Professor Harris
I woke up to the aroma of breakfast filling the air. I had spent the night at Kamala's, and honestly, I didn't want to leave. The sheets still carried her scent, and the Howard T-shirt I had slept in smelled just like her.
Getting out of bed, I headed straight to the bathroom to brush my teeth. With no school today, I planned to go to the library and studyâfinals were just days away, and I needed a distraction-free environment.
As I returned to the bedroom, my phone buzzed. It was a message from Kamala, with a photo from last night attached. A smile instantly spread across my face.
Kamala ð¤ð¥¥: Good morning my beautiful baby. I hope you slept well. I took a picture of you last night since you looked so cute while you were sleeping. I love you and don't forget to study.
She's so thoughtful.
Allura: I love you even moree , I hope you have the best day today ð
I walked into the kitchen to find Maya preparing breakfast. She was dressed in a sleek black silk pantsuit, her hair styled in soft curls, complemented by a dark, smoky eye. As I entered, she turned toward me with a warm smile.
"Good morning, sweetie," Maya greeted, her voice gentle and inviting. "I didn't want to wake you too early, but I made breakfast."
"Thank you, Maya, but you really didn't have to do all this," I said, stepping further into the kitchen to take in the spread before me.
"You've got finals coming up, so I wanted to make sure you're eating well," she replied.
I approached the counter, my eyes widening at the sight. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, fresh strawberries, and some incredible-looking cinnamon rollsâwho knew Maya could cook like this?
"Damn, you really went all out," I said, impressed.
She chuckled, grabbing two plates and setting them on the table before pulling out a chair. I glanced at her curiously.
"Come here, sweetie. Sit down," she said, motioning toward the chair.
Smiling, I took my seat, and Maya sat down beside me. We said a quick prayer before digging in.
"Alright, first things firstâtry that cinnamon roll," she urged. "It's my mother's recipe, and I need to know if you like it."
I picked one up and took a bite. The soft, warm bread melted in my mouth instantly.
"Oh my gosh, these are amazing," I said, savoring the flavor. "Did your mom teach you and Kamala how to cook?"
"Kamala and I were always in the kitchen with her," Maya said, a fondness in her voice. "Cooking is one of our love languagesâit brings me so much peace, and I love watching others enjoy what I make."
It was crazy to me how much she and Kamala were alike. From the way they spoke to their intelligence and articulation, the similarities were almost uncanny.
As we ate, our conversation flowed effortlessly. Maya was easy to talk toâespecially when she and Kamala weren't at odds. She had a way of understanding things without me even needing to explain.
"So, what are your plans for today?" Maya asked, tilting her head slightly with a small smile.
"Well, I was planning to go to the library to study for my upcoming finalâ"
Before I could finish, Maya set her orange juice aside and tapped my arm.
"You don't have to do that, sweetie. I can help you. I'm still a tutor, remember?"
That was true. Having her help would definitely save me time. I didn't want to impose on any plans she might have, but as I studied her face, she seemed completely genuineâlike she truly cared about me passing.
I rested my chin in my hand. "Are you sure? I saw how dressed up you were, and I didn't want to interfere with anything you had going on."
Maya glanced down at her outfit with a light chuckle. "Oh, this? This is just how I dress normally. But I don't have any plans today, so you wouldn't be intruding at all."
"Okay, I'll go grab my bag." I said, standing with a smile.

I couldn't wait to call Allura when I had the chanceâshe was the first thing on my mind when I woke up. Every day, I felt so grateful for her. Grabbing my phone, I checked the cameras and saw her getting up and brushing her teeth. She looked absolutely adorable.
Switching to the kitchen feed, I spotted Maya making breakfast, smiling at Allura as they talked. A pang of jealousy hit me, but I pushed it aside. I was already missing her so much. My fingers traced the fabric of my underwear as a shiver ran through me at the thought of touching Allura again.
Before I could go any further, my alarm rang, snapping me out of my thoughts. With a sigh, I got out of bed and started my morning routine. I still had to get through this week with Stanley, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. After getting dressed in my blue pantsuit and matching brown heels, I checked my emailâa notification informed me that our driver would arrive in just a few minutes.
Stepping out, I made my way down the hall to Stanley's room and knocked on the door, waiting for a response.
"Come in!" a voice called out.
I entered and closed the door behind me, only to freeze in place. Amanda stood near the bathroom, dressed in a white lingerie set. My eyes widened as shock held me still.
Fuck.
"IâI'm sorry, I didn't knowâ"
She was already walking toward me with a confident smile, acting as if nothing was out of the ordinary.
"Don't apologize, Kamala. We're both girls, so it's fine," she said smoothly. "Actually, could you help me adjust the back of my bra?" Her tone was low, almost teasing.
I hesitated, my thoughts racing. I couldn't let myself get caught up in this again. Stanley had an incredible figure, but I refused to give in to temptation.
"I don't think I should," I said, taking a step back.
Amanda's smile didn't falterâit was the kind that spelled trouble.
"Please? It's a tight fit, and I really can't reach it," she coaxed.
I let out a quiet sigh as I stepped toward her, my fingers carefully adjusting the hooks at the back of her bra, loosening them just a bit.
"Is this loose enough?" I asked, my voice steady despite the situation.
She hummed in response, her tone soft. "Yes, just like that."
Halfway through, I froze, clearing my throat as my thoughts drifted to Alluraâher touch, her voice, the way she sounded in moments of intimacy. Heat crept up my face as the memories flooded in.
I quickly pulled myself together. "Our driver will be here soon. I'll be in the lobby," I said, stepping back abruptly.
Before she could respond, I was out the door, moving fast. I needed airâdesperately. I knew exactly what Amanda was doing, and I couldn't let myself get caught up in it. She was testing me, tempting me, and I had to shut it down. This was going to be a long week.
By the time the driver arrived, I was already stepping into the car, inhaling deeply to steady myself. Not long after, Stanley slid in beside me, dressed in a crisp white blouse paired with a pink skirt. I quickly turned my attention to the window, avoiding her gaze as the soft scent of her perfume filled the space between us.
When we arrived at the school, the dean was already waiting at the entrance, greeting us with a welcoming smile.
"Hello, ladies. It's a pleasure to have you both here."
"Good evening," I replied warmly, though I could feel Stanley's eyes lingering on me.
"Right this way," the dean continued. "I'll be showing you to your classrooms."
â â¢â â â¢â â°â â¢â â â¢â â â¢â â â¢â âââ½à¼â¾âââ¢â â â â¢â â â°â â¢â â â¢â â â¢â â â¢â
The day was over and I had felt a wave of exhaustion take over me. I gathered my things walking out. I grabbed my phone from my pocket to call my baby but I felt someone bump into me.
"I'm sorry, excuse me."
I looked up to see the dean.
"My apologies, Professor. I was actually just looking for you." He said, warmly. "We're hosting a diner tonight for the teachers and we would love if you attended."
"I would love to." I said, a smile forming to my face.
I loved socializing with others and hearing them speak. I needed to get away from Amanda for a bit so this was the perfect opportunity.
"Wonderful. I'll be sending you details in a little while. Enjoy the rest of your evening, Professor."
I felt a weight lift from my chest. I pulled out my phone to check the cameras. I felt a surge of irritation surge through my body. There was Maya, wiping Allura's chest with a towel and she was allowing it. I knew I shouldn't have left my sister with her. A new sense of anger was boiling side as I shoved my phone back into my pocket.
Allura's Povâ â¢â â â¢â â°â â¢â â â¢â â â¢â â â¢â âââ½à¼â¾âââ¢â â â â¢â â â°â â¢â â â¢â â â¢â â â¢â
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, Maya," I said, frantically looking around for the nearest towel.
Maya, however, remained calm. Instead of reacting with frustration, she let out a small laugh.
"It's okay, Allura. It's just a little spill. Stay hereâI'll go grab a towel."
With a sense of urgency, she disappeared down the hall.
It had all happened so fast. I had been distracted on my phone and accidentally bumped into Maya, knocking over the glass of wine she was holding. The deep red liquid had splattered all over my white shirt, though, thankfully, none had landed on her. Guilt settled in my chestâI felt terrible about it.
Maya returned moments later with a bottle of white vinegar and a fresh towel. She gently took my hand and guided me to a seat in the dining room.
"Come here, darling," she said softly.
"Don't worry," she reassured me as she dabbed at the stain. "This should help remove it, and then we can throw it in the wash afterward."
Her movements were careful and steady, but I couldn't shake the guilt of having made such a mess.
"I'm really sorry again about the spill," I said, sighing. "I was too caught up in my phone and not paying attention."
Maya looked up at me with a warm, understanding smile. "It's okay, really. It wasn't that bad, and I didn't get anything on me."
As the day came to a close, my mind was completely occupied with thoughts of Kamala. I had already showered and wrapped up my studying for the night.
Picking up my phone, I dialed her number, but there was no answer.
I didn't stress over itâshe was working, and I knew she was probably busy.
She'll call back when she gets the time.
Ok first off, Mommy is MAD. She's in her head of course and let's hope she doesn't act out of emotion. And do y'all see how fine Maya is in that photo. Goddddd
