Chapter 42 “AH!” Diana was startled as she did not seem to expect things to escalate like this. Walter, Lara, and Nathan were all in shock as well. They immediately ran up to Grandpa Dave and asked about his condition, “Dad! Are you alright?”

Grandpa Dave was in so much pain he could not speak, his face pale. Nathan walked up when he saw that Grandpa Dave could not move. He carried Grandpa Dave in an instant and walked out of the house before driving to the hospital.

Molly was still waiting for Grandpa Dave’s arrival. But he did not show, so she could not help but make a call.

“Miss Molly, something happened to Grandpa Dave! He accidentally fell down and has already been sent to the hospital.” The butler sounded panicked. ‘What?’ Molly stood up, and her expression looked serious. “When did this happen? What hospital did grandpa go to? How did he fall?”

The butler answered truthfully, “Half an hour ago. Yve Hospital...” When he got to the reason, he paused before continuing slowly, “It’s because of Miss Diana. She was pushing and pulling with Grandpa Dave, which led to him falling.”

Molly’s expression turned cold in an instant when she heard the butler. “Alright, got it!” After hanging up, she immediately got prepared to go to the hospital to inspect Grandpa Dave’s condition. While she was worried, her heart was filled with anger as well.

‘DIANA MAY!’

Grandpa Dave was the one who saved Molly from hell and was also her closest family. She would never let anyone harm him!

The triplets saw the changed look on Molly’s face, who was waiting for Grandpa Dave’s arrival excitedly. They immediately asked, “What happened, Mommy?”. “Your great-grandpa fell and got admitted to the hospital. I’m going to see him.” Molly simplified it and explained it to the triplets. They quickly said they wanted to follow her when they heard that Grandpa Dave had fallen down. “Mommy, we want to see great-grandpa too!” Molly knew that they were worried, so she responded, “Sure!” She was panicking. At that moment, she realized the cons of not owning a car. She did not have much time for delay, so she immediately walked next door to borrow a car from Sean. “My grandfather fell and got into the hospital. I want to see him. Could you lend me your car? “Molly cut straight to the point. Her worry was written all over her face.

Sean paused for a while before he replied, “I was just about to head out, so I’ll give you a lift. Besides, you shouldn’t drive when you’re in this state.”

“Thank you!” Molly thanked him. She was very well aware that her overwhelming concerns were stopping her from keeping calm. It was fine if she was going alone, but she could not endanger her children.

Tony drove the car out as Molly, and her triplets sat in the backseats. They arrived at the hospital very soon. After they got down the car, Molly thanked Sean again. She then took her triplets into the hospital building. When they reached Grandpa Dave’s ward, they saw the May family standing in there. Even Diana was standing among them!

Diana was sobbing until her eyes went red. Her expression was filled with guilt as she blamed herself continuously. “It’s all my fault! I was too eager to make grandpa feel better. He only fell because I failed to grab him on time. I should’ve caught him on time! I should’ve been the one who fell!”

“Silly girl! Why is this your fault? No one saw this coming, so you shouldn’t be blamed. This is purely an accident. Don’t beat yourself up.” Lara wrapped her arms around Diana as she consoled her with a heartbroken face.
