This was too bizarre. Alison and Nydia treated it as a story. They hoped this heir would be out of danger as soon as possible.

The cars in front finally moved. The driver stepped on the gas excitedly and followed

Her grip was tight, and the muscles on Cade’s arms dented. He could imagine how badly injured Nydia was when Josephine bit her today. Cade’s eyes turned even colder. as he thought about this.

He looked down at her and saw her red eyes on her pale face. She looked ghostly,

“What’s wrong with you?” Cade held her shoulder with a complicated expression. “How did you become like this?”

“How did I become like this? It’s all because of that bitch. It’s all because she gets in between us and separates us.”

Josephine smashed the things in the room hysterically and muttered, “Bitch, go to hell! She should have died long ago. If I weren’t soft–hearted and had listened to others‘ suggestions, she would have died on the night of your wedding.”

Cade’s

eyes narrowed. He walked over and grabbed her shoulders. “What suggestion? Do you know what you’re talking about?”

“Let go of me!” Josephine shook him off wildly and threw something at him. “And you said that I’m your only love and you’ll love me forever. Why did you change and fall in love with her?”

Cade stood without moving, letting her throw the lamp and remote control at him.

A storm brewed in his dark eyes, but it calmed down after a few seconds.

Was the vicious and crazy woman still the Josephine he knew? She used to be a gentle woman who wouldn’t hurt anyone. Could it be that all these years were just an illusion?

‘Cade, you’ve changed!” Josephine cried and laughed. “You’re in love with Nydia. Admit it.”
