CHAPTER 10

Pon's POV

I was in Sailub's bed or now.. our bed, while I was playing on my phone while trying to go back to sleep, I put the cat to sleep in the cage since I'll go and buy her a bed tomorrow.

it was the weekend but all I did was stay at this penthouse, it was fun but sometimes it's kind of boring but I didn't want to worry about Sailub getting home late or drunk so I just stayed home.

I heard the bell ring from downstairs as it echoed through the whole penthouse, I quickly got up from the bed and put on my bunny slippers while holding onto my phone.

I opened the door as a creaking sound was heard, I walked downstairs and then i opened the door.

I saw a guard helping Sailub who was drunk in the guard's arms.

"thank you khub." I said as he gave me Sailub who practically fell onto my arms, I closed the door locking it.

I went to the living room placing Sailub down on the couch as he fell and laid down on the couch as he groaned.

"pon.." he groaned as he held onto his head while he coughed and he yawned, he stank and smelled like beer.

I hated the smell of beer or whatever that was from the club, I'm not a party person..

"Khun Sai.. you have work tomorrow.. what's wrong with you? drank too much?" I asked as I took off his vest and then i walked to the kitchen to grab a dry towel and a bucket filled with cold water so I could clean him up.

it wasn't the first time I cleaned up after sailub, there was a time that he went back to the office being drunk and I had to sleep at the office with him because I couldn't let him stay there by himself.

"ugh.." he whined and groaned nonstop because of the pain in his head and how his body was aching and hurting a lot.

"sailub." I mumbled, he quickly stopped moving and stopped groaning, I continued to clean him up and took some clean clothes and changed him.

he fell asleep after I finished putting on his silk pajamas, I sighed as I looked at my boss.

he looked so scary, so fierce and so bossy.. but in reality he really needs to be taken care of like a baby.

he held onto my hands and placed them under his cheeks while I was in this weird position while sitting.

I cursed under my breath, I sighed as I took a pillow from the other couch while trying my best not to move my hands that is under Sailub's cheek.

I took the two pillows and stacked them up and placed them on my lap so I could lean on it.

I fell asleep after leaning for a long time.

it was finally morning, I slowly sat up my hand still stuck under Sailub's cheek and I looked at the bright light that was glaring at us from the window.

"umm.. it's too early.." he mumbled, Sailub was finally awake and sober..

I looked and took a glance at Sailub who moved around and continued to close his eyes while his eyebrows furrowed due to his eyes hurting probably from the light.

"Khun Sai.. wake up khub, you have work today, we have work today." I said as he shook his head.

"cancel today's plans.. let's stay home today, there's nothing too important for today anyways.. tell them I'm sick and tell president Ping to do the work instead, I'll pay him anyways." he said with a hoarse voice.

as I nodded and yawned, he turned his head to look at me and slowly opened his eyes looking at me.

"was I drunk? I'm sorry." he mumbled as I smiled and shook my head.

"you were drunk but it's okay, no need to tell me sorry, it's okay because I got my beauty sleep but if I didn't.. I would've sulked." I said as I giggled.

he looked at me with a soft smile imprinted on his face and chuckled at me as he caressed my hair closed his eyes again as his hands relaxed and fell on my shoulder.

"are you still sleepy khub?" I asked as he nodded while frowning.

"if you're not going anywhere.. I think it's better if we both go to sleep for a bit, hm? it's only 5 AM" I suggested.

he nodded and smiled as he slowly sat up, he looked at me and helped me get up, a loud cracking sound was heard from my spine.

"ounch!" I groaned as I held onto Sailub's arms as he helped me get up properly, I have a habit of cracking my back so it explains why it cracked hard.

"are you okay?" he asked and a chuckle from him was followed.

"mhm.. fine.. it feels good as well.." I giggled and I helped him get up, I glanced up at him and we went upstairs to our bedroom.

he opened the door and plopped onto the bed as I followed sitting down properly first and he smiled.

"i remember something, before you went back to the office all wet and you were sick, you were sleeping when I let you stay here and you kept sleeping until we arrived at the office, it felt like you were the boss and I was the secretary, you went here before just didn't know it yet." Sailub said as he took the blanket and covered himself with it.

"h-huh? no way!" I replied

he chuckled and nodded as he continued to tell me that story, I felt embarrassed.

"we-well.. I'm sorry.. I didn't know I was a nuisance to you before.." I apologized.

"it's fine, you're like a little brother to me, don't worry about it." he said as I smiled while nodding.

"go back to sleep, I know you took care of me last night, I was the nuisance last night to you, so go back to sleep, I'll sleep as well." he said as he turned around and slept.

I chuckled and smiled as I took the blanket and placed it on top of me and continued to sleep properly.
