Never See You Again

Outside the door, a girl’s sharp voice sounded. Shi Man found it familiar, so she walked forward to find out. Unexpectedly, it was Fang Han.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

Fang Han was holding her skirt and shouting at the staff at the door. The girl she was with also looked unhappy.

“What happened, Manager He?” Shi Man brought the manager to the entrance of the mall and asked.

The manager beckoned to the employee who was apologizing and asked her to return to the mall. He apologized to Shi Man. “I’m sorry, Miss Shi. Our staff didn’t handle it well and disturbed you.”

Fang Han looked at Shi Man walking out of the mall in disbelief. “It’s you? You booked the mall?”

Shi Man nodded. “Are you surprised?”

Fang Han said disdainfully, “When did you have the ability to appreciate the clothes in this mall?” After saying that, she pointed at the girl beside her and said, “Since you booked it, why don’t you let them bring us in?”

Shi Man looked at Fang Han’s arrogant expression and didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. “I see that Song Zhi is here, so?”

“So?” Fang Han’s eyes widened. What was this idiot talking about? Didn’t she suck up Song Zhi every day?

Shi Man didn’t want to bother with them anymore. She turned around and returned to the mall. “Think whatever you want. Manager He, no one is allowed to let the two of them in today.”

Manager He nodded and a few staff locked the entrance of the mall.

Shi Man stood in the viewing gallery and looked down at the two exasperated people at the door. She couldn’t help but laugh.

She should go back and look for Shen Xian. She did not know if she had finished shopping.

In the end, when Shen Xian returned home with Shi Man, another room had to be used to make a new cloakroom—she and Shi Man added another one.

At the dining table, Shi Man watched as Shen Xian told everyone how she felt about shopping today and the clothes she chose for her daughter and sons. Her beaming expression unknowingly touched Shi Man.

She had never experienced the days when the family gathered for a meal with laughter.

“Not good! Master and Madam!” A servant ran over. “Miss Shi Jing… committed suicide.”

“What?!”
