Chapter 10| Oh Miss Jordan, what are you doing to me?
*SEBASTIAN*
My breathing was heavy and high as I kissed the Russian model who lay under me. It felt strange, sleeping with another woman. It has been so long.
She was going to make me forget, she had to make me forget.
"Sebastian!" she moaned wrapping her arms around my neck and pulling me closer to her lips.
Forget. Forget. Forget.
Do not think about her, don't think about her.
I couldn't say her name in return because I'd forgotten it again and was too lazy to ask her again. It was probably the last time that I would ever see her so it didnt matter much anyway.
There was a creak coming from the door making us both turn around and there standing at his door with her little mouth open stood little Rylee Jordan.
Of course whilst I'm trying to forget about her, she shows up!
I couldn't help but shake with anger as I'd specifically asked my secretaries and repeception to allow no one to come up and they had disobeyed me. Again.
Rylee was quick to close the door making me jump of my couch leaving the Russian model laying there like a starfish.
I quickly pulled on my boxers and threw on his shirt leaving it half buttoned. My hair was a mess shooting up in all directions, but I honestly couldn't find it deep within myself to care.
I felt as though I had to explain myself to Rylee.
I darted out of my office and into the hallway. Rylee stood at the end of the hallway violently pressing on the elevator button.
"Miss Jordan!" I yelled my voice, full of authority. I watched as she continues to frantically press the button.
She completely ignored me as she pushed the large stroller into the elevator, and began pressing on multiple buttons.
I ran to the elevator mumbling her name under my breath.
"God dammit, Rylee." I muttered, rushing towards the lift, trying to stop it from moving downwards.
It surprised me that just saying her name was able to calm me down.
"Rylee!" I repeated loudly as the doors started to close. She mouthed something and shrugged her shoulders before the doors closed. I rushed over to the elevator door and banged on the door.
"Fvck." I swore, resting my head against the large doors, watching as the elevator began slowly going down. She probably thought I was some sort of cheating b@stard, who instead of grieving over his deceased wife, was sleeping around with women I couldn't even remember names of.
I shouldn't care what she thought of me, but funnily enough, I did.
I was no longer in the mood to do anything.
I strolled back to my office, and glanced at the model, who was still laying on the couch.
"Aren't you going to finish?" She questioned, puckering her lips, "Or shall I finish the job?"
"No, but you can.." I pointed to the exit, "Get out."
She looked gobsmacked, my mouth hung open as she watched me in shock, probably wondering why I had switched up so fast.
"Get out!" I roared, grabbing her clothes and throwing them at her, I didn't like to repeat myself.
"You can't just do that! I'm not some sort of prostitute, do you know who I am?!" She shrieked grabbing her heels and slipping them on.
I thought nice and hard, before finally shaking my head, "No and to be honest, I don't care. Take your sh!t and leave, have a nice day."
I was too old to be sleeping around, and it sure as hell didn't help with anything.
"You are Satan's spawn, I feel sorry for your children." She spat, putting on her bra and leaving the room half naked..
..and the door wide open.
It wouldn't have killed her to just close the door.
I could hear her swearing in Russian all the way from down the hallway. Good thing, I didn't speak a word of Russian because she sounded furious.
I had tried to learn Russian, in my teenage years as we done some buisness in Russia, but my dad ended up sleeping with my tutor who my mother later on fired.
I bent down and picked up the now undone tie that had been flung across my office and hung it around my shoulders, quickly tying it up.
I poked my head out through my office door, where my secretary Rolanda was sat in her seat, laughing whilst on the phone.
"You should've seen her face, Leyla. It was absolutely hilarious! HAHA!" She laughed, I rested on the doorframe, crossing my arms and glaring down at her.
"You think this is funny?" I questioned, she quickly hung up the phone and looked down in guilt.
She knew exactly what she was doing when she sent Rylee inside my office.
"No sir." She replied quickly, fiddling with her thumbs.
"Try something like that again, and you won't have this job for much longer." I threathened and she nodded quickly.

I rested my head in my hands, thinking about the meeting I had just go out of.
Throughout the whole meeting, I wasn't able to concentrate, because a certain someone kept on slipping into the cracks of my broken mind.
I knew I had seen her before somewhere, I just couldn't put my finger on it.
Her beauty just couldn't be forgotten.
The door open, and my devil of a cousin strolled into the room wearing his usual smirk.
"Hello, cousin." He smirked, grabbing a chair and spinning it round, so that he was straddling it, "Miss me?"
"Why are you here?" I questioned, rising to my feet, "Aren't you supposed to be locked up in a mental institution somewhere?"
He shrugged, "They let me out early. Daddy didn't like the bad publicity."
I glanced outside my window, to where a large swarm of paparazzi were crowded around the building, aiming their cameras upwards.
"And neither do I." I spun around, to face him, "Get out."
He looked around my office and shrugged, "Where's that smokin' nanny of yours? I'd love to go down on her anyday." She smirked.
I couldn't stop myself from clenching my fists, I hated the way he spoke about her.
Jacob laughed, "As if she'd ever go for someone like you. You have a million and one kids and you're still hung over Olive, whereas I'm single, fun and free."
"And a psychopath. Leave before I call security." I threatened, grabbing my walkie-talkie.
"You will regret, everything you've done to me." Jacob grabbed the door handle and flung the door open.
"Stay away from her." I warned, as I watched him stroll away.
Believe it or not, Jacob and I had once been best friends, closer than two peas in a pod. But around the time when Alexander was killed, he began to grow cold towards me.
Constantly reminding me of how I'm a terrible person. For three whole years we lost contact with each other, he spent two of those three years in a mental instituon and the other one, in and out of therapy. I still don't understand why.
I never asked, I stopped caring about him the day he told me Alexander deserves to die.
Alex didn't, I did.

Finally dragging myself out of my office, I debated whether I should call Rylee.
I decided against it, she probably didn't want to talk to me anyway.
Seeing as I had no one to hang out with and absolute zilch friends, I decided to call up Joshua Cranberry, my former best friend.
We never fell out, only grew apart.
Our kids are friends, and I wives were once friends too.
Joshua.
Meet me a Covent Garden ASAP. This isn't optional and don't bring your wife.
I could sense Joshua roll his eyes as he opened my text and replied back with a 'Sure. I missed you too.'
I slipped my phone in my pocket, trying to block out the questions from the annoying paparazzi and the flashes from their stupid camera.
I had grown calmer and knew exactly how to act when I was around them. Before, if I even ran into them and they were pestering me, I'd smash their camera, no hesitation.
A shiny black range rover stopped infront of me, and I rolled my eyes. He loved to show off his money. Joshua stepped out of the car, holding his youngest daughter Maya's hand.
"Quinn was sick." He informed me, slapping me on the back, "But it's great to see you man, how are you coping? No Olive?"
I winced at the name,Olive, but tried to cover it up by shrugging lightly, "I got a nanny."
"Oooh who's the unlucky lady?" He laughed loudly, he was always so extra. The joke didn't even have to be funny for him to laugh.
"I can't tell you, because there is no unlucky lady. She's very privileged to be working for me." I replied smugly.
"Veronica quit. Didn't she?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, and so did Sadie and Reya, it got pretty bad." I groaned, at the memories of all the wet nurses' yelling in my face about how terrible my kids were.
But they really weren't so bad, when I was around.
Maybe it's just a women thing, I don't know.
"Knew it." Joshua smirked, as we got led to a small table for two by the window, "You probably made her sign a contract stating that she can't leave for like seven years."
"Two years actually and only because if my suit also it's hard okay. I hope she's able to handle them, I really like her." I sighed, running a hand through my hair as I just realized what I had just said, "I mean, I like her as a nanny to my kids, she's really good.. with the kids."
"Ooh, Uncle Bash has got a gelfriend." Maya sang, clapping her hands as Josh nodded his head in agreement.
"Tell us about this nanny, soon to be girlfriend." Josh demanded raising an eyebrow, "If she's able to deal with your kids, she's a keeeper."
"Be quiet. There's nothing going on between us."
"Then make something go on between you two. Make a move bro." Josh advised.
"I'm not looking for a relationship, it's too soon. I can't.. it's.. I." I sighed and shook my head, taking a sip of the water that had been given to us.
"Still think about her?"
"Every day." I whispered.
I felt a warm hand pat my back, "Don't beat yourself up Bash, it wasn't your fault. None of it was your fault."
No matter how many times I heard that, I still couldn't bring myself to believe it.
Joshua continued, "And it's perfectly normal to begin to feel attracted to other women, Olive wouldn't want you to remain alone."
I nodded slowly, letting my mind drift back to Miss Jordan. She did find me attractive, I had heard her say it.
Even though she'd refused to 'eat me all up,' that day, and had kneed me in the crotch before running off, I could tell she felt somewhat attracted to me.
Business and pleasure, I wasn't one to mix the two up, but I couldn't help myself around her.
I enjoyed her company.
"SEBASTIAN! Are you even listening?!" Joshua cried, lettting out a frustrated groan when I shook my head.
"Well," he continued, "I was just giving you advice on how to move to her." He winked, whilst I rolled my eyes.
"You've only ever dated one girl, as if I'd take advice from me." I teased, making Josh blush, "If anything, I should be giving you tips."
"Whatever, this is why I don't like you." Josh stuck out his tongue.
"You guys are weird." Maya spoke up. "I like weird people!"

"When can I meet your gelfriend?" Maya asked, playing with my spoon.
"Girlfriend? Maya, love, I haven't got a girlfriend. Just me and my kids."
"Don't lie to me! I want to meet her, she seems nice. Can she make me peach cobbler?"
"No, Oliver's allergic to peaches. But she can make Apple pie, she makes a really nice Apple pie." I licked my lips remembering the taste of her delicious apple pie.
"Apple pie? I love Apple pie! I really like your gelfriend and I not even know her!" Maya gasped, clapping her hands excitedly.
"I like her too." I put money, into the bill and stood up, placing Maya on my hip and left.
"So then marry her." Maya stated, matter-of-factly, "That's what mummy always says to daddy when he watches naughty stuff."
My eyes widended at Maya's statement, until all I could do was shake my head and laugh.
"Your dad is a mess." I told her, placing her on the ground, so she could and meet up with Joshua, who was taking a buisness call.
It was nice to go out, I guess. I prefer staying indoors, but this was a nice change.
"Sorry." Joshua apologised, rolling his eyes, "My 'assistant,' sent the wrong files to someone and now I'm being accused of cheating. Yay."
I chuckled, "And that's why you should never hire your spouse as your assistant."
"I didn't hire her! She hired herself!" He exclaimed, uncreasing the lines on his forehead.
Joshua sighed, running a hand through his thick black hair and closed his eyes in frustation, "We'd better head home, or Quinn will kill me."
Joshua scooped up Maya, and we both bid our farewells.
It was nice observing such a simple, close family. I oftened envied them, everything about their lives and families were real, something that I could only dream of.

"Dad, why are you cutting off your beard?" Olivia asked, picking up a bottle of aftershave and shaking it.
"Because," I paused, whenever she would ask me that question my initial answer would simply be 'Because your mother likes it off,' But now I didn't have an answer, "It was starting to annoy me." I lied.
To honest, I'd even forgotten it was there.
"Your face looks naked without it." She shrugged, squirting some aftershave on her hand and rubbing it on her cheeks, "I like your beard better."
"It'll grow back in a week or two." I began shaving, cutting off my growing beard.
From the corner of my eye, I could see Miss Jordan watching us. I was still ashamed after this morning, but she didn't need to know that.
"That's too long, why can't you just get glue and stick it back on!" She thought, sounding extremely proud of her idea.
Simple four year old logic.
Finally, Miss Jordan spoke up, "Olivia, it's time for bed."
Olivia glanced at me, and then back at Miss Jordan before groaning loudly, she pressed a kiss to my cheek before jumping down and following Jordan.
I finished shaving and cleaned up after myself, before heading downstairs to where Miss Jordan was laying down with Olive on her bare chest.
I tried not to stare at her breasts, but honestly I couldn't help myself.
"Mr Reynolds, you scared me. Don't do that again." She scolded, grabbing a blanket and quickly covering her chest. She picked up the baby, before resting her on the blanket, that was still covering her exposed breasts.
I wanted to advise her to go upstairs now, so that in the morning her neck or back wouldn't hurt, but after an internal debate, I decided against it and let her be.
After all, she was only my Nanny.
