Chapter 27
President’s Twins: Buy One, Get One Free
âWho is Stella?â
Viola blurted out.
Joseph took a glance at her with a faint expression, âThe daughter of an employee in the group.â
âWhy are you reading the medical history list of an employeeâs daughter? Who is the employee?â
Hearing this, Joseph closed the document in his hand and put it on the medical history list. In a tone with some inviolability and sharpness, he asked, âDo I need to tell you every single thing?â
Violaâs face stiffened, âNo, that isnât what I mean, I simply ask only.â
âYouâve asked too much,â Joseph was already quite impatient, âI have things to do. The appointed meal with Harrison is dinner. You just go directly later, Iâll be there on time.â
This was apparently an order to let her leave.
Viola instantly regretted asking too much without thinking. She wanted to do something about it but seeing Josephâs impatient expression on his face, she could only embarrassedly find an excuse and left the office. Before she left the office, she involuntarily read the name âStellaâ once in her mind.
...
âJoseph has taken the initiative to find the kindergarten for you?â
In the living room of the old mansion of the Beckham family, Harrison was holding the phone with high spirits, âItâs so soon that he takes the initiative to help your mummy, it seems like everything is going well.â
The voice on the other end of the phone was very young, âThanks to you as youâve told me about Misterâs action and plan, otherwise I wonât have the chance to let Mommy and Mister meet at the restaurant.â
âThis is also due to your mommyâs excellence. Joseph wonât easily admire a woman.â
âThen you mean there is hope for my mommy!â
âNot just a hope, but a hope with a high possibility to become a reality.â
While they were chatting happily, the butler came in and reminded, âSir, the young master and Ms. Kidman have arrived.â
Harrison only then cheerfully said, âWell, Joseph is back. Iâll grab this opportunity to ask him how his thought is. Letâs call another day, Stella.â
âOkay, goodbye.â
The lively and cheerful voice from the phone made Harrisonâs brow very relaxed. He was still smiling although the phone call had already ended for quite a while.
âI like this girl by the name of Stella very much. If her mother is married to our family with her in the future, the house will be lively. Noah will also have a companion.â
âDoesnât sir worry that a woman with her own child wonât pay much attention to othersâ child?â
âDonât you see it at the restaurant that day? Stella and Noah are having a good relationship. Her mommy has also paid particularly much attention to Noah.â
After hearing the matter about the incident at the Japanese Restaurant that day, the butlerâs expression relaxed a bit.
Joseph brought Viola to come back. This was not a strange matter as since Harrison urged him to get married five years ago, Joseph had used her as a shield whenever he visited the Beckham family. At first, Harrison also thought that the two people were really in a relationship but as time passed, he could tell clearly that it was simply a ploy.
âHow come Noah doesnât come back with you together?â
At the dining table, Harrison asked about Noah.
Thinking of Noahâs rowdy behaviour at home, Joseph frowned slightly, âHe has a bad temper recently so I donât bring him over to give you trouble.â
âYouâre the only one who can give me trouble.â
Harrison glanced at him and spoke with an unpleasant tone, âItâs because you donât find a mother for Noah who can take care of him. He stays with maids together every day, do you think he will have a good temper? If he becomes a dandy in the future, itâs all your fault and responsibility.â
When Harrison talked about this, Joseph put down his chopsticks.
âIâve thought about it. Youâre right, so Iâm going to get married.â
âYouâre going to get married?â
Before Harrison revealed his happy expression, he heard Joseph saying.
âSo, I bring Viola back to tell you this.â
âWhat?â Harrisonâs expression changed at once, âYou mean that you want to marry her?â
Harrisonâs face darkened. Not knowing what had happened, Joseph frowned and said, âViola has also been by my side for so many years. Since you want me to get married, Iâll get married then.â
âWait, wait a moment.â
Harrison was slightly confused. After thinking for quite a while, he settled down, âWhat about Noah? Has Noah agreed with the matter that youâre going to get married?â
Joseph showed a certain look.
âThe reason for having this marriage is mainly due to Noahâs opinion.â
âImpossible.â
Harrison was so angry that he drew in his breath with a long hiss. He spoke directly in front of Viola, âI donât agree with this matter. I definitely wonât agree if Noah doesnât personally come to me to say that he agrees with it.â
Joseph was slightly surprised. He originally thought that after he said that he was going to get married, Grandpa would be happy, but why was Grandpa having this reaction?
Viola was seething with anger but she did not dare to show it. She contained her displeasure and spoke softly.
âHarrison, Iâll treat Noah nicely after the marriage, Also, nobody knows Noah better than me. After all, Iâm the one who has watched how he grows up.â
Harrison glanced at her and harrumphed indifferently, looking at the butler next to him.
âMark, you go and personally fetch Noah here.â
The old mansion was not far away from where Joseph stayed. It took less than half an hour for the butler to bring Noah here.
When Noah saw Viola after he came in, he slightly flinched and looked a little scared.
Harrison waved at Noah and spoke with a pleasant smile.
âNoah, come, come to great-grandfather.â
Noah ran over.
âYour father told me just now that you want a mommy, is it true?â
Noah shook his head but when he glanced at Viola, a chill went down his spine. So, he nodded again.
Joseph noticed all this and was slightly surprised.
âHe is still a kid so perhaps he doesnât quite understand this, but he knows who treats him nicely.â
As she said, Viola faced Noah and clapped her hands twice, smiling gently, âCome, Noah, come to my side.â
Noah subconsciously shrank back and hid behind Harrison.
Harrison, who had observed all this, looked at Viola coldly.
âWhat you say is not right. Kids can know many more things than the things we think they can. The way you communicate with the kid determines what kind of person he or she becomes.â
Violaâs smile on her face stiffened. She said embarrassedly, âYes, youâre right, Iâve learnt a lesson, Iâll mind the way I speak in the future.â
Harrison looked cold and did not express his opinion. He looked at Joseph and said, âYouâre already thirty years old. Since you donât get married in the past, you really donât need to quickly do it now. A marriage needs to consider all aspects. Weâll talk about this matter later.â
His words clearly showed a disapproval attitude. Was there a need to talk about it later?
Viola was so furious that her nails were embedded in the palm of her hand. Joseph, on the contrary, apparently did not show any reaction to that.
The people did not have a good time during dinner time. When Viola was about to leave, she originally wanted to leave with Joseph together, but Harrison asked her to leave first, saying that he wanted to tell Joseph something.
âFucking old man, itâs obvious that he doesnât agree with the marriage between Joseph and me. Itâs a waste that Iâve always been going to the old mansion to see him all these years. He surprisingly just ignores all my effort.â
Once Viola got in the car, she punched the seat in anger.

As long as Mr. Beckham insists on this matter, Harrison canât do anything about it. You still donât know Mr. Beckhamâs temper?
Look, Harrison forced him to get married and to have a child last time. But, what he did was that he simply found an unknown woman to help him gave birth to a child for him to bring back to the house. From this matter, it seems that he doesnât care much about Harrisonâs view.â
