chapter 42- hope

Sienna p.o.v.

I woke up feeling my neck feel a bit achy. I could feel a pair of arms wrapped around my waist and soft snores. I tensed but relaxed realising it is jayden. All of a sudden last nights events cane flooding back.

I cant help but feel well amazing really. He was so caring and understanding. I feel nothing but happiness flood through me.

I snuggled more into jayden feeling his warmth and loving it. I felt as his grip tightened around me as he pulled me impossibly closer to him. I smiled but jumped when I heard his voice. I didn't even realsie he was awake.

"Good morning baby." He said kissing the back of my head.

I smiled and turned around to face him but still cuddling him.

"Good morning love." I said before letting a yawn out.

He let out a chuckle before his eyes landed on my neck. A low  growl of approval left his lips as he smiled happily. I touched my neck where he was looking and smiled.

"How are you feeling."  He asked.

"Really good." I said smiling.

He let out a chuckle.

"Want to go see your mark?" He asked.

I nodded my head in yes very quick.

I tried getting out of bed but was tangled in the bed sheets. I let out a squeak nearly falling but was caught by jayden. We both looked st each other and laughed.

"Be careful." He said smiling and kissing my lips before carrying me to the bathroom even though he didnt have to.

I looked in the bathroom mirror and gasped at my mark. It was really beautiful. I could see jaydens initials underneath making me smile lovingly at the mirror.

"Its perfect." Jayden said growling in approval while kissing mark making me moan.

He smirked In my neck making me blush. However before we could say anything else we were interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Sienna are you ready? We have to get going to the coven soon." Sarah said softly.

I felt as jayden stiffened. I cant lie my mood changed a little as well but I have to do this.

I sighed and smiled softly before kissing jaydens lips and walking back into the bedroom. Only then did I realsie my clothes were neatly folded at the end of his bed and I was wearing his t-shirt.

My widened eyes looked straight at jayden who instantly held his hands up.

"I didn't stare at your body do not worry." He said and I could feel it in our bond which surprised me.

I smiled softly at him before nodding. I trust him. I headed out the room towards my room to get ready.

once I finished getting changed I headed downstairs where I knew everyone would be. I was right, everyone was sat around the kitchen table and I could feel everyone's eyes on me which made me slow my movements in confusion and awkwardness.

" congratulations sienna." Sarah said with a knowing smile.

before I could say anything everyone else congratulated me. before I could even ask what they are congratulating me on I heard rose say about my mark as If she was reading my mind of me being confused. I could feel a huge blush appear on my face at roses statement.

I could still feel everyone's eyes on me and I can not lie it made me feel nervous and awkward. just then Jayden walked in the room and walked straight up to make and gave me a kiss on the lips making me blush more. once he turned around and noticed everyone staring at me and him he smiled at them all.

"good morning." Jayden said to them all.

"good morning love birds." I heard rose say with a smirk.

Jayden smirked but didn't say anything. me on the other hand had a huge blush covering my cheeks and possibly my whole face making me look like a tomato. I sat down next to Jayden and started to eat my breakfast and got involved in everyone's conversation. about anything and everything.

"we have a meeting with Rachel in an hour sienna. we will be going in 45 minutes." sienna said as we all started to leave the meeting. I know she was only saying it to basically say speak to Jayden before we go as she will be teleporting us there.

I nodded my head in understanding, I looked over to Jayden who was already looking at us. I could feel in our bond he was uncomfortable letting me go but I could also already feel that he understood I had to.

I smiled reassuringly at him making him give me a soft smile back. it wasn't a happy smile but it wasn't an "I'm upset with you" kind of smile either. it was more of a smile just for me and as though to let me know he is not upset with me.

I started heading towards my room and I knew Jayden was following behind me. I opened my bedroom door and instantly sat on the bed.

"do you know when you will be back?" Jayden asked getting straight to the point.

I shook my head no.

" I will either only be staying for the meeting or possibly a day or two." I said honestly because I truly do not know. I cant say for definite when I will be back.

I could see and feel in our bond he did not like my answer.  I sighed softly before surprising myself and him by standing up and sitting on his lap. thankfully he seemed to have liked that I did that.

"it will not be long that I will be gone but I have to make sure everything is alright with the coven. my mom has messed so much off it up so there is a lot to sort out." I said sadly.

all of a sudden I could feel a lot of hope rush through me from Jayden's emotions.

"let me help you." Jayden said but it kind of came out more demanding to help me. with what? I don't know.

" what do you mean? I asked confused.

" I mean let me help you get back on track with your coven. I will not be beta for a couple more months yet so I have a lot more time free. let me help you with your coven. I will come to your coven and help you through it all including all the paper works and finance." He said and I could honestly tell he really wanted to help me. I do think its mostly to be around me but I can tell he also actually wants to help me. my problem is my coven though.

"But I don't know if my coven would like that Jayden. as much as I appreciate it what if they turn against me for it?" I asked with concern.

a growl escaped Jayden's lips.

"then I will kill them." he said a little to casually.

I almost choked on my own sliver  when I felt he was being honest.

"Jayden we can not just kill them. I care about them like you care about your pack. I am there leader to protect and guide them. not make them fear me as they did my mom." I said a bit sternly but as horrible as it sounds it felt nice to know I am protected by him no matter what.

He nodded in understanding.

"Then we show them that we are both here to protect and guide them because either way baby, they have to get use to seeing me more." he said softly but also sternly.

I smiled softly at him. I really am falling for this man more and more but he is right. they need to get use to him and we need to show them we are here to guide and protect them. most of all we need to show them they can trust us. not just me and Jayden but also Rachel and Sarah.
