“What’s the matter, master?” Stefan asked teasingly.

“Stop messing around. It’s serious,” Renee grumbled, “I was on the phone with my brother, and I told him that I found a good helper, but he thinks you have ulterior motives and wants to interrogate you.

Stefan frowned. “Why do you want to keep me a secret?”
