

I stood up and walked towards Rudra sitting on his lap swiftly. "Hubby you said we have to go somewhere"

I shot a smug smile, her look was worth picturing. I looked at Rudra. He smiled mischievously, clearly knowing I was jealous.

He stood up carrying me in his arms. "I can't leave my wife waiting" he curtly nodded to the client and walked out of his cabin.

I glared at Rudra who helped me sit in the car, "Why are you glaring at me, baby?"

"You could have rejected her advances" He smiled and kissed my cheeks.

"Awww you are so cute" he squished my cheeks. And buckle the seatbelt for me.

He started the car driving to the destination.

"Where are we going?" I looked at him.

"Surprise biwi surprise" he continued driving while I looked out of the window.

We reached an under-construction site. I frowned as he opened the door for me.

"Why are we here?" I looked around and construction was still going on.

"Biwi you said you wanted to start an NGO for disabled people" I nodded.

"This is the school for disabled children who can't get proper education due to their disability. Here we'll provide them education and a place to live just like how you wanted."

I felt a lump in my throat, I just wished to start but this man already had started the work.

"Also my rose here I'll make a special kitchen where you can teach them how to bake"

I teared up, I couldn't control these damn tears. He looked at me worried and cupped my cheeks.

"What happened chashni? Did you not like the surprise?" I shook my head and wrapped my hand around his torso hugging him.

"Thank you, Rudra. Thank you so much. I just had an idea but you brought that idea to life" he kept his chin on my head and caressed my hair.

"Your wish is my command Chashni, all your dreams all your wishes I'll fulfill them" I smiled and looked at the under-construction site.

Soon this building will turn into a school my dream for disabled children to have their own safe space will come true only because of Rudra.

He held my hand and kissed my knuckle, "are you happy?"

"Very much" I smiled and we both stood in front of that building. Though we couldn't have kids of our own we would make lives of many children who need us.

Now the thought of not having kids doesn't scare me. I looked at rudra.

"Rudra I want to ask you something can you fulfill it?"

I invited everyone to my house, dada, baba, Devansh, Zoya Noor, zayn, arya, and aryan.

I wanted to give them the news. More like a decision that I took with rudra. I was glad he agreed with my decision.

They were all having dinner while talking about random things. It was a scene to watch. My family my happy family.

A year ago I was just happy on the surface to show my brother that I was alright but now im genuinely happy. I have people who love me and will stand by my side no matter what.

Yes, I lost my aai, but I found my mother in Veena Aunty Devansh's mother. Besides my family, my husband is my home.

We both lost our loved ones and were living a soulless life. But destiny brought us together. We both broke souls and we healed each other. The void in our heart we filled it with love.

After dinner everyone where sitting in the living room eating ice cream. I looked at rudra who gave me an assuring nod.

He held my hand and caressed my knuckles to calm my nerves.

I cleared my throat gaining everyone's attention. They looked at me I took a deep breath.

"I want to tell you all something" I gulped and looked at rudra.

"Me and rudra we both have decided to adopt a baby"

There it was I said it, everyone was quiet for a while but soon Dada got up and hugged me.

"I know my sunshine would take the right decision I'm so proud of you" I smiled my nerves were finally calmed.

"Really?" Dada nodded patting my head.

Zoya and Noor walked to me and hugged me, "I'm happy for you," Noor spoke.

Zayn and Devansh gave their good wishes to rudra. Everyone was happy.

I was on the terrace sitting on a swing, rudra put up a swing on our terrace too so that I could sit here and stargaze.

I felt a warm shawl on my shoulder i knew it was rudra. I smiled as he sat beside me.

"Are you happy?" He asked me, I nodded.

"Are you?" He kissed my cheeks, "very much"

We sat there in silence. Everyone around us made me happy.

I leaned on his shoulder, "Thank you rudra for giving me so much happiness"

I poked his dimple "Thank you chashni for being my sunshine, for being sweetness in my bitter life"

He kissed my forehead, "I LOVE YOU CHASHNI"

"I LOVE YOU TOO RUDRA"
