Chapter 282
Triplets on Secret Mission by Lamour Toujours
Chapter 382 Meanwhile, Diana was at home. She happily opened the thick package containing the information the reporter had sent her.
âYouâre done for, Molly May!â she thought.
Then, she look out a photo. She glanced at it and instantly froze.
âNone of the photos have Molly in them; they are all photos of myself!â she thought. Diana felt her fingers go cold. She quickly poured out the contents in the package and rummaged through them.
âHowâs this possible? Did I not tell him to investigate Molly? Why are all of these photos of me? This isnât possible! The May family had covered up all of these incidents back then. How could an ordinary reporter manage to dig up such information? What does he want?!â She quickly grabbed the phone and called the reporter. âWhat do you mean by all this?â she asked angrily. All of the information and photos were related to her scandals. Diana stared at the photo laid out in front of her.
Diana was currently a fashion designer. It did not take much investigation for one to know that she had been accused of plagiarizing her roommateâs design draft back in college. Ultimately, her name was cleared after everyone learned it was a misunderstanding. However, the photo in front of her was not of her being innocent! It was evidence of her plagiarizing. The truth was that she used her relationship with the May family to clear her name. Nevertheless, she still felt worried, so she turned the matter around and accused her roommate of plagiarism instead. Additionally, that roommate was also wrongly accused of framing others. In the end, Dianaâs roommate got expelled from college and could no longer affect her. Diana did not bother finding out what happened after that.
Even so, she found a hospital certification in the stack of information!
This was when she learned that her housemate had fallen into depression after being expelled from college. Since her housemateâs mental health was in a bad state, she practically had no chance of being in the fashion design world.
âMs. May, I should be the one asking you that question!â the reporter said.
The reporter loathed Diana.
âThis woman almost ended my career! The competition in the news industry has always been very intense, so resources are incredibly precious. If I lose my job, my past efforts will go to waste! Whatâs more, if I had offended the Anderson family, who would I run to?â he thought. He continued speaking angrily, âWhat do you mean? You framed me to offend people whom I shouldnât offend! Iâm advising you; you better stop now. Otherwise, Iâll reveal all of these. One more thing, donât think of defaming Molly May. Iâll still let the world know of your âkind actsâ if you do. This includes how you shamelessly hogged other peopleâs parents and ignored your biological parents for being poor!â Then, he hung up.
Diana shook with rage. She furiously threw her phone onto the bed and flung the information onto the ground.
Her face was distorted with anger. She was so angry that she looked like a raging beast. Nobody had ever had her in the palm of their hand before. âI never expected things to turn out this way. How did I end up in this situation?â Diana thought. However, the reporterâs warning worked. Since Diana was somewhat known in the fashion design world, such an exposé would destroy her career.
