The Substitute Bride Doted by My Billionaire Husband
Chapter 346 A lawsuit.
Peterson and Ray had the right to discuss with each other, and they were about making a final decision.
Elvis who was in front of them suddenly halted.
He turned around and his deep eyes fell on Petersonâs face.
âSir, Elvis, this bad idea was initiated by Ray. I definitely donât agree with him!â Peterson denied.
âThatâs not true, Sir Elvis. It wasnât me who initiated the idea.â Ray defended himself.
Elvis placed his right hand into his trousers pocket. No one could decipher what was going through his mind, as his face was blank.
âTell my lawyer to prepare me a lawsuit. Elvis muttered to Peterson.
âWho is young master planning to file a lawsuit against?â Peterson whispered to Ray, as they stared at each other in shock.
After Olive had a hearty meal at the Dicksonâs, she had returned home.
When she reached her room, she found a letter addressed to her on her coffee table.
âMum, Mia, who sent this letter?â Olive asked suspiciously.
âIt was delivered by a messenger. He said it was for you, so I kept it in your room for you.â Mia responded from the living room.
âOh.â Olive responded, then proceeded to open the letter. She took out the content, and it was a lawsuit filed against her.
Olive quickly glanced at the letter. It was sent by Elvisâs lawyer, accusing her of intentionally wounding and maiming him.
Olive was stunned. She had never thought that Elvis would sue her for kicking him.
Her phone in her bag rang out, it was Elvis calling.
Olive quickly answered the call and placed the phone beside her right ear.
âMr. Augustine, what do you mean by this?â Olive asked in a clear voice.
Elvisâs low and magnetic voice slowly poured into her eardrums from the other end, in displeasure, âOlive, why are you fierce? Are you a villain?â
Olive kept urging herself to remain calm, and not get angry.
âOkay, Mr. Augustine, I have received your lawyerâs letter. If you accuse me of intentionally hurting you, then why didnât you attach a hospitalâs report? Without the hospital report, how would I believe your claims?â
âThen come over and check it yourself, then youâll know if you really did injure me or not.â Elvis replied shamelessly.
Olive went mute and didnât utter a word.
âHave you suddenly gone dumb? Itâs no lie that you injured me. Iâve officially sued you. I donât want your compensate, because I know you canât compensate me. But you have to be responsible for what youâve done, you have to help me get better.â Elvis added cruelly, and instantly hung up.
Hearing the call got disconnected, Olive said frantically, âWas he waiting for me to hurt him?â
Olive arrived at the Academy Of Sciences and headed to the Radio station.
She was greeted by the presence of Crystal and Alicia who stand by the hallway and chatted. inaudibly.
Immediately Crystal saw Olive, she quickly smiled weirdly at Olive, and then said,
âOlive, have you finally arrived?â
Olive furrowed her brows, she greeted her calmly, âGood morning.â
While staring at Olive, Crystal and Alicia decided to allow her be for a while. She must not know that the scandal between her and academician Rush had already been captured by them. Later that night, they had sent those photos to academician Bushâs wife.
Academician Bushâs wife had already gotten in touch with them, and had promised to come to the radio station shortly.
Crystal and Alice had already pictured the scene when Mrs. Bush would come in and fight with her husbandâs mistress. Olive.
Then they would capture the moment and post it online, ruining Oliveâs reputation.
Thinking about how Olive would be humiliated by Mrs. Bush excited Crystal that she wanted laughing.
Last night, Crystal was in a bad mood because she was frightened by the thought of Elvis not being able to perform on bed. Although she loved Elvis so much, she couldnât accept his sexual incompetence.
She really didnât understand what had gone wrong in Elvisâs body, especially since he was very handsome.
However, she didnât want to give up on Elvis either.
The thought of Elvisâs condition made her feel depressed, but Aliciaâs message had come in, and that brighten up her mode.
Crystal was very excited. She said to Olive, âOlive, today radio A and radio D are going to audition for the first time. My mum, the director, would be there. Weâve prepared you a big gift.â
Olive let out a smile, and replied,
âThatâs really a coincidence because today that you prepared me a surprise, I also prepared a surprise gift for you two. But itâs all good. Iâll go ahead now.â
Once Olive was done speaking, she excused herself and entered into radio station D.
Looking at Oliveâs disappearing figure, Alicia felt very uneasy.
âCrystal, I feel that something bad will happen today.â She informed Crystal of her fear.
Crystalâs beautiful face instantly became cold. âLetâs not scare ourselves. Academician Bushâs wife will arrive just in time for the audition. And that will be the perfect moment for her to tear Olive apart.
After hearing Crystalâs words, Alicia stabilized herself. She was certain that Olive would be ruined.
The two stations started their audition for the first time. Allcia ran into radio station A and whispered to Crystal,
âCrystal, Mrs. Bush is here. On her way down here, she met with your mother and your grandfather.
