chapter 24

In Your Arms... Completed ✔️

" I told you not to carry your wife in your arms every day. But you didn't pay any heed to my words. " Mr. Sharma speaks mumbling in pain." Listen, Samaira is my wife. Whether I carry her in my arms or make her sit on my head, you shouldn't have a problem with that. I will carry her every day. Every hour. In front of you. Did you get it? I am taking the lift . Don't follow me or else I will beat you up. " , Nishith warns him by taking a firm hold on his shoulders and then departs from the place." Hey Nishith... Listen to me. Let's meet on Sunday for a beer. " , Mr. Sharma said from behind in a low voice." Nishith ... What do you like about me the best ? " , Samaira asks with her soft whispering voice while caressing his hair as he was laying on her lap and both of them were moving to and fro gently on a swing amidst the peace of nature." Your eyes. " , He replied with a gentle smile." Why? " , She asked curiously." I just like them. " , He replied staring at the sky and the birds flying high above them." No Nishith. I want to know. Tell me. " , She asked again obstinately." Forget it. " , He replied trying to avoid her question." Nishith... Come on. " , She asks again as she wanted to hear the truth from his mouth." I can see the deep love for me in your eyes, Samaira. The innocence in your eyes conveys the purity of your heart. Samaira , your eyes attract me like magnet. And your eyes express all the hidden emotions that you hesitate to. " , Nishith ended by staring at her eyes very lovingly trying to unveil the feelings that were kept preserved in her heart and were conveyed by her eyes. The clouds were like islands hanging far off , eluding each other. The ocean was like a lion , roaring and thundering. Each wave splashed and pounded rocks behind her and left a defeaning silence as it retreated back into the sea. The ocean enjoyed her despair and gloom as it screamed into her ears like a cranky child. From far off , amidst the roars and thunders , she could hear the moan of a sea gull , a fatigued , faded and lusterless cry of failure .A lone tear rolled down her waxy , wrinkled cheeks as she thought of the priceless moments that she had spent with him ; Samaira closed her smudged , mascara-lain eyes , and stood there in one quite moment. She opened her mouth to let out a scream , but a surge of pain hit her, like being stabbed by an imaginary dagger of grief and witnessing the hatred of her husband. The salty wind bit her tongue and she quivered in the icy cold breeze standing still and unaffected at the deck of her living room. To be continued in the next part.Stay tuned.( Guys...
