Chapter 271
Triplets on Secret Mission by Lamour Toujours
Chapter 271 11 wished I could see my niece and nephews... ) Brycen replied. After reading the message, Molly could not help but smile, âHeâs such a big baby.â
Brycen was holding his cellphone, but he received no response from Molly. âIt appears that my request has been denied...â
thought Brycen.
Brycen was depressed and unhappy. After a half-hour, he noticed the triplets unexpectedly entering the ward.
The triplets were extremely well-mannered. They trailed Molly and peered inside with caution. They wanted to go in but were afraid of what had happened the last time they were there.
It hurts Brycen to see them in that state. He opened his arms to greet the triplets and exclaimed joyfully, âCome on, Alex, Ben, and Claudia! Let me give you a big hug!â
Molly put on a serene expression. She realized Nathan was there after pushing the door open.
She didnât want to ruin her mood, so she turned a blind eye and brought the triplets in.
Nathan had not expected Molly to arrive, and he looked at her with mixed feelings.
Brycen, on the other hand, was the most content. He rubbed the tripletsâ heads and smiled as he hugged them one by one. He thought, âThey are my true family.â
The triplets had not seen Brycen in a long time, and they missed him terribly!
Ben smiled as he leaned next to Brycen and said, âUncle Brycen, Great Grandpa showed us your picture comment! We missed you as well!â Claudia shook Brycenâs large hand. âClaudia missed you too, Uncle Brycen!â she said softly, catching Brycenâs attention. With a serious expression, Claudia blinked. She was afraid Brycen would not believe her. Alex gave a thoughtful nod before saying, âWell, we all miss Uncle Brycen dearly and are hoping for a speedy recovery for you. If we have time in the future, we will come to see you more often with Mommy.â
When the triplets greeted him softly and lovingly, Brycenâs heart warmed. He smiled and stroked the little faces of the triplets.
This was an inexplicably unpleasant scene for Nathan. In a biological sense, he was also the tripletsâ uncle. He was well aware, however, that he was not qualified to say that, so he could only envy Brycen Molly was annoyed and said, âCanât you behave better? Do you want your legs to recover or not?â
âBrycen was older than me, but when he saw the triplets, he acted like a child. Heâs moving so quickly; did he expect me to save him if his leg broke?â Molly pondered. Molly grumbled quietly in her heart, but she was not being calculated.
Brycen responded quickly after Molly reprimanded him, âOf course, I want my legs to heal. Itâs just that I donât want to keep my adorable nephews and niece waiting.â
When they heard it, the triplets covered their mouths and sneered. They thought, âSeems like Uncle Brycen missed us a lot. We should pay him more visits in the future!
Molly was utterly speechless. She pondered. âSpeaking of which, his current condition appears to be improving.â
Molly thought, âItâs been a while since the plaster was wrapped around Brycenâs legs, as she looked at his body. âI believe it is time to perform the second surgery on him. The nerve necrosis could then be treated and recovered from.â
Molly was deep in thought when she became aware of a line of gaze coming from her back on the left. She could not help but frown and feel uneasy. âWhat do you want?â she asked coldly, looking at the source of the gaze.
When Brycen saw this, he straightened his neck and spoke to Nathan. âNathan, donât overstep the sense of propriety,â he said, his tone no longer gentle with the triplets.
