Chapter 11| Call me... Sebastian.

Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.

I stretched out my legs, glancing around the quiet waiting area for the fifth time that minute.

Mother's and sleeping babies were filling every seat, while their other children entertained themselves by playing with the small activity cube, that had been stuffed in one corner.

I was suprised by their ability to keep quiet, especially when there were so many kids cramped around one toy, that they were all desprate to use.

One of this little kids being Oliver.

I glanced over at the half asleep figure next to me. Mr Reynolds was dosing off in the little seat, his head resting on the wall.

He was kind of cute while he slept, his bottom lip stuck out in a little pout as his eyebrows were furrowed slightly.

He shifted and turned the other way, resting hid head on my shoulder, my heart race quickened and his nearness.

He always seemed to keep his distance and now he was so close.

"Olive Reynolds." The nurse called, popping her head out through the door, making Sebastians eyes flicker open as he stood up, running a hand through his hair.

Our moment had been ruined! Damn you nurse!

Olive squirmed in my arms, as if she was trying to break free from what was going to happen next.

It was like babies could sense when they would be getting their injections. Olive let out a soft whimper and my heart melted, she placed her small chubby fingers on my chest, trying to clutch onto me.

She was getting her second dose of the 5-in-1 vaccine, which protected her from diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio and Haemophilus influenzae type b.

"Shhh, baby, it's alright." I whispered, gently rocking her.

Sebastian held open the door for Olive and I and we walked into the doctors office, the door slamming behind us.

"Mr Reynolds." The doctor greeted, without turning around, "Mrs Reynolds and little Olive Reynolds, I'm Doctor Jennifer Powell." She turned around to face us, eyeing both of us, "Little Olive is here for her 5-in-1 vaccination?"

All I heard was the Mrs Reynolds, she had just called me, Mrs Reynolds! He hadn't even corrected her.

"Yes, her second dose." Sebastian agreed, gesturing for me to sit down in the only chair. I sat down because I was holding Olive and because I needed to catch my breath.

"First I'm going to ask you a few questions, is that alright?" She asked, pushing up her glasses, we both nodded and so did she, "When did she get her first dose?"

"About a month ago," I replied, stroking her back.

"Side effects?"

"Only a little fever."

The docter turned around and began preparing the injection. Olive began to cry, loudly, showing her fear. Sensing the tension in the room.

"Take off her clothes and pop her on the weighing scale." The docter instructed.

I found it sad, that Sebastian paid her no mind. That he was so loving and compassionate to his other children but it physically hurt him to look at his youngest.

I tried to quieten down Olive, while taking off her clothes until she was only in her nappy. I reached for the strap.

"You don't have to take of the nappy." Sebastian informed me, holding Olive down as she struggled. Her movements were slow, but I was scared she would roll out.

The doctor glanced at the scale, "11.8 pounds and 22inches." She meassured, making a face," "She's very small."

"Is she sick? Like throwing up,a cold?" I shook my head, "Hold her still." She ordered.

Sebastian gripped Olive's arm gently but tight enough to hold her down, while the doctor injected my poor baby.

She let out a high pitched scream and began to wail loudly, trying to get away from Sebastian.

The doctor pulled the needle out and took a step back smiling, she grabbed a cotton ball and a plaster and placed them on Olive's arm.

"Poor baby." I cooed, picking her up and cuddling Olive. I wiped away her tears and rocked her until she stopped crying and just rested her head on my shoulder.

"Just get her dressed up and then you're free to go." I took Olive's onesie and put it on her, then we left.

"I got invited to go out with my friend later on today, we're heading up to Westfield and I was wondering if I could go." I glanced at Mr Reynolds, who jaw was clenched as he drove the car back home.

"Which friend?" He questioned, taking a massive U-turn and driving in a totally different direction from home.

"Noire, the one I met at the toy shop. Oliver and Olive can come with me, and I'll pick Olivia up from dance as soon as we're finished." I explained, pleading a little. I know he wasn't in charge of me, but these were my working hours. Actually every hour is my working hour.

"Noire is a girl, right?" He clarified.

Why did he care?

"I hope so." I laughed awkwardly, scratching my head. He narrowed his eyes.

"I'm not going to let you go if he or she is a male, a straight male with a working-" He announced, frowning as his grip on the steering wheel tightened.

I cut him off, "What if she's a lesbian woman?" I questioned, placing both hands on my hips.

"Then I'm doing a 180 degree turn and taking you back home." He stated, glancing at me, "What's it going to be, Jordan?"

"She's a girl and we're just sort of friends." I frowned, "But I should be able to choose my friends regardless of their gender, you probably have girl friends."

It was either he heard me and chose not to reply, or he'd just ignored my whole mini rant. Mr Reynolds placed his hand on my thigh, still not looking at me.

His warm hand began gently caressing my skin, I couldn't help but bite my lip as his hand moved further up my thigh.

What was he doing...?

I felt his thumb brush off my underwear before he stopped and sighed, "I'll pick up Olivia." He stopped the car, on the side of the road, "I'll send money into your bank account. Have fun." And before I had the chance to say anything, he drove off, taking his kids with him.

Well, that was nice of him...

I walked over to KFC, where Noire and I had agreed to meet and took a seat. I was five minutes early.

I crossed my legs tightly, wondering what would've happened if we hadn't arrived, would he have touched me?

I could still feel his warn hand caressing my skin, leaving goosebumps.

"Fancy seeing you here." Julian smirked, grabbing the seat and sitting down on it.

"Yeah. Aren't you supposed to be working?" I asked, looking around the room for Noire. Please come, Noire please come.

"It's on and off, I work whenever I want to. All the juniors do." He explained, taking my phone my hand and handing it back to me, "There, now you have my number. You work for Sebastian right, like you live with him?"

"Umm, I don't really see how that concerns you." I replied honestly.

"I want to get to know you Rylee Jordan, you fascinate me beyond words." He smirked, leaning closer to me, "You're not like most girls."

"I'm not sure if that's supposed to be a compliment." I pushed my chair back, so that I was further away from him.

He was creeping me out.

"It was, sorry what I'm trying to say is that Rylee. You're special, very special."

"Umm.."

"That's great, I'll call you." He stood up and rubbed his hands together, "it's really great seeing you here Rylee. You're a nice girl, I want to get to know you better."

"There you are Noire!" I exclaimed, jumping to my feet and going to greet my friend, "I'm feeling more burger king, let's go there." I grabbed her arm and rushed her out of KFC.

"What was that about?" She asked, wiggling out of my right grasp.

"He's just some guy, I don't really know him that well." I shrugged.

"Well he's definetly some very beautiful guy. Is he single by any chance?" She asked twirling her hair.

"If he is single, which I'm sure he is. You're not, if I remember correctly." I raised an eyebrow at Noire's carelessness.

"Couldn't care less. My boyfriend being an @sshole."

"Aren't all guys?" I rolled my eyes as we walked into Burger King, where some guy was causing comotion.

I couldn't see him from where I was standing but I could definetly hear him, "This place is for fvcking broke @ss people. Don't fvcking touch me, do you know who I am?" The voice roared, as the security guards surrounded him.

"Let me go! I didn't do anything you prick! Man let me go!" The guy, yelled as security dragged him out. The only thing I could see from here were his black nike shoes.

"Look Laval, I really just do not have the time. I can't make a new design in 12 hours that's impossible." Mr Reynolds snapped, I don't think I've ever seen him this angry in these two and a half months that I had been living with them.

The person on the phone must have said something to make him go from a little angry to outraged.

"I swear to God, tell that Martin that we can sort this out in person. Fist to fist." He yelled, turning red with anger. I stood up, taking the phone from his hands. He was getting so worked up over nothing.

What was up with guys and always wanting to fight?

"Hi, Mr Laval, Mr Reynolds is currently unavailable due to his anger. This is Rylee Jordan his nanny speaking, what's the problem?"

"Marvin hates Sebastian's designs for his new hotel in Ireland. He needs a new design in 11 hours 45 minutes and 23 seconds. 22 seconds." He explained, "Or else they'll be no Irish Rest'in Reynolds."

"How many designs?" I asked, slapping Sebastian's hand away as he tried to take his phone.

"Only two and he has 11 hours 43 minutes and 48 seconds."

"Fine, that's not that hard. We can do it. Please give us one more chance."

"Good luck, you'll need it." And with that he hung up the phone. I placed my both hands on my hips and raised an eyebrow at Ne Reynolds who was frowning.

"Okay! Mr Reynolds, we're are about to do something pretty tricky. First up, we need pencil, probably about four, then we need paper, most preferabley A3. Then we need our imaginations and Oreos. Have we got all of that?" I asked, him and he rolled his eyes.

"Got paper and pencils, not so sure about the other two." Then he left for his office and I followed behind him.

He held the door open for me as I entered the office and closed the door locking it behind me.

"Okay! Let's get to work!" I sat down on the chair and he handed my some paper.

He groaned, running a hand through his hair, messing it all up.

"Don't stress. Relax, think of something or someone that calms you down. Close your eyes and take a step breath." I instructed, I was quite suprised when I saw him close his eyes and take a deep breath.

He smiled softly, I wonder what he's thinking about.

"Okay," he smiled, picking up a pencil, "Let's do this."

We sat in silence, as we began sketching, with only the sound of our pencils scratching against our paper. I pretended I was back in Essex, planning how we were going to fix a house, only this time it was a hotel.

"Hey, Miss Jordan." He called and I raised my head, staring into his big brown eyes, "Thanks for doing this, it really means a lot."

"It's alright, Mr Reynolds, anyone would've done the same." I smiled.

"You can call me Sebastian." He told me.

"I'll only call you Sebastian, if you call me Rylee. Miss Jordan makes me feel weird." I replied honestly.

He laughed, "Fair enough. Rylee it is."
