Chapter 258 Molly was not unhappy too after she left the ward with pursed lips.

Perhaps she and the May family were just not meant to be together.

Her phone rang. She wanted to decline to call, but she picked it up after seeing Sean’s name. “Are you still in the hospital? Do you want me to pick you up? I’m going to pass by the hospital.”

Sean’s flat voice was like a dose of tranquilizer that calmed her irritated mood down.

“Sure.”

She hung up right after she said that. Very soon after, a car appeared in front of her.

She looked at the man beside her after getting in as she asked, “Why would you be here?” ‘He’d always work at home, no?”

“I had something to do around here.” Tony could not help but rant to himself after he heard what Sean said. “Had something to do around here? You purposely told me to send you here...’ Sean squinted. “What’s wrong?” His voice became deeper. His concern for Molly was imperceptible. He felt that she was not very happy. Molly did not feel like talking about it, so she said, “Nothing.” Sean stopped asking further. He thought to himself before asking softly, “The May family?” ‘Only people from the May family could possibly make her unhappy.’ Molly did not say anything, nor she did deny it. After that, she asked subconsciously, “How is the May family doing now?” ‘Is it like what Lara said? Is the May Group really going down?’

Sean had no plan to hide anything from her. He looked away and said, “They’re fine. The May family is not in trouble anymore.

Nathan is not that useless. You don’t have to be worried.”

Nathan did so many things for the May Group previously, and he kind of built a reputation for himself in Northfolk. It was proven that he was a competent businessman, and a little problem like that was not enough to bring him down.

“Okay,” Molly said and stopped talking. ‘I’m glad that the May family is fine now. At least grandpa can stop worrying now.” Sean dropped her in front of Molly’s house. The triplets ran out of the house when they saw her and found out that she had come back with Sean. “Mommy! Uncle!” The triplets greeted them happily. The triplets were delighted to see Molly and Sean together. Molly approached the triplets after she saw how joyful and energetic they were before asking, “You guys look so happy. Did something good happen?” All Molly’s unhappiness went away immediately after she saw her adorable kids. Tony helped Sean to sit in the wheelchair before pushing him toward them slowly.

Ben spoke first, “We earned some money today! We’re planning to treat mommy and uncle to a meal today!” He turned to his brother with a smile on his face after he said that. “Right? Alex?”

‘This is a good opportunity for us to get mommy and daddy together. Please don’t let me down!’

Alex understood it. He smiled and nodded without saying anything since Ben had said everything he could say. Besides, he already had an interaction with Sean today. He could not let Sean notice anything fishy. He had to be cautious since talking would only increase his chance of giving himself away.

Molly smiled. ‘They must’ve taken a job and got paid after that.’ They used to do this very frequently, so she would not ask them too much since they made money with their own hard work Besides, the triplets would buy her a lot of things and bring her to eat nice food whenever they got paid. She had not even had the time to feel touched.

Molly smiled and said, “Sure.”

That was one way to acknowledge their competency.

However, Sean was a little puzzled. They’re only so young. How could they make money?! He asked curiously, “Where did you get the money from?”

The triplets chuckled and said secretively, “We can’ tell you that.”
