Suo Yang never thought that he would be like this when he was in love. He used to think that regardless of the time, he would never lose his composure too much.

However, when he was really in love, he turned to be like everyone else, caring about each other and every detail of each other’s life.

He respected Shen Huiming’s living habits, and at the same time, he hoped to leave a place for himself in the other party’s ‘habit’. He tried his best to infiltrate into the other party’s life as unobtrusively as possible, but he seemed to be in a bit of a hurry and was exposed in the blink of an eye.

“No.” Suo Yang said stiffly, “It just occurred to me that you like coffee.”

Shen Huiming smiled, “Alright, if you say no, then no it is.”

He lightly kissed Suo Yang’s ear, “You clean up first, I’ll go and cook for you.”

Shen Huiming stood up and looked down at Suo Yang, who tilted his head up.

Suo Yang said, “You’re going to?”

“I went to the morning market on purpose,” Shen Huiming said, “The vegetables and meat are fresh in the morning, and the ingredients are all taken care of, just waiting for you to come back and put them in the pot.”

“Let me help you.” Suo Yang stood up.

“Alright,” Shen Huiming did not refuse, “Change your clothes first, and don’t let the oil splash on your shirt.”

Ever since that day when Suo Yang stayed overnight, Shen Huiming had bought him a new set of home clothes, which was placed on the other pillow of the double bed. He had been thinking about the other so much that he had become obsessed.

He was embarrassed to let Suo Yang know about this; a thirty-year-old man fell in love and made himself look like this. It would be embarrassing to talk about it.

However, after looking forward to it for several days, the man finally came back, and the clothes Shen Huiming had bought had finally found their owner.

“I prepared home clothes for you,” Shen Huiming said, “On the bed in the bedroom.”

“Okay.” Suo Yang moved his suitcase to the side and walked into the bedroom.

As soon as he entered the room, he remembered the night the two spent together. Shen Huiming was more gentle than he imagined, and it made him blush, and his heart raced even more.

Suo Yang hesitated momentarily and changed his clothes after closing the door. Although he knew that there was no need to worry about these things between him and Shen Huiming, he still felt a little embarrassed.

After changing his clothes, he folded the clothes he had taken off and put them on the hanger by the door.

When Suo Yang opened the door and walked into the kitchen, Shen Huiming had already put the processed fish into the pot.

He picked up the apron hanging on the hook at the door and walked towards the other man, “Lower your head.”

Shen Huiming obediently obeyed, smiling and bowing his head slightly, allowing Suo Yang to put the apron on him.

The thin rope of the apron was hung around Shen Huiming’s neck. He turned around to cover the pot, and Suo Yang stood behind him and helped him tie the rope behind him.

“I’ve had this apron for over a year now, and I’m wearing it for the first time today.”

Suo Yang said softly while knotting the rope, “Don’t let it splash on your clothes.”

Shen Huiming smiled, “Do you think I’m having a rough time?”

If Shen Huiming had it rough, then there should only be a few meticulous people out there.

A person’s personality could also be seen from a person’s kitchen. Just now, when Suo Yang came in, he saw that Shen Huiming had arranged all the ingredients in an orderly manner. Although he didn’t cook much, he still knew how to cook. Yes, he found that the order in which Shen Huiming placed the ingredients was even in a logical sequence.

“What can I do?” Suo Yang didn’t answer his question but stood beside him.

“I forgot to beat the eggs,” Shen Huiming said, “I’ll chop the mushrooms. There are eggs over there; take two and beat them.”

“Okay.” Suo Yang obediently went to get the eggs and came back and skillfully stood by the side to break them up for later use.

The two of them were busy working together in the kitchen, and they really felt like a young couple living together.

Suo Yang liked this kind of feeling, warm and down-to-earth.

The gorgeous dining room was ornate with exquisite plating. However, those were not what made it precious. The most precious thing was the most ordinary and simple home-cooked meals.

Suo Yang sat at the dining table and looked at him with a smile, “I thought you were bragging, but I didn’t expect the cooking skills to be really this good.”

When the two were eating together, Suo Yang looked up at Shen Huiming from time to time.

“In the past, all the dishes were similar at your place1Suo Yang’s dish is too monotone and lacks of variety,” Shen Huiming said. “In the future, every dish I make will be something you particularly like to eat.”

Suo Yang laughed, “Are you bragging about yourself?”

“That’s right.” Shen Huiming picked another piece of meat for him, “Do you think my bragging is justified?”

Suo Yang ate the piece of meat, nodded and said, “It’s quite reasonable.”

The meal satisfied both of them physically and mentally. Shen Huiming said, “I reckon, after such a meal, you will love me a little more.”

“How so?” Suo Yang followed him to clean up the kitchen.

Shen Huiming smiled, “Isn’t there a saying that to tether a man’s heart, you must first tether his stomach? I’ve satisfied your stomach today, haven’t I?”

Suo Yang lowered his head and smiled.

More than just the stomach.

He didn’t have the nerve to say it, and he could only secretly laugh.

They had eaten and drunk enough, but it was still early.

Suo Yang said, “Are you going back to the company?”

Shen Huiming glanced at the time, “Are you tired?”

“Me?” Suo Yang said, “I’m good.”

Shen Huiming went over and suddenly leaned over to kiss him, “Do you want to accompany me to work?”

Suo Yang hesitated.

He hesitated not because he didn’t want to go but because he was worried that if he went, he would disturb Shen Huiming’s work.

“If you are tired, rest at home, and I will come back to accompany you at night.”

“I’m not tired.” Suo Yang said, “I’m afraid it will be inconvenient for you if I go over.”

Shen Huiming smiled, “What is there to inconvenience me? If you don’t go, I won’t feel at ease, and I will always miss you.”

After confirming their relationship, the two haven’t seen each other for a few days. They finally saw each other, and when they did, they couldn’t afford to hide it at home, so they definitely wanted to take it with them wherever they went.

When he heard what Shen Huiming said, Suo Yang didn’t hold back any more. He stood up from the sofa and took Shen Huiming’s hand, “Then go change your clothes.”

The two of them just changed their clothes, and they hugged and kissed for a long time. It was Shen Huiming’s assistant who called, and they were forced to separate.

When he saw that Suo Yang didn’t speak, Shen Huiming didn’t tease him anymore, and when they finished cleaning up, they went downstairs holding hands.

Suo Yang kept looking at the hands they held together and suddenly thought of something. He looked up at the camera in the elevator.

Shen Huiming smiled, “It’s okay, no one cares about our relationship.”

Suo Yang laughed softly and leaned against Shen Huiming again.

It was already 4:30 when the two arrived at Shen Huiming’s company, and Suo Yang was still holding the coffee beans he had bought from Rio.

When Shen Huiming’s assistant saw Suo Yang this time, he immediately said with a smile, “Hello, Yang ge!”

Suo Yang was a little surprised. He didn’t remember introducing himself to the other party when he came last time.

After Shen Huiming finished signing for the assistant and the assistant left the office, Shen Huiming said, “After all, he is my assistant, and there are some things he needs to know.”

Suo Yang understood. He was introduced to others by Shen Huiming.

Shen Huiming brought a laptop to Suo Yang, “I may be busy for a while. You can use this computer if you are bored.”

At 6:30, the employees began to clock out to get off work.

Shen Huiming was sitting in front of the computer, still reading the proposal. When the assistant opened the door and came in, Shen Huiming gave him a ‘shh’ gesture because Suo Yang was lying on the sofa and fell asleep.
