Chapter 181
Marry A Hidden Billionaire By Rosalind Stevenson
That was Danielâs personality. If he did not like the woman, no matter how outstanding she was, he would not touch her.
Even if they were once friends and had worked hard together as partners.
He would not show any tenderness to the woman he didnât love.
Such a man was not attractive, but Vivian couldnât stop herself from loving him.
âAre you really so heartless? Iâve known you since we were young. Weâve gone through so much together. Canât I compare to your wife?â she asked with tears in her eyes.
Even though she knew the answer, she couldnât help but be drawn to him like a moth to the flame.
Danielâs eyes darkened as he replied coldly, âNo. you canât compare to her.â
âFine!â Vivianâs tears rolled down her cheeks, and her voice was a little choked. âIâm your childhood friend but youâre so mean to me. I really donât know how youâll treat othersâ¦â
âWeâre not that close. Please watch your words.â
Vivian found Danielâs indifference unbearable, so she begged humbly, âOn account of the friendship between our families, Daniel, donât cut me off, please.â
âNo.â
âIâll die without you as my friend,â Vivian said.
Danielâs eyes turned colder as he said in a deep voice, âThen die!â
He hated it the most when people used his feelings as a tool and forced him into doing something. Hence, he was repulsed by Vivian.
He felt that spending one more minute with such a woman was being irresponsible to his life.
Daniel glanced at Bernard and dragged him away, leaving Vivian standing helplessly there.
Vivian looked at him and her legs went weak. She lost her composure and knelt on the ground, supporting herself with both hands.
âDaniel.
âHow could you do this to me?
âYouâll regret it!
âI will definitely make you regret it!â
After returning to the hotel, Daniel sent a message to Alice.
Alice had gone back home from the hospital and was preparing lunch as she was going to attend an event at the childrenâs kindergarten.
Daniel gently touched the photo on the phone screen and mumbled, âThis is my wife.
âI wonât let go of her easily!â
In the evening, Alice took a walk in the neighborhood with the children. They were chatting and laughing happily.
Suddenly, a person rushed over and pushed Aidy away, grabbing Aliceâs hands.
âAlice, Iâve realized my mistake. Iâve really realized my mistake. Please tell them to let me off.â
It was Nyla.
Aidy was dancing to Alice just now, so he hadnât noticed that Nyla was running toward them.
He was suddenly shoved away. As a result, he fell to the ground and scraped his knee.
When Alice saw the blood flow down on Aidyâs tender calf, her heart ached. She immediately pushed Nyla away and rushed over to hug Aidy.
âBaby, it hurts, right? Letâs go home and Iâll apply medicine for you.â
Shaking his head, Aidy hugged Aliceâs neck and gently rubbed her face.
âMommy, donât worry. Iâm a fantastic Superman. Iâm totally fine.â

However, the childâs wound pained Aliceâs heart. She stared at Nyla with a grim expression.
âNyla, what exactly do you want?â
âAlice, I came to beg you. Please tell those big shots to stop.â Nyla knelt on the ground. Her face was pale as a sheet.
She kept shaking her head and begging Alice pathetically for mercy like a beggar.
Alice furrowed her brows and thought to herself, âBig shots?
âWhat big shots?â
The children exchanged glances and hugged their shoulders.
Coco said coldly, âMiss, why didnât you think of the consequences when you harmed our mommy? Itâs too late to beg for mercy now.â
Cocoâs face bore the greatest resemblance to Danielâs. The way he spoke was also like a mini CEO.
He had promised his great-grandmother that when there were no adults around, he would protect Alice.
Therefore, he would never let the wicked woman hurt their mother as long as he was there.
