But even Mars was unthinkable for Finn Lewis’s parents. Upon hearing this, Hazel Lewis forced a bitter smile before speaking a while later, “Alright, I was just joking with you. We really don’t understand any of this or know what advice to give you. We definitely won’t mention it to anyone. Just don’t mention any specific details either, especially to our relatives.”

“I know, Dad,” Finn nodded his agreement.

“Well, sort out the rest on your own. But there is one more thing. Kay has been staying with us for quite a while now. Regardless of whether you’ve found an alien spaceship or something else, when are you planning to marry her? The wedding has to take place eventually,” Hazel looked at Finn, waiting for an answer.

Kay blushed at hearing this. Although she had been open about her relationship with Finn and even started calling his parents “Mom and Dad”, she felt quite shy discussing it in front of them.

“Ok, take care of these matters on your own,” Hazel hesitated as if wanting to say more, but refrained. Finn understood his father was concerned about Emma Lewis, but since Emma was already aware, Finn didn’t elaborate further. He had a lot to sort out anyway.

After discussing with his parents, Finn then spent time with Kay alone as Hazel and Fay Wells claimed they were heading to visit Finn’s grandfather and left home. Just Finn and Kay were left at home.
