chapter 79- not betrayed

I dont fully know what is going on right now but all I know is I got a mindlink from Hunter telling me to go along with whatever Sienna says and to not say a word or do anything. I can not lie it put me really on edge because I'm confused. Its made me tense not knowing if there will be a fight so I'm on edge.

Sienna I can not lie right now is sounding crazy. She is going on about not killing Ben's mother... the one who almost killed some of her coven members and the one who has caused a war in the first place.

To say I am confused is an understatement but I trust Sienna. However I can not help that ugly feeling of feeling unsure about something your mate is doing. I trust Sienna is doing this for a reason though.

I watched as Ben's mother hesitantly destroyed the contract and I could not help but sigh in relief as I'm sure everyone else did.

However what happened next surprised me and confused me all at the same time. It all happened so fast.

One minute the contract turned to ashes and before I knew it Hunter had turned into his wolf and instantly clamped his mouth around Ben's mother shoulder before biting down really hard making Ben's mother scream in place.

I grabbed Sienna and her behind me in case Ben's mother somehow managed to try something. However the state she looked in did not seem as though she would be able to do anything.

Hunter let go and backed away however Ben's mother only seemed to scream in pain more then she did as Hunter bit her.

I was confused and looked over to Ben who had his eyes blue.

"What's the matter mother? Your looking a bit WEAK." Ben said spitting the word weak and mother out.

"You have failed the contract. You went back on it." Ben's mother said with a n evil chuckle.

However all Sienna did was smile wildly at Ben's mom.

"Have I? Are you sure?" She asked with a frown acting confused but not one bit confused.

I could see Ben's mother was really confused though.

"Why are you not having any side effects for betraying our contract."  Ben's mother shouted in anger trying not to cough.

"Possibly because I have not gone back on my word. In the contract I told you I would not kill you or harm you as long as you do not cause any harm or damage towards myself or my coven."  Sienna stated matter of factly.

"But yet look at what your all doing."  Ben's mother screamed out in anger and pain.

"No, look at what they have done, not me. Hunter and your son are not apart off my coven therefore I have no say in what they do and therefore I can not have betrayed the contract. "  sienna said smiling.

"But your the one telling them to do it! I know you came up with this plan Sienna so why is it not affecting you." Ben's mother said with tears pouring down her face from the pain.

"Like I said I have not betrayed the contract. In the contract it says you are not allowed to even cause any kind of attacks on my coven, it does not say that I could not do that to you." Sienna said with a smirk.

"That is not fair." Ben's mother shouted

"You should have read the contract properly instead of reading what you wanted."  Sienna said with a shrug.

Before Ben's mom could say anything else she screamed in pain once more as tears poured out her eyes. Her eyes rolled to the back off her head before there was nothing but silence from her as she collapsed from the pain.

I knew that Ben had been using his powers against her. I'm surprised how well he is taking it but I'm relieved at the same time.

Sienna nodded at Ben with a small smile before cuddling into me as I took her scent in.

"You got us all worried for a second Sienna." Uncle damien spoke with a chuckle.

Sienna let out a small laugh.

"I needed her to believe that I wanted to keep her alive as long as she stayed away. She believed in as weak so I played her on it and "showed her I was weak"  sienna said softly.

"Well I think you will find she now knows you are the opposite of weak." Sarah said with a giggle.

Sienna smiled and then turned to me.

"Sorry for not filling you in baby but your reaction is the one she would have been looking out for the most." Sienna said kissing my lips.

I chuckled and nodded.

"I will let you off." I said smiling and taking in her scent.

Just then we heard a cleared throat. I turned around and noticed the two children staring at us all warily but would relax everytime their eyes set on Sienna.

Sienna got out my hold and walked over to them and gave them a hug.

"You see both safe now. I promise you I would never let anything bad happen to you." She said softly.

They hugged her back and sobbed on her chest and my heart clenched.

"Kids sad, mate sad." My wolf rage whimpered in my head.

"I guess we need to find out the whole story of what happened with these two and who they are." I said to rage.

He nodded his head in understanding so I turned back into everyone around me.

"Sienna, who are these two baby." I asked softly.

"Maybe I could explain when we got home?"  Sienna asked me making me nod.

"That's if it is okay with you Ben, that I take the twins to my coven. They no longer feel safe or at home in this coven but off course it is not because if you. I guess to many bad memories."  Sienna said but I knew she was not really asking permission but more like telling him they are leaving with us.

"Of course that is no problem with me. I understand. I'm sorry mitchel and Annabelle for everything that has happened to you and I hope that you have a better life now in Sienna coven."  Ben said and I could see he meant it.

They did not say a word to him but mitchel nodded his head in acknowledgment as Annabelles hand tightened around mitchel and Sienna hand. She was scared still I could see that and for some reason that did not sit right with me or my wolf. It took everything in me to keep my wolf under control.

"Before we all separate what will we be doing about this one.?" My uncle Xander asked pointing to Ben's mother.
