“Come down!”

Gu Qingcheng’s voice was so loud that even Guan Nina, who was beside Yun Liuli, heard him.

That voice was so deep it sounded like it could seep through a person, and it was especially magnetic and pleasant-sounding!

Guan Nina nodded at Yun Liuli maniacally, and her eyes lit up as if she had conjured some bad idea in her head.

The girls coming out of the female hostel couldn’t help but turn around to look at Gu Qingcheng. After all, his appearance and aura were enough to attract eyeballs. Add to that the luxurious car next to him… and it made the imagination of those girls who were still in the ivory tower run wild.

With her brows furrowed slightly, Yun Liuli zipped up her jacket, hiding the kiss marks sucked by Guan Nina. She placed both hands into her jacket pockets, then walked out of the building.

She walked to Gu Qingcheng with her head lowered, looking down.

Gu Qingcheng’s voice was chilly. “Raise your head!”

Yun Liuli’s hands clenched inside her pockets. She raised her head and looked at Gu Qingcheng. “Why did you come here at this hour, Uncle Qingcheng… is something the matter?”

“That girl called Guan Nina, what’s the deal between the two of you?” Gu Qingcheng still couldn’t believe that Yun Liuli would get together with a girl. “Even if you’re chummy, how can you not know what you can and can’t do! To be using this method, are you spiting others, or are you degrading yourself?”

When Gu Qingcheng spoke, he was restraining the fury in his mature voice, and even the veins on his temples were popping.

Seeing the way Gu Qingcheng’s face was tensed up as he restrained his anger, Yun Liuli’s eyes turned red. Feeling aggrieved, she stiffened her neck and said, “Uncle Qingcheng, you aren’t me. You don’t know if I’m trying to spite someone, if I’m degrading myself, or if I have truly fallen for the girl… You can’t make speculations based on nothing!”

Seeing the way Gu Qingcheng’s masseter muscle was tensed up, Yun Liuli continued, “I merely lost faith in men. “Sending you overseas!” Gu Qingcheng’s voice was cold.

Yun Liuli subconsciously retreated a step. “Why are you sending me overseas? I’m not leaving!”

“That girl called Guan Nina, her family is in the textile business… If the dyes of her family’s business don’t pass the test, and they can’t fulfill the orders on time with the textiles dyed with this dye, what do you think will happen?”

Gu Qingcheng was making a blatant threat.

She had thought that Gu Qingcheng was Yun Liuli’s family member, so she walked over and nodded at him as a form of greeting, then said, “According to your orders, I bought you and Guan Nina a packet of fried noodles!”
