"They're going to love you baby don't worry."
"Of course you would say that," I glare at him. He wouldn't tell me anything about them because it might make me even more nervous. He said he wants me to form my own opinion of them.
"I'll be with you the whole time if that makes you feel better," he hugs me from behind.
"Does my outfit look ok? Should I change?" I'm just wearing a simple, red off-the-shoulder dress because I don't want to overdo it.
"You look amazing baby," he tells me placing his hands on my waist.
"Okay good," I turn to him.
"Do you want lunch?" He pulls out his wallet and gives it to me. "Take how much money you want. I need you to keep some on you."
"Seb, I don't know how this currency works."
"Take 20,000. That should be enough for this week," he tells me as he combs his hair.
I open his wallet and there is a stack of cash in here. "Why do you have so much money on you anyway?"
"Emergencies and mostly for when you need something."
"What's this paper?" I look behind his cards.
"It's nothing interesting," he says, trying to take the wallet. I quickly pull it out, looking at it and his face turns red.
It's a selfie of us from when we were in Bora Bora. "Awwww baby," I say wrapping my arms around his torso and looking up at him. His eyes are focused behind me. "Baby, look at me," I smile.
"You weren't supposed to see that," he tells me as he's still blushing.
"I love it and I think it's super adorable." I pucker my lips but he kisses my cheek.
I pout and say, "I want one on the lips."
"Remove the lip gloss then."
I huff and fold my arms, "You're unfair."
"I might be unfair but you still love me," he whispers in my ears and leaves a trail of kisses down my neck. I lean to the side so he can have easier access but I quickly realize what he's doing.
I pull away, "Stop because I'm not showing up with hickeys to your parents' home."
He smirks and says, "Too late."
"Seb," I pout. "Why would you do that?"
"Remove the lip gloss," he slaps my butt and walks out of the bedroom.
"I'm keeping it on!" I shout.

We just pulled up to his parents' house and it's ginormous. This family is so damn wealthy and I don't understand how. I wonder how they dress or how they act. Hopefully not too posh.
The driveway itself says a lot, and the fact that there's a whole parking lot with a valet is insane. There's also a security booth and security guards near the gates.
He opens my door and I say a soft, "Thank you, baby."
"Are you still nervous?" he asks.
"I'm extremely nervous but where the hell does your family get all of this money!" It's so beautiful but looks hella expensive.
"Business baby," he responds.
I'm still in awe of this place. It's like a royal palace. I love it. "I can't wait to explore but I feel underdressed. Even you're dressed better than me," I pout. He's wearing his regular black turtle neck and dress pants.
"It's ok, love. Relax." He kisses my forehead and asks, "Are you ready?"
"Yes, but can I have a kiss first, I'll feel awkward kissing or touching in front of your family."
"Not with lip gloss."
"Fine but don't try anything while we're in there," I roll my eyes and attempt to walk away.
He chuckles and pulls me back towards him, "Come here woman and cut out the attitude." We share a short, sensual kiss and I grin in response.
"Look at you," he smiles, staring down at me.
"What?"
"Let's go, my love," he chuckles leads the way. We walk through the large, white gate and there's nicely trimmed grass and little flowers along the stone path that is leading up to the front door. It's obvious there is more to see outside but from where we are, I don't see much.
We walk up two flights of stairs which feels like it's never-ending and he places his thumb on a hidden keypad near a plant pot.
"You're not going to knock?"
"No, they don't live on this side." As the door opens we're being greeted by a short lady that has black hair with gray streaks.
"Good evening Sir, welcome home. And who might this be?" she beams. Her accent is very prominent as she speaks.
"Thank you, and nice to see you, Mrs. Rossetti. This is my girlfriend Elara."
"Oh my goodness!" She hugs me and I tense up because of the sudden affection.
She notices and says, "I'm sorry sweetheart, I'm just happy he found someone after all these years."
"It's fine," I smile awkwardly.
Seb speaks up, "I'm going to carry her to meet the family, so we'll see you later Mrs. Rossetti ."
Looking away from her, I observe the beautiful grand entrance. "I'm absolutely in love," I say in awe.
"I would hope so, baby." I look up and he's smirking.
"Shut up," I roll my eyes playfully. "You know what I mean. What's through that door?" I point to the door ahead of us.
"We hold big events in there. Do want to see it?"
"No, I'll see it eventually. Which way are we going?"
"This way," he leads us to the right of the staircase.
We turn through a few hallways until we approach a big brown door.
"Is this it?"
"Mhm."
I hug his arm and ask, "Is it too late to turn around?"
He leans down, wrapping his arms around me, "Baby, they're going to love you, be obsessed with your personality, and probably try to steal you away from me. You have nothing to fear except for my sister but you're already aware of her. I'll stay with you until you're comfortable enough to be alone with them."
I say a soft, "I hope so," and he kisses both of my cheeks, my forehead, and finally, my lips.
As we're pulling away, the door opens and there's is nobody there until I feel tiny hands wrapped around my legs. I look down and it's a little Asian girl with cute little pigtails and purple glasses.
"Emmy!"
He swiftly picks her up, placing little kissing her all over her face.
"Ewwww, Emmy!" her small hands try to push his face away.
"What? You don't miss your favorite big brother?" he smiles.
"Yes, I do! She wraps her little arms around his neck."
"I missed you too. Do you want to meet someone special?"
She smiles, "Mhm."
He turns so that she can see me, "This is my girlfriend Elara."
"Hi, nice to me you," I say and she looks at me suspiciously then she reaches her hand towards me, indicating that she wants me to hold her. I look to Seb and ask, "Can I?"
He nods and I pull her into my arms.
"You're really pretty," she tells me and I immediately feel more confident. Nothing is better than a toddler complimenting you.
"Thank you cutie."
She tilts her head, "So why do you like my brother? Don't you want to date someone pretty like you?"
I giggle, "I think he's pretty cute."
"You should get glasses like me and then you'll see." I immediately laugh out loud.
"Ok, that's enough," he reaches for Loana.
"No!" she wraps her arms around me tightly and lays on my chest.
"What about me?" he asks sadly.
She wiggles out of my arms and pulls me through the door, ignoring him. I turn to him giggling and he just smiles.
"Would you like to meet my mommy?" She questions.
"Um, sure, where is she?"
"In the kitchen. How old are you?"
"I am 22."
"You're almost the same age as Carson, he's 23. Emmy is super old," she exaggerates.
"He doesn't look very old to me," I respond.
"Trust me. He's like 40, but he's nicer so he's better," she whispers.
Eventually, we end up in the kitchen and I see a brunette woman standing at the stove with her back facing us.
"Mommy! Mommy!"
"Yes, sweetheart?" the woman answers with the sweetest voice.
"Look!"
She turns around and when her eyes land on me, they go wide. She's wearing a loose"Well, hello there you must be Emilian's girlfriend," she leans in to hug me but I stick my hand out instead.
"Elara." I hear Emilian call for me.
"I'm in the kitchen, Seb!"
"Sorry, I didn't know where this little monster took you," he tickles her and she ends up on the floor in a fit of giggles. He then picks her up and kisses her on the cheek. They are the cutest.
He turns to his mother and greets her, "Hey mama, I see you've met my girlfriend Elara," he cheeses. "Baby, this is my mother Dana Moldovan."
"You can call me Dana, sweetheart."
"Mommy, I'm bored," Loana whines. "Can I play with Lara and Emmy?"
"I thought you were going to help me cook?"
"Yeah but can I have a cookie first?" she does her best puppy eyes.
"Fine, but only one."
"Yay!" she shouts. "Emmy put me down."
"Can I have a hug and a kiss first," he points to his left cheek. She quickly does just that and exaggerates the kiss by saying, "Mwah!"
"Bye, bye!" she runs towards the pantry.
"It was nice to meet you Elara, we'll talk more at dinner!"
"Sure! Looking forward to it."
Emilian and I head out of the kitchen and he asks, "Are you okay so far?"
"Surprisingly, yes."
"Who do you want to meet next?"
"Maybe your dad or your brother."
"Come on, my dad should be in his office."
"Is that far?" I question because I'm a little tired. Walking from the front door to the kitchen was already a whole workout.
He chuckles, "No, love. It'll only take a minute.
Sure enough, it took less than a minute to get there but on the way we pass a beautiful library with tons of shelves, filled with books. There's even an upstairs. Eliza would love this.
"Oh. My. Gosh."
"I'm guessing you like it."
"Are you kidding baby? I would kill to have a library like this in our home."
"Love, you barely read."
"That's what you think," I smile. "I read books on my phone, but when we get a house and I have enough money saved up, I'll definitely have my own library."
He wraps his arms around me, "You want a library, baby?"
"Not from you Seb. I can do it myself."
"Hm. I'll think about it." I glare at him. "What? If I knew a library was something you wanted, baby you would have already owned one."
"This is why I never tell you what I want or like," I place my hands on my hip.
"I find out anyways, love, so it doesn't matter," he smirks. This man.
Just then, we hear a door click and I turn around to see both of my former bosses walking out of a door across from us.
They aren't aware of us until Seb says, "Good evening father." Oh no.
