Chapter 197 Lara got furious and lashed out at the triplets. “Did I say anything wrong? Molly fooled around with someone and gave birth to them. They don’t even know their father. Doesn’t that make them b*stards?”

Claudia was furious. She retorted at Lara, “That isn’t true. We’ve found our daddy!” “You are going too far. How could you speak such nasty words while being an elder? Did you forget to brush your teeth this morning?” Ben could not help to talk back. His words had angered Lara even more. “Did I go too far, or did your mother not know how to teach you manners? I’ll teach you manners today!” Lara rushed to Ben and grabbed him, wanting to beat him.

When Alex saw Lara was about to lay her hands on Ben, he hurriedly went over to protect his younger brother. Hence, the smack landed on Alex instead. SLAP!

When she said that, she shoved Russell away, wanting to continue to “teach” the triplets.

The commotion in the room had brought some nurses. Coincidently, Caitlyn was there and saw Claudia weeping heavily. She rushed into the room without hesitation.

“What happened? What’s going on?” When Claudia saw Caitlyn, she leaped into Caitlyn. “This bad granny beat my brother. She beat my brother!”

Caitlyn’s face darkened. She carried Claudia in her hand, and while giving Lara a cold stare, she pulled Alex and Ben behind her.

Apparently, she was protecting the triplets.

“Madam, why did you beat the kids out of nowhere?”Caitlyn questioned Lara. Lara retorted with no shame, “I’m teaching them a lesson. What does it have to do with you?”

“Who are you to teach them a lesson? They’ve been great kids since they were young. Even their mother could not bring herself to punish them physically. Who do you think you are to teach them a lesson?” Caitlyn was angry at Lara’s attitude. Lara choked a little. She then said, “What’s wrong with me teaching my grandchildren?” ‘Your grandchildren? Huh?’ Caitlyn smirked with mockery in her eyes.

“If I recall correctly, you don’t even recognize Molly as your daughter. But now you have the nerve to claim that they are your grandchildren? I’ll tell her that you used to force on the children! “After she gave Lara a piece of her mind, Caitlyn took the triplets away and left without hesitation.

Brycen felt very sad upon this sight. He knew that in his state, he could not protect the triplets. So, he did not stop Caitlyn from taking them away. He shot his mother a glare.

“You’ve gone too far today! You need to apologize to them!” “I’m your mother. How could you say that to me?!” Lara did not expect Brycen to take the sides of the triplets, who she thought to be ill-mannered.
