The first page of Sebastian's journal made me laugh.
It had been written 13 years ago, when he was thirteen. He'd complained about his 'stupid,' therapist making him write this dumb diary.
Sebastian's life sure was eventful.
Friday, the worst day of my life, 2004
Dear whatever you call this...
He'd written, his hand writing still hadn't changed.
I don't even know why I bother.
I come home from writing non-stop at school, just to write some more bullsh!t in this dumb book. I still don't see how this is supposed to help me. And it sure as hell isn't a diary.
Sunday.. definitely the worst day of my life, 2004
I still don't understand the point of this..
Anyway, I got my braces tightened today. Hurts like hell. Then I had to WALK to Monte Carlo, all because that dumb driver and his stupid wife, they just had to have a baby today! It was hot and now I smell bad.
But on my way there I decided what I want to be when I'm older.
A fvcking stripper.
I'm done with school.
I closed the book and threw my head back, laughing. I couldn't imagine Sebastian ever saying there things now. It just didn't suit him.
And the thought of Sebastian with braces didn't sound right.
There was a loud knock on the door interrupting my quiet time.
"Ryleeanna," Mrs Reynolds greeted barging past me and strolling into the house "Great to see you."
"Mrs Reynolds to what do I owe this unexpected pleasure," I greeted through gritted teeth as she passed me her coat and umbrella "What brings you here?"
"Oh please sweetheart call me Savannah, Mrs Reynolds makes me seem old." She flipped her shiny black hair back, flaunting her new hairstyle.
I grabbed the door handle just about to shut the door when a face that didn't really want to see again came into view.
Melinda/Molly/ Melly glared me while pushing the door open with her foot and strutting into the house throwing her coat and bag at me.
"Ryleeanna how wonderful it is to see you. I would've though Seb fired you months ago but I guess you're still here." She smiled fakely as she air-kissed both my cheeks.
There's basically two Audrianna's in this house. Could today get any worse?
I quickly checked if I was going to get any more surprises before slamming the door behind me and hanging up their coats and bags.
I followed them into the living room where they had managed to wake up both Oliver and Bear.
Oliver sat up and rubbed his eyes and Audri have skipping down the stairs, wearing a smirk. The smirk faltered when Molly's face came into view.
Audri siddled up to me and brought her lips to my ear "Who is that hoe next to Savannah?"
"You tell me," I shrugged picking up Oliver rubbing his back.
My phone rang in my pocket and Sebastian's face flashed across my screen. I quickly excused myself and walked into the next room and answered the phones.
My phone rang in my pocket and Sebastian's face flashed across my screen. I quickly excused myself and walked into the next room and answered the phones.
"Why are you calling at such an awkward time?" I hissed closing the door to the laundry room behind me and placing Oliver on the washing machine.
"Oh, has my mother arrived?" He questioned monotonously.
"Yes and she brought Melly- or Molly or whatever she calls herself,"
"Oh." Was all he said.
"Rylee," he began "I need you to go to my office and on my desk you'll see a large purple folder that says RRLux then I need you to come to Reynolds and give it to me," He explained and I groaned.
"Why can't you get it? Have you been outside, Sebastian, it's freezing." I complained making hin chuckle.
"There's an outfit on your bed. Wear it." He instructed, rushing out a quick thanks and hanging up the phone before I had the chance to question.
This man.
I carried the half asleep Oliver to my room and lay him down on my bed, tucking him in.
"Na night, Rywee." He mumbled as I kissed the top of his head.
"Goodnight, Oliver." I picked up the outfit that Sebastian had chosen for me and checked for the price tag.
He had removed it.
It was strange because I was thinking about buying this exact shirt, and Sebastian just magically buys it for me.
I could already tell he was up to no good.
I silently laughed and rolled my eyes and slipped on his Ralph Lauren hoodie, that he never wore, grabbed his documents, bid my farewell and caught the first bus to Reynolds.

I pushed open the door and walked into the deserted building closing the door behind me. If I remember correctly his office was on the twenty fifth floor.
I waddled to the lift and climbed inside clicking on the 25 button and the music began playing. I stood there with a blank expression on my face and climbed out clutching onto the folder.
He had an office in every fifth floor, but this was one his favourite because of he view.
Armed guards stood at every corner watching my every move, making me feel uncomfortable.
I pressed my hand to his door and knocked loudly, walking in when I heard him say "Enter." I slammed the door behind me, as I strolled over to his desk.
"I brought your folder thing," I announced, strolling towards him and handing him his folder.
"Thank you," He replied sluggishly, as he flung the folder away, "But I don't need it."
"Please tell me you're joking?" I asked, raising my eyebrow as he smirked and stood up.
"How else was I supposed to get you to come?" He chuckled as I rolled my eyes.
He began walking towards me, and stopped when he was standing right in front of me.
Instead of smelling his normally nice spicy smell of colonge, I could smell alcohol, smoke and sweat.
"Sebastian, are you drunk?" I questioned, taking a step backwards.
"I think I am." He ran a hand through his hair and placed one hand on his waist, he looked me up and down and smiled, "I like it when you wear my clothes." He announced, referring to his -our- hoodie.
"Our clothes, Sebastian." I corrected him, "We share them."
He chuckled before using his thumb to stroke my chin, he raised my face up and mashed his lips against mine.
It felt amazing.
I wrapped my arm around his torso, as he began to dip me, deepening the kiss. I brought my fingers to his hair and began gently tugging on his dark strands of hair.
"Sebastian," I moaned softly, as he picked me up. I never wanted this to stop.
"I like it when you say my name like that." He whispered against my lips before kissing me hungrily.
He led me to the couch, where he lay me down and crawled over me before attacking my lips with his.
"Mhmmm..." My eyes widened as I felt his hands on my jeans button and I quickly pulled away from him, he looked suprised but after a few minutes, he quickly composed himself, giving me a quizzical look.
"Sebastian, this is wrong." I began slowly, as I tried to slither out of his tight grasp, but his grip tightened, I was beginning to think that that was just a natural reflex to him.
"Rylee.." His voice trailed off, as he gazed into my eyes. He rested his forehead in my forehead and sighed.
I couldn't help but enjoy our closeness.
"I should go home." My statement clearly caught him off guard because his grip around my waist loosened, giving me the chance to speed walk away from him.
I knew I couldn't keep running from my problems, but it was so much more easier than facing them.
My body and heart were begging me to return to Sebastian's warm and living embrace, but my mind kept on flashing images of Audri's ring, reminding me that he was engaged.
I wanted to listen to my body and heart badly, but I had to do the right thing. I needed to be away from Sebastian.
Hopefully, he'll forget about me and grow to love Audrianna who is beneficial to his business.
"Rylee!" He called, as I had a mini debate on whether to take the lift or the stairs.
I began rapidly pressing on the elevator button, glancing back every once in a while.
The doors finally opened and I climbed inside, the doors slamming behind me.
Just as I thought I finally away, as the lift began to move down. Somebody stopped the elevator on the 24th floor.
The doors opened and Sebastian was stood there, looking sort of angry.
He strolled into the lift, the doors slamming behind him. I could feel his anger radiating off me, but he wasn't showing any emotion.
He then pulled out a key and stuck it inside a key hole in the lift, causing the elevator to stop moving. Everything went silent.
"Sebastian what are you-." I exclaimed, about to slap some sense into him, but he cut me off.
"Why?"
The one word question felt like a stab in the heart, no matter how hard I tried to pretend I didn't have a clue what he was talking about.
"Sebastian let me out, this is crazy." I pressed my hand on my chest and took a deep breath.
He took a step towards me, cornering me.
"Why did you run away?"
"Sebastian, you're drunk." I reminded him, "You probably don't even know what you're talking about."
"I'm sober enough to know that you ran away from me. Why?"
"Because we can't do this anymore. It's so wrong Sebastian, and if anyone was to find out about us, everything you've worked for would crumble in a matter of hours." I confessed, burying my face in my hands and sliding the the ground. It was so small in here, so hard to breathe.
My clastrophia was soon forgetten when I felt Sebastian's warm arms around me.
I felt safe in his protective arms.
"Baby," He began, stroking my hair, "God, I don't care about that. I just want you."
"But you can't have me, because you're engaged." I reminded him sadly, as I tried to avoid eye contact, but Sebastian wasn't letting that happen. He held on to my face, and our eyes locked.
He didn't say anything, he just sighed.
"Sebastian, please, whatever this is, it has to stop now. Audri is a
b!tch, but she cares about you. I don't want to be a barrier in your relationship." I sighed, touching his hand lightly.
He let out a groan of frustration, "But there is no relationship, Rylee. I want you. I love you."
"Sebastian-." He cut me off.
"Rylee, I can't imagine my life without, I don't want this to end. I don't want us to end." He murmured, stroking my cheek.
His fingers left a warm trail across my cheek. Sending shivers down my spine.
"Sebastian, we have to. If anyone was to find out about us, your buisness. Everything would be over. Think about your buisness and not just for you, for your kids to inherit. We can't be selfish." I took a deep breath and tried to move away from him.
"Rylee baby, you and my kids are the only things that make me happy, you are the reason I look forward to waking up every morning-."
I cut him off, "Sebastian, please no."
"Rylee, fvck. I will leave her."
That sentence left me frozen, I couldn't speak or breathe, for what felt like years.
Words had completely failed me at the moment.
Was he serious?
I was waiting for the hitch. Where he tells me, he'll leave her after he earns a certain amount of money, but it never came.
He was still gazing at me.
He was serious.
He was going to leave her for me.
After a long while of just staring at him, I was finally able to find my voice.
"No."
He looked shocked and outraged.
"What do want me to do then?!" He exclaimed, ramming his fist into the wall, shaking the lift.
I had never seen Sebastian this distressed.
He looked so hurt and angry.
I didn't want to be the cause of his pain, but I also didn't want to be the cause of his ruin.
So I had to remain strong.
"What I want, is for you to turn this thing back on and let me go home." I demanded, my voice shaky as I tried to hold in my tears.
Seeing him so sad, made me feel upset and guilty. I desperately wanted to run back into his arms, but I had to resist.
"Rylee-." He sounded so broken.
"Sebastian, please just do it." I softly pleaded, I needed to get out of here. I needed to get away from him and from everyone.
He reluctantly pulled out the key and slammed it in the key hole, letting the elevator continue it's job as normal.
We finally arrived on the ground floor and one of his bodyguards were standing in front of us.
"Sebastian." He began, but Sebastian interrupted him.
"Take her home." He instructed, exiting the lift and walking away.
Wishing that he'd look at me was a big mistake, because when he did. I had to look away.
"But Sebastian-." The bodyguard, Lex, tried to speak up again, but once again Sebastian cut him off.
"Lex!" He growled, grabbing Lex by the collar, "If I have to repeat myself one more time, I swear to God, I'll..." His voice trailed off as he began staring at me.
Or more like behind me.
"Audri..." His voice trailed off, as he loosened his grip on Lex's shirt.
Audrianna jogged up to Sebastian and wrapped her arms tightly around his neck, kissing his cheek.
Seeing them together felt like a stab through my already broken heart.
"Can we please just go?" I mumbled, tugging on Lex's shirt. He turned around and gave me a pitiful glance before escorting me out of the building.
I had never been more happy to leave.
I couldn't help but give Sebastian one last glance, but his face was emotionless.
He strolled his Range Rover, and opened his car door and I climbed inside, bringing the sleeves of his jacket my nostrils and basking in it's scent.
Lex soon climbed into the car, but he didn't start it. He sat there, staring at the empty parking lot.
"Are you okay?" He asked slowly, as he turned around to face me.
I was not okay, and I wasn't going to pretend I was anymore.
I slowly shook my head, as the tears began to fall and soon enough I was sobbing in the backseat.
I felt Lex's arms wrap around me and pull me into a tight hug as I cried and cried.
"Leave him." He muttered, signing deeply, "Audrianna deserves her shot at happiness."
"I'm pathetic, aren't I? Crying over an engaged man." I muttered, wiping my tears.
"No, you're not Rylee. You're in love, one of the most painful feelings in the world." He sighes, and rests his head on my head.
"But Lex, he was willing to leave her.. for me! And I said no." I wailed.
Lex's face hardened and his body tensed, the he finally began talking, "H-he was going to leave her and you said... no?!" His voice was shaking, so was his body.
What was wrong with him..?
"Did you not once think about Audrianna's feelings?!" He exclaimed, slamming his hand on the car horn, I jumped up in suprise.
"I did! And that's why I said no!" I yelled, angry at him for accusing me of not caring about her feelings. Why should I?
I still had the bruises on my face from when she scratched me, but nobody seemed to care about that anymore.
"No, Rylee! You were being selfish, as usual." He rolled his eyes and started the car.
"You don't even know me." I growled, turning away from him.
No, Rylee! You were being selfish, as usual.
You were being selfish, as usual.
You were being selfish.
Lex didn't reply, just slammed the brakes, making me jerk forward before speeding off in the direction of home.
"Audrianna isn't as bad as she may seem."

I pushed open the front door and quietly walked in with Olivia behind me. The house was usually quiet.
"Where is everybody?" I muttered hanging up my coat and pushing the door closed.
Olivia shrugged passing me her jacket and removing her bag, flinging it across the room.
I turned around to see Lex still standing by the door with a blank expression on his face.
"Oh yeah Lex, you can now. Thanks." I smiled warmly at him but he didn't budge.
"Mr Sebastian says I can't leave until you've both eaten," He said monotonously "Especially Miss Olivia."
Olivia groaned loudly "Why does it even matter if I eat or don't eat? Last time I checked it was none of your buisness."
Lex and I exchanged glances.
"It might not be Lex's buisness but it's definitely mine."
"Rylee it's not your buisness, Lex can get involved if he wants." Olivia shot me a dangerous glare and turned back to Lex, giving him her biggest smile.
I rolled eyes and guided Olivia to the kitchen where Oliver was sitting in Olive's high chair in his iPad.
"Rywee! Owivia!" He exclaimed dropping the iPad on the floor and grinning at both of us.
I bent down and picked up his iPad handing it back to him so he could continue watching Thomas the Tank Engine.
"Where Grandma and Audri?" I asked him but he just smiled probably not having a clue what the hell I was talking about.
I couldn't help but feel annoyed that Savannah had left Oliver alone downstairs but I chose not to say anything.
Savannah had a big influence of Sebastian and I could tell he loved her a lot and would do anything for his mother.
"Lex, you can seriously go now." I looked back up at Lex who was eying Oliver suspiciously while Olivia was beaming at Lex.
"I can't leave until Miss Olivia eats. Mr Sebastians orders." I rolled my eyes and opened the fridge pulling out leftover lasagne and dumping it on a plate before stuffing it in the microwave and waiting five minutes.
I pulled it out and grabbed a fork and handed it to Olivia, who slowly took a bite so Lex would stay a little longer.
"She's eaten. Thank you, Goodbye Lex." I rushed him out of the house and was about to close the door when I heard his voice.
"Don't forget what I told you Miss Rylee."
