Even Meredith could not stand that. She talked to Benjamin, but he still did things his way.

Queenie was sad when she saw Benjamin treat her that way.

“If you’re going to the research laboratory, can I go with you? I can help you with whatever you need.

I’ll cooperate...”

“It’s fine.” Benjamin rejected her ruthlessly. He stretched his arm beyond her to grab his car key.

“I’m not going to the research laboratory. You don’t need to follow me,” Benjamin said coldly. He ignored the hurt in Queenie’s eyes as he turned around to leave the house.

“So, where are you going?” Queenie could not help but ask.

“Can you leave me alone? I’m not obligated to tell you about my whereabouts.” Benjamin said impatiently.

He then left home immediately. He did not even glance at Queenie.

A loud sound could be heard as the door closed.

Queenie was heartbroken when she heard that. It hurt her.

Her eyes were filled with disappointment as she stared at the closing door. She did not walk further.

She was so into Benjamin that she lowered herself. There was probably no one other than her who would do this.

But, she could not help it. she thought of letting Benjamin go and moving on, but it hurt her heart whenever she thought about that. That was why she could not do it. She could not move on from Benjamin.

This was the first time in her life that she liked someone. This was also her first time liking someone so much.

She would do anything for Benjamin.

Yet, Benjamin liked another girl.

‘I’m not that bad, right? Why can’t Benjamin turn around and look at me?’ “Sigh.” A sigh came from behind.

She saw what happened just now. But, she could not do anything about what was happening between Queenie and Benjamin.

“Queenie, I’ve asked Beesly to make your favorite dish, braised pork ball. Let her know if there’s anything else you want to eat.

I’ll ask them to buy it for you if we don’t have it at home.”

Meredith did not know how to console Queen ie. she could only say some words of concern to her.

She kind of liked Queenie.

‘Well, he’s not going to the research laboratory. So, where is he going?’ Queenie stared at Benjamin who had just left home as she thought about that, she then left the house and secretly follow him.
