chapter 8- am i really your mate?

I followed the girls into the house. They seem really nice especially daisy. I won't lie though rise does put me a little on edge.

The house was really beautiful. I walked through and I could just feel how homely there house felt. It made me feel relaxed for some strange reason.

All of a sudden we stopped outside a bedroom.

"This is the room  you will be staying in. I hope you like it. My room is at the end with rose and jayden room is across from yours." Daisy said softly.

"Thank you." I said as I walked in but gasped at how beautiful it really is.

The room was black white and grey but looked really nice.

"Wow its beautiful." I said.

"It is ain't it." Rose said smugly making me look at her confused.

Daisy rolled her eyes and let out a chuckle.

"Mom wanted ideas on the guest room and this is what rose said to do. You just boosted up her ego." Daisy said with a laugh making me let out a giggle as well.

"You are just jealous because you never picked it out. You wanted to go all pink daisy." Rose said rolling her eyes .

"Pink is a perfect colour rose."  Daisy said rolling her eyes back.

"You both roll your eyes a lot." I said before my eyes widened and I smacked my hand over my mouth.

Daisy and rose stopped and looked at me before laughing.

"Maybe we will get a long." Rose said eith a chuckle before walking out.

I think I'm going to take that as a compliment.

Daisy smiled at me before saying goodbye and how she Hope's I settle in well before wondering off.

I sighed and sat on the bed.

What am I going to do? I thought to myself.

Just then I heard a knock at the door.

"Come in." I said but it came out groggily.

I feel so tired. I feel like the whole strength that I normally have has been sucked out of me.

"Hey, I just came to give you these." Jayden said passing me a t-shirt and what looks like underpants.

"A- are these yours?" I asked. They kind of smelt like him so I'm guessing they are.

"Yes." He said scratching back of his head.

I nodded my head. I was confused but didn't dare question him.

"Thank you." I said softly.

He nodded his head before sighing and walking out or was about to.

"Jayden." I called out and internally cursed at doing it.

He looked at me and nodded his head as if to say go on.

"Am I really your mate?" I asked and mentally slapped my forehead.

He tensed and nodded before walking out my bedroom and slamming it shut making me wince.

Tears came to my eyes and I whimpered.

I have read up ages ago about werewolves. I'm not sure why but I was always interested in them.

I read about there mates and his they supposedly love there mates, protect there mates and there for them but yet why does it seem the opposite. I really hope that we can get through it.

I'm not sure why but the more distant he is from me it hurts so bad. It's strange because I don't know him but I crave for his attention more then I ever did with my mom. It hurts so bad but at the same time what did I expect. My mom hated me so what makes me think a stranger will fall in love with me.

However I also keep getting what I believe is mixed signals from him. One minute I think maybe he does care and maybe he does want me. Then he does stuff like this that make me realise he does not want me.

I sighed and decided to take a shower before getting changed into the clothes that jayden had passed me. The fact that they are his clothes makes a smile appear on my face. Although I do wonder why he never passed me the teins clothes or pjs. Maybe they never wanted me to use any of there clothes.

I sighed and got in the shower. After my shower I brushed my teeth and then put jaydens clothes on. I could smell his cologne all over his t-shirt making me take a bigger smell from it. He smells so good.

I climbed into bed but just could not seem to get so sleep. After about an hour of me trying to sleep I headed downstairs to get a drink of water.

As I poured a drink of water, which by the way seemed like forever as I could not find where they kept the cups I heard someone clear there throat behind me.

I jumped and turned around and noticed it was Skykar, jaydens mom.

"Hey, sorry I was really thirsty so I got a drink of water." I said shyly.

She nodded her head.

"Couldn't sleep?" She asked softly.

I nodded my head and looked down.

"Yeah." I said softly.

"You know most likely these next few weeks will be hard." Skykar said aoftly making me wince and nod.

"Jayden is a tough cookie to crack but he will get there as will Hunter. They are all protective over each other." Skykar said.

"I can tell." I said eith a small smile.

I wish I had people like that around me.

"I know jayden does not show emotion much but he cares a lot. He is really emotional even if he does not show it." Skylar said.

"I don't understand. I thought finding your mate was suppose to be a good thing." I said.

"It is. But not for some. Some of us find our mate at the most bizarre scenarios." Skykar said.

"The moon goddess has a plan for everyone. You are both mates bevause you are suppose to be together. Sometimes we have to go through a lot of shit to come out better in the end." Skylar said.

As much ad skylar intimidates me I actually really like her. She seems so bold and confident but it suits her. Its not that she is being mean. Its that she is being truthful.

"You look really tired sienna. Try and get some rest." Skylar said softly before walking away.

I sighed but agreed. I am actually really tired. I headed to bed and to be honest as soon as my head hit the pillow I was out like a light.
