In Your Arms... Completed ✔️

Samaira walked towards the bedroom. She turned the door knob and pushed it open. The room was cold and completely dark. She felt a chill as the darkness engulfed her. She turned on the bedside lamp. In the dim light, she could see Nishith snuggling peacefully under the blanket on one side of the bed . Tiptoeing silently, she went to the other side of the bed and laid down quietly. She closed her eyes and tried to sleep. After the heavy rainfall, the sky had turned clear. There were no clouds in the sky and the moon began to shine brightly spreading its calmness everywhere. It was the softness that called the body and brain to rest but the internal bruises stopped her heart from going to its steady rhythm. Nishith's words at the dinner table kept ringing in her ears. She wished it to be a bad dream that could be forgotten with the dawn but Alas! It was all real .But still She couldn't believe the reality. Her aching heart was not ready to accept the reality...the truth. Again and again she tried to replay the scene and remember it and in turn...the same truth hit her ears making her bleed internally from deep within her heart. Her deep melancholy gave her immense pain and took away the peace of her mind and heart. Sleep was very far away from her eyes and the sleep was not ready to take her into its embrace just for the night to provide solace to her aching heart and to soothe her teary eyes. " Ufff... No... Stop... Please ... Stop....I am not able bear this.... I beg... Please... Stop... " , Samaira screamed getting up with a sudden jolt and closedher ears with her palms to stop the hard words that were ringing in her ears. She closed her mouth and cried bitterly." Why would he do that to me? Why?" , She thought. The gnawing grief kept her awake at night. She sat alone , misery written all over her face. She decided to talk to her all time best friend, her personal diary. She walked up to the study table and lit the lamp that revealed the pages of her diary that housed millions of feelings and emotions. She looked at the half crescent moon that was peeping in through the window. Sorrowfully, she buried her face deep within the golden pages of the diary and wept a silent tear .To be continued in next part.Stay tuned.
