Mrs. Yang smiled gently. “Sweet girl, don’t believe what that wicked old woman said. Live a good life with my son and don’t worry about anything else. The two of you have to support each other and grow old together.”

Liu Ju’er’s tears welled up and she could not help but cry. She opened her mouth but could not speak.
