chapter 62- fight back harder & smarter

It's been a week since Benjamin and Nicole had come to Sienna's coven. My auntie Aria and both uncles Caiden and Aiden have left. They left two days after Benjamin did but promised to still look more into it. They also made us promise that if we needed them we would tell him.

My mom and dad also left yesterday as well as Hunter and Sarah to head back to our pack as my uncle Xavier and Xander announced they needed them all. Thankfully he never asked me to come back. They think that my uncles actually want an update on what's going on over here. I was worried at first something was wrong because as much as I want to help Sienna and her Coven I still have my pack to worry about as well. However uncle Xavier promised everything is fine and there is nothing to worry about at the pack.

Myself and Sienna have carried on researching and we believe the only other way off getting this contract destroyed is by doing what Benjamin did and get her to destroy it with out realising again. That is what we are in the middle of talking about now.

"She will not fall for it as quick now Sienna. She will be more wary." I said.

She sighed and in frustration but nodded.

"I know but it's the only thing we are all coming up with." She said and I could see she was getting stressed with it. I sighed and walked over to her and pulled her to me to help calm her down.

"I know baby. We can do this." I said.

The thing is I have blocked my emotions off so she can not feel them because if she does I know she will be surprised and worried about how much emotions are going through me right now. I'm trying to keep calm but I know I am going to explode sooner or later. I just hope when I do explode it will be on Benjamin's mother.

We had an agreement that we will meet up two days after Benjamin had come to the coven but they never turned up and we had no way off contacting them. We decided not to worry or we will drive ourselves crazy.

Sienna agreed with me however she did not like the fact they had not contacted us just as much as I didn't.

Sarah grandmother assured us everything will be okay and that Benjamin knows what he is doing and will be fine. He can looked after himself.

So I was very surprised when one off Sienna witches contacted her to let her know a Nicole is here and she is demanding to see us but also is alone. My gut is telling me something is wrong. I just hope I am wrong.

"I told them to escort her to my office. Jayden I have a bad feeling about this." Sienna said looking worried.

"Let's just hear what she has to day baby." I said kissing the top off her head making her nod.

What felt like forever after their was finally a knock at the door and we instantly knew that it was Nicole and who ever escorted her.

The door opened and in walked Nicole. She looked a mess to be honest. Tears where streaming down her face and her cheeks and eyes looked puffy.

"What happened?" I asked instantly.

"Sh- she found out an- and she-" nicole started saying but sobs escaped her lips. She was rambling on but not making any sense.

Sienna walked over to her and gave her a hug and some tissues. Some how she calmed her down and talked to her softly and not long after she finally calmed down enough to talk and explain what happened.

"We asked around. We did what our plan was. There is lictually most of the people in that coven who have signed and already agreed for Ben to become the head coven already. W- we was on our way to post it to the head council of witches when his mother came out off nowhere. She barged through the door and cast some spells on him. She was about to do it to me but he just about got in the way and got poisoned by it instead." Nicole said crying again.

"Poisoned ? What do you mean?" I asked shocked.

"O- one of the spells she was about to use one. All she had to do was drink the drink and then chant it before green smoke would come out her mouth and hit me. Instead Ben seen it coming and it hit him. The last thing he said before he fell unconscious was run and he said Sienna name."Nicole said trying to stay calm.

"What do you mean drink the drink? Where did she get it from." I asked confused.

"She would have made it." Nicole said.

"You mean you can all just poison us with a click of a finger." I said surprised and a bit uncomfortable about that.

"Yes and no. Yes we can poison anyone but not this kind of poison. It knocks you out for a few hours. When you wake you will feel like you can barely move. You will feel so I'll that you would do anything to get it to stop." Nicole said looking as though the dread and fear off it was like she or someone close to her other then Ben had been through it.

"Then why can Ben's mom do it?" I asked.

"Because she has the power of earth. There is only one plant she needed to get hold off for that." Sienna said to me.

"You told us like it's happened before." Sienna said looking at Nicole.

"That's because it has. A few times." Nicole said with a shaky breathe.

"How do you mean?" Sienna asked.

"She uses that when she feels or knows someone has betrayed her. It's not often it happens because people fear her. Fear she will do that to them. You have to understand why. It really is painful. The poison is deadly and it's dangerous. It's how she gets information out off people but also how she slowly kills the ones she has been betrayed by. There has been a few she has used it on and have survived because they made a deal. A deal that will keep them being alive and her happy." Nicole said.

"What was there deals?" I asked.

"No one knows. " Nicole said.

"I- I think she has a plan. To attack you and this coven. She is adamant that you and Ben should marry. I don't think she will stop at anything." Nicole said sadly and a bit off hurt.

"She might not stop at anything Nicole but we will also not stop at anything in order to not let this happen. Sienna is mine and belongs to no one but me." I said with a possessive growl.

"Just as Ben belongs to you. Do not give up hope Nicole. It just means we have to fight her back harder and smarter." Sienna said softly but also determined.
