His Possession In Discretion | ✓ - DISCRETION SERIES BOOK #1
I maintained eye contact with him as he marched his way over to me. I felt glued to my spot as I bravely wanted to see what he would do. Once I was at arm's length of him, he grabbed me by my hips, pulling me towards him, and I squealed as I placed my hands on his chest. He brought his lips down to mine, and I moaned softly once they made contact.
Every time he placed his lips on mine, it felt like fireworks. I'm positive he also has no clue that he was my first kiss... Come to think of it, my first kiss was with my boss. I always tried to avoid that fact, but you can't avoid the truth. He squeezed my waist again before stepping back, resting his forehead against mine, and closing his eyes.
"Killian... this dynamic feels wrong," I muttered, and he hummed as he pulled me closer to him and placed his hand on the side of my face, caressing it softly.
"Does it?" He asked seductively, and I was tempted to lean into his caress, but I composed myself as he spoke again. "I quite like our dynamic, sweetheart.."
"I just.. I feel like this is wrong, Killian. You're my boss," I remarked, looking down at our shoes.
Killian paused momentarily before responding, "It may seem wrong, but if you truly felt it was, would you continue?"
I bit my lip, pondering his words. "I suppose not," I replied hesitantly.
He then gently lifted my head with a finger under my chin. "Then, considering we're not doing anything wrong, it makes perfect sense to resume without any worries... doesn't it?" He asked with a small smile.
As I was about to respond, he kissed me again. I gripped his suit jacket as he tried to take all the air out of my lungs. After a few seconds, we stopped, and he looked deep into my eyes, analyzing me, examining me.. tempting me. Suddenly, we heard a gasp and giggling. We both turned to the sound and saw Delilah jumping up and down, clapping, and Reginald taking pictures with his phone.
"Bribri and Killy kissed!!! They kissed, they kissed!!!" Delilah yelled, and Reginald shook his head. "Benjamin is going to be so jealous of what I've caught on camera.."
I pushed away from Killian, blushing even more as I realized I wasn't holding my clutch. Looking down, I saw it on the floor where it must have fallen when we began. Delilah skipped over to us with a big smile as I picked it up. Meanwhile, Killian's phone rang, and he excused himself to take the call in another room.
"You like Killy!" She whispered, and I rolled my eyes.
"I do not! Stop saying that!" I whispered back, and it was her turn to roll her eyes.
"Oh, I'm sorry, silly me.. You like LIKE Killy." She argued as Reginald bent down to her level, and he nodded his head.
"I agree," He spoke, and I paid them no mind as I grabbed Delilah's hand and walked us over to where Killian was. From the way he spoke into the phone and the tension in his back, it was clear that he was infuriated.
"Mother, we have already discussed this. They are coming. Look, I don't have time for this," he grumbled, then ended the call after exchanging a few more words with her.
"Let's go. Leo's outside," he said, turning to me. I nodded my head as we walked to the door. Leo, also dressed in a suit, was waiting by the car when we stepped outside. After getting in, I made sure Delilah was comfortable in the middle. Killian joined us, and we drove off in silence. I noticed him stealing glances at me as well before he spoke.
"You can consider tomorrow a free day for you." He spoke, and I turned toward him.
"What do you mean? I thought you had meetings scheduled."
"I do, but I have a few private matters to discuss with Blaine and my executives at my headquarters. You will know about them sooner or later, but you deserve a little break for now." I nodded my head in agreement, and the car came to a stop.
Leo grabbed a medium-sized black box from the front seat and handed it to us. Killian opened the box, revealing three pairs of sunglasses inside. He gave one to me and one to Delilah, and I tilted my head in curiosity as he put them on.
"Killian, what's going on-" He cut me off quickly.
"The paparazzi somehow learned about the event, and they're going crazy upfront. We just have to make it to the front door, and everything will be fine." I nodded my head and put both my and Delilah's sunglasses on. Leo opened his door, and I could now see flashes and hear muffled shouts from people outside.
He opened the door, and Killian stepped out. I got out and sat Delilah on my hip while I inched closer to Killian as people surrounded the limousine. Killian's bodyguards started to take us to the entrance, and the people followed, shouting questions.
"Mr. Russel! When are you inheriting your father's business?"
"Is there still a feud between you and Calvin Lockwood?"
"Are you in a relationship?"
"Is this your new daughter?"
As the questions kept coming from the press, I held onto Delilah tightly, trying to shield her from the intrusive cameras. Finally, we reached the front, where the guards let us in. They closed the doors before anyone could see inside. I removed my sunglasses and placed them in my clutch.
"Does this happen often?" I asked Killian, who shook his head and removed his shades.
"Not really," he replied. "Everyone knows I hate the press."
I nodded and turned to Delilah, still hiding behind my neck. "Are you okay, baby?" I asked, and she nodded as she leaned up and removed her glasses.
We walked to the end of the hall, where two doors led to the banquet. Killian opened the door for us, and we stepped in. Once again, I was in awe of the beautiful decorations. Everything looked classy but fragile. Killian placed his hand on the small of my back, guiding me to a reserved table as I held onto Delilah's hand, not wanting her to wander off. Everyone looked over at us, and I felt out of place once again.
"Killian, is that you, son?" I heard someone call out, and I looked over my shoulder to see a woman approaching us. She was beautiful. Her black hair was pulled into a low bun, her face held no wrinkles, and her dress looked extremely elegant, complementing her skin tone.
Killian turned and faced her. "Hello, mother. Yes, it is me." She pulled him in for a small hug, and when she pulled back, she caressed his jaw with both hands.
"You are just like your father. Handsome when it comes to looks and.. somewhat personality, delusional when it comes to reality." He rolled his eyes, and she looked at me as she dropped her hands from his face.
"Who might this beautiful young lady be?" She asked, smiling as Killian put his hand on my lower back once again.
"Mother, this is my personal assistant, Brielle Newman. Ms. Newman, this is my mother, Eleanor Russel," Killian said, introducing us. Eleanor eyed the hand that was placed behind me and looked back at Killian.
"A bit close for being a personal assistant, don't you think?" She questioned with a hint of amusement in her eyes, and I blushed profusely as Delilah giggled, catching her attention. Eleanor looked down at Delilah, who was lost in her own little world.
"And who might this darling angel be?" She asked, bending down to pick Delilah up and setting her on her hip. Delilah noticed what was going on and giggled even more.
"I'm Delilah," she introduced herself, and Eleanor pinched her cheeks as Delilah smiled.
"You are so adorable. Killian has finally found the courtesy to bring me in some grandchildren," Eleanor remarked, looking over to me as I looked at her, almost dumbfounded. Soon, she laughed softly and shook her head.
"I'm just joking, darling. Come and sit." She spoke, motioning towards a table up front. I then realized that Killian had disappeared and was now talking to a group of men, including Blaine. I sat, and she placed Delilah on the chair beside me as she took the next one over.
The servers brought over some drinks and set two glasses of champagne and three glasses of water. I took a small sip of my drink and felt Eleanor's eyes on me. I glanced at her sideways before placing my drink down and turning to face her completely.
"I've heard a lot about you, Brielle. All good things, so no need to worry... You're very special from what I've heard and now have seen."
I tilted my head slightly as I responded. "How so?"
She shrugged, taking a small sip from her glass. "For one, Killian has never shown any woman as much affection as he shows you, and you seem to be either ignoring it or oblivious to it."
I bit my lip as I did my best to hide my blush, "I mean... he treats me somewhat the same as he did when we first met." I explained, and her eyes went wide.
"So it's been going on from the very beginning." She uttered, confused.
"I'm sorry?" I asked as I didn't quite comprehend, and she shook her head. "Nothing, darling.. Now tell me about yourself."
We chatted for about thirty minutes and hit it off well. It was effortless to converse with her, and she didn't criticize me for anything. If anything, she wanted to know more about me. I continued speaking with her but was startled when someone brushed my hair over my shoulder. I could tell it was Killian, and Eleanor seemed to know it, too, because she was trying her hardest not to grin. Meanwhile, I was attempting to avoid looking foolish.
"How did the discussion go with your father?" Eleanor asked, and Killian sat beside me.
"It went fine. We have a few more private matters to discuss, but I should be inheriting the company around December." She nodded her head. "Thank God you're taking this off his hands. I'm tired of his complaining-"
"What complaining?" I looked to see a man who seemed relatively similar yet a bit older than Killian.
"Oh, honey! You're just in time! Come have a seat and meet our guests." Eleanor smiled, trying to get off the subject, and his father took a seat as she spoke again. "Frederick, this is Brielle Newman, Killian's PA, and Brielle, this is my husband, Frederick."
I nodded my head and smiled politely. "It's a pleasure to meet you, sir."
Before taking a sip of his whiskey, he nodded. "Likewise.." Delilah looked up at me in confusion.
"Like...wise? Are we meeting another person?" She asked adorably. I nodded my head and turned her towards him. He introduced himself to her, and she giggled the entire time.
Frederick excused himself, and servers arrived with the main course. I assisted Delilah with her food and then began to eat myself. It was absolutely mouthwatering, and I paused momentarily to take another sip of my champagne.
As I sat there, Killian placed his hand gently on my bare knee. I looked to see he was occupied on his phone as if this was normal. I immediately crossed my legs, which made his hand come off, and shook my head discreetly.
I couldn't believe he had the audacity to do this right before his mother. I gave him a side-eye, and to my surprise, I saw that he was smirking. I was curious to know why he was smirking, but I knew why when he placed his hand on my knee again.
Soon, I stood up, and Killian's head snapped in my direction. "If you'll excuse me, I need to go to the ladies' room," I spoke. Eleanor looked up from Delilah and nodded.
"It's toward the back on your left. You shouldn't miss it." I nodded and went to the bathroom, which was a bit difficult to locate, but I eventually found it. The area was quiet and slightly dimmed, as nobody was around.
Although I did not need to use it, I wanted some time alone away from the party scene.. from him. However, my wish was drastically denied as I heard his footsteps approach me slowly. I looked around the hall for anyone who was near, and sadly, there were no bystanders in the area, and trying to run away in my heels was a no-go.
"Darling, why are you in such a hurry to leave?" He asked, his voice taking on a sudden sinister edge as he loomed behind me.
I bit my lip as I turned to look at him. "Killian, can I ask you a question?"
"I don't see why not."
"...What do you want from me?" I questioned nervously. He tilted his head in a chilling confusion as he approached me slowly, causing me to take hesitant steps back.
"What do you mean?" He asked as my hands grew a bit clammy.
"What is it that you want? What do you want from me? What are you trying to gain from entering my life?"
He tilted his head as he continued towering over me, his aura growing a bit darker as I inched closer to the wall behind me. "I thought I was making what I want quite obvious, Brielle."
"And what exactly do you want, Killian?" I asked breathlessly, and we were suddenly left in silence.
He simply stared at me for a while before I was taken aback entirely as he wrapped his hand around my throat and pushed me against the wall in a flash. My hands shot up to grab his wrist, and I practically felt the wind had been knocked out of me as I stared into his dark eyes.
"What I want, Brielle is to make you ache for me in ways you've never imagined. To make you beg. To possess you so completely, every thought, breath, and beat of your heart belongs to me."
Caressing the skin on my neck with his thumb, he breathed heavily as I felt my mind spinning. As he leaned down, I felt his lips brush against my ear as I held a small moan that wanted to surface.
"I want you to tremble under my touch.. melt under my gaze.. and I want nothing more than your thoughts to be filled with the idea of me just as you have completely and utterly consumed mine." I gazed up at him in shock as he remained composed, though I could tell he was starting to lose it as he chuckled menacingly.
"Cat got your tongue? Darling.. you did ask me what I wanted.. did you not?" He leaned in slightly, and I gasped as his other hand found my back. He slowly moved his hand down and spoke just above a whisper.
"Tell me... do you think that fits well within our dynamic?" He asked, and a blush coated my face as I couldn't even find the words to respond.
"Should I stop?" He uttered, and I couldn't help the overwhelming feeling that came over me. Did I want him to stop? Hadn't I just gone through a moral dilemma in trying to understand the dynamic of our relationship?
He placed a kiss on my neck, and I gasped as he put his hand on my exposed thigh once again, but this time, he didn't stop. He trailed his hand up slowly toward my heat, and my face flushed as the thought that anyone could walk through the halls at any moment sparked a sense of fear and excitement in me.
Placing my hands on his chest, I looked straight into his eyes as his hands grazed over my clothed clit softly. I practically trembled in his hold as he looked down at me almost tauntingly.
"Tell me to stop, sweetheart." He whispered, and a blush came to my face as a moan surfaced from me involuntarily as he pushed my lace underwear to the side. I jolted as his finger teased me gently before I threw my head back as his thumb rubbed circles on my bud.
"Killian.." I whispered, out of breath, and he seemed to be in a trance almost as he looked at me with the utmost admiration while I was coming undone under his hold. Biting my lip, he furrowed his eyebrows at the gesture as he went a bit faster, his middle finger toying at my entrance as I grabbed his wrist, slightly withering.
"K-Killian, please," I whispered as I tried to hold my desperate moans while he ignored me, presumably wanting to hear my sounds of pleasure.
"Tell me to stop, darling, and I will." He continued dangerously, and though I wanted to say no, I couldn't. From the way he tenderly caressed my body to the way he positively gazed down at me, I was ultimately putty in his hands. Moaning softly, he wrapped his hand around my neck and tightened it over my throat slightly as he spoke.
"Keep your little moans to yourself. As much as I want to hear them, I don't want anyone else to.." He ordered, and I nodded as I could feel a knot in my stomach begging to be released. I closed my eyes as I held back a moan, but he tightened his grip on my neck even further, forcing them to open after a moment.
"Eyes on me. Yes, sir?" He whispered, and I could practically feel my heart stop as my core became wetter and my mouth suddenly went dry.
"What?" I whispered, and he plunged his fingers deeper into my core as he toyed with my clit, causing me to gasp.
"I said, keep those fucking eyes on me while I stretch your pretty little cunt. Yes, sir?" He practically growled, and I nodded quickly as my legs shook.
"Yes, sir," I whispered, and he let go of my neck as he lowered himself to his knee and blew softly on my clit. Before I knew it, his tongue latched onto me, and I threw my head back immediately as he hummed.
"Fuck your so addicting.." He whispered, and I looked down at him in utter confusion as my chest heaved up and down. How was it that the billionaire.. Killian Russel was on his knees for me, of all people. Demanding my attention, giving me pleasure in unimaginable ways.. claiming and dominating me in every way possible.. It was all too good to be true.
Covering my mouth with my hand, my legs shook as my body quivered in pleasure. And as much as I didn't want to admit it, I absolutely loved it.
"You taste so fucking sweet.." He muttered, and I bit my lip as I looked down into his alluring eyes. His tongue worked his magic on my core, making me see stars as he toyed with my bud.
"It feels so good.." I whispered, and he hummed.
"I bet it does.. you can't even fucking stand up on your own.." He chuckled humorlessly, and I whimpered as he used his tongue at my entrance.
"Killian.." I voiced his name, and he didn't stop as my legs began to quiver.
"Fucking cum in my mouth.." He demanded, and my body shuddered as I nearly lost my balance as I came undone. He sucked my clit, almost as if he couldn't get enough, and I basically found myself withering away against the wall. My heart raced as I heard faint voices at the end of the hall, and I held back a moan as he continued overstimulating me.
As the voices grew louder, I pushed him away as I could hardly take any more. Coming to his senses, he stood up and wiped his mouth with his thumb. I looked at him in utter shock as he sucked his thumb slowly while he stared at me possessively.
"...Did I clear things up for you?" He questioned, and I nodded slowly as I continued looking at him wide-eyed. The voices at the end of the hall appeared, and Killian glanced over his shoulder nonchalantly as he nodded to them, keeping me hidden between him and the wall. As they walked past, he looked back down at me and leaned in slightly. I shuddered slightly as he pushed a piece of hair behind my ear and whispered.
"We better get going.. dessert is going to be served soon. Don't want to miss it." That was all he said, and with the way he looked at me before he left, it was almost as if he was silently telling me he'd already had his.

Putting my hair in a ponytail, I sighed heavily as the events of last night replayed in my mind consistently. Just thinking about how his hands held me and his eyes gazed at me made my knees buckle slightly. I want nothing more than your thoughts to be filled with the idea of me just as you have completely and utterly consumed mine.
His words sent shivers down my spine and went straight to my core. I needed to snap out of it. I needed to distract myself.
To do so, I made the excuse to go to the mall and do some grocery shopping for Reginald. Making dinner also gave me an excuse to get away.. to breathe. Reginald was surprised when I told him I could cook, and he wanted to 'observe my skills.' Though I was flattered, I was sure it was only to ensure I wouldn't burn down his kitchen.
After finishing up, I walked into the living and noticed that it's been a bit quieter than usual this morning. I hadn't heard Delilah's voice or pitter-patter of feet all morning. I knew Reginald had gotten her up a little earlier, but I haven't seen her since.
"Dede baby?" I said aloud, and I heard her respond.
"In the kitchen!" I went to the kitchen and slowed as I looked at her. She dressed for the day, thanks to Reginald. However, I was a bit more concerned as I saw the expensive phone sitting in her hand.
"What are you up to?" I asked, and she looked up at me.
"I'm waiting for Regi to finish breakfast. And Killy got me a present! Did you know that Madam A, Burky, and Benny can Facetime me now? They did a little earlier, and it was so fun!" She said happily, and I furrowed my eyebrows as she slid something over to me.
"And Killy said this was for you." She continued, and I looked down to see a new phone waiting with a note on top. Picking up the note, I read it silently as a blush slowly rose to my face.
Take the day to yourself. You deserve it after last night...
Killian.
