Chapter 46:- DROWN HIM WITH ALL HIS ARROGANCE

Sawyer sweat broke out as he was on the verge of tears. His knees buckled threatening to fall apart and his spinal cord dislocating.

He had been in a bowing position for 4 hours now and Logan had smoked 4 cigarette without any intention of releasing him.

He was angry. He too had tried to find the receiver but was automatically blocked out. He was so shocked he choked on his cigarette.

For the first time the number two hacker could not track someone down. The only person he knew could do this was Shadow so unless Evelyn was Shadow,then there was  no explanation for this.

Evelyn stirred in her sleep before waking up. She slept peacefully but was shocked to see the scene before her. Logan holding a cigarette that had almost burned out and Sawyer looking like he was about to kick the bucket very soon.

She was about to speak out to draw their attention to her but her phone rang loudly attracting the attention of the two male in the room.

She picked it up and put it on speaker. Ryan's loud voice blasted through the whole room almost making her deaf.

"You delinquent child so you have picked up an habit of sleeping outside right?!"he shouted angrily and her whole aura changed.

"Is that all?"she asked impatiently and one could hear his heavy breathing as he suppressed his anger.

"The Robinson family is here, get yourself here this instant or you would hate what I'll do to you"he said in an authoritative manner and she scoffed.

He had lost the right to act like a father to her in her past life and now!. This man wasn't a father just her sperm donor.

"What would you do?"she asked obviously taunting him with a mischievous smile which caught Logan's attention.

"You.... If you still regard yourself as the second Young Miss of the Stone Family you would come here this instant!"he shouted with a loud voice.

"If it's to try to reason with the Robinson family and get me engaged to that fool of a man, forget it. I'll rather marry a dying puppy"she spat coldly and on the other side, Ryan's face turned blue then white.

"You....... What is your problem?!"he asked in anger and she smiled sweetly.

"Dear sperm donor I don't have a problem. But I'm sure you do which I'm guessing it's hard to pronounce. So do me a favour and go far away from me and stay there because you give me so much joy when you leave me alone and ignore me like you've always done"she said with an irritated tone as if shooing an annoying fly away.

"You..."he wanted to say something but was short of words. The brat told him one day he would die and he should stay there.

"It's kinda of funny seeing you trying to fit your entire vocabulary into one sentence. But unfortunately I don't have the time nor the crayons to teach you. Tell your eldest daughter potential son-in-law to stop looking for me per his parents orders. If you'll excuse me, I'm busy so feed your stupidity"and she hung up on him directly.

Ryan's face turned black and white in seconds. She had insulted him with few sentences. She called him a sperm donor, a retard and  stupid. Never had he been insulted in his life this much. He felt so angry he could blow.

He stormed out of his house determined to find her and teach her a lesson that would make her so miserable she would never forget it.

Sawyer wanted to laugh at the exchange between father and daughter but he dared not. Never had he seen someone insult a person in a polite and  intelligent manner in his life. It was so hilarious.

"Sawyer do you want to grow older than your age?"she asked referring to his position.

He wanted to weep bitterly hearing that. He was sure he was growing white hair already.

"Stand outside and don't let anyone in" Logan told him and he hurriedly stood up ignoring the severe back pain he felt.

"Did you have a good sleep?"he asked her and she nodded with a sweet smile on her lips.

"I wonder what job you do that you can earn 6 billion dollars so easily?"he asked and her smile froze.

'Was this guy bent on revealing her secret?'she thought just then her phone notification rang. It was from her apprentice and seeing his message anger rose in her chest.

"Did you pick my calls?"she questioned angrily.

"If I hadn't how would I know someone is paying you to destroy me"he replied in a proud tone and her face twisted.

"Don't you have anything better to do than invade my privacy?. Your fiancee is lying sick in her hospital bed go take care of her or something and stop finding ways to cut my life short!"she snapped at him angrily.

Logan's expression did not change from the beginning to the end. He calmly placed his hands in his pocket and stared at her wth deep black eyes that seemed to pierce through her.

"I always knew you had a motive when you approached me that night. So this was your plan, get close to me to destroy me for 6 billion dollars?. I can pay you twice the amount. You say you are not a gold digger but you were easily bought over by 6 billion dollars,your hypocrisy is appealing. Is a blank cheque not better than 6 billion dollars?"he spat coldly at her and her eyes filled up with angry tears she sturbonly held back.

She wasn't going to accept it. Why does this guy always find a way to use, insult then dump her ruthlessly. Ha! The rich could really have their way with everything. Suddenly she didn't feel so guilty for what she did in her past life. She was tired of explaining to him and proving herself repeatedly. If this was how lowly he thought of her then so be it.

"That was my plan dear First Master and now I've decided to be benevolent and gladly do it for free"she told him with a cold smile as she glared at him with her sweet smile.

Logan's face froze in anger at her words. She was admitting it!. If she had told him no, he would believe her but...... Ha! The devil should learn to take notes from someone like her.

"You are despicable. If anything happens to my company, I'll come after you Shadow"he said then walked out with Sawyer behind him.

Evelyn smiled bitterly before calling her apprentice back. "Tell them I'll accept the offer"she said coldly.

She had lost every ounce of gratitude or respect she had for him. Let's see how far he would remain proud, she would drown him with all his arrogance.
