CHAPTER 31

Pon's POV

I was wearing an oversized t-shirt with a bunny imprinted in the middle of my shirt eating carrots which are the biggest thing Sailub hates but he would eat a carrot if I told him to.

"are you sure you're gonna be fine?" Garfield asked as he held my hands, I smiled and nodded.

"i'm sure I'll be fine, baby SaiNam is excited, he's been kicking my belly since last night.. I'm sure he's excited to meet his daddy." I mumbled as I smiled looking at my belly.

Garfield giggled and caressed my belly and kissed my forehead as he smiled at me, "Good luck my best friend, you can do it! if anything happens just call me and I'll be right there like the flash!" he said as I giggled.

I smiled as I held onto his hands and let go after I saw my ride, I waved him a good bye holding my bag tightly while I opened the door to the car and got inside as I groaned shuffling myself inside trying to fit myself in with the bump I have.

"where to sir?" he asked as I closed the door, I smiled and said, "To Yuan Yan Restaurant khab."

after a long ride and me struggling inside the taxi space I finally got out, I finally felt and smelled the fresh air from outside and finally got out of that suffocating and nauseous taxi.

"Pon!" a voice from the other side said as I saw Ping, he held my wrist and pulled me to the side.

"before you enter, the lights will turn off leading to Sailub getting confused, make sure when you come inside, you immediately hold him, okay?" Ping said.

is this a surprise for him? I like it.

I smiled and nodded as we were waiting outside keeping an eye out, we saw the lights from the inside of the restaurant turned black, ping quickly helped me navigate and lead to sailub.

as I was holding out my arm out trying to find Sailub while my other arm was holding onto my bump to protect it, after that I felt a touch.

an electric touch, a touch I was familiar with..

"Pon.. I smell your scent.. Pon.. Pon.. Pon!" a voice from Sailub was heard, I felt his arms travelling to my arm as he was touching me, I smiled softly, trying my best not to cry.

the soft lights opened slowly in the restaurant revealing sailub, I looked at Sailub who slightly grew more taller and became more handsome.

"sai..?" I mumbled as he looked at me, he took a deep breath opening his mouth and then he started to cry, he started crying a lot..

"p-pon.. my pon! yo-you're pregnant.. you're.. oh my.. your pregnant.. oh my.. gosh.. it's true.. my baby.. why-why didn't you tell me..? I would've been a good husband for you.. I would've taken care of you.." he said as he started bawling.

he kneeled down in front of him and started crying, his feelings I could feel and sense, my heart ached seeing Sailub like this.

I sniffed as tear drops slowly dropped from my eyes to my cheeks I sniffed again as I wiped my tears away holding Sailub's hands.

"oh god.. I can't.. I'm such a bad father.. I didn't even sense.. I knew I slept with you that night.. I knew something was off.. i-i.. I knew that you were going through something but didn't tell me.. you were going through this pregnancy alone.. without me, I'm mad at you.. Pon.. I'm mad at you!" Sailub said as he continued to cry.

he said those words with a hint of tremble in his voice, he cried and continued to cry and cry..

"my Pon.. you've gone through this alone.. without my guidance and help.. I'm so mad at you for keeping me away from my baby.. and you leaving me, you're also my baby.. I knew my baby left me but I didn't know two babies left me.." he said as I looked at him.

his tears dropped like a faucet, I took a deep trembling breath as I pressed my lips together and opened my lips letting more air come inside.

"pon.. I could've taken care of you.. you know? bought you every single craving you have.. I'm just glad.. you're safe.. and the baby is healthy.. you know I could've thrown him a gender reveal Party? it was my dream to have one of those.." he said as he continued to cry.

my knees started to wobble, I kneeled down with Sailub and hugged him tightly while he cried on my shoulder he was screaming while crying.

"ai'pon!.. I love you so freaking much.. thank you.. for carrying my future baby.. our baby.. I'm sorry I've never done much.. I'm sorry for not doing my best in finding you and I'm sorry I realized too late.. my pon.. I would leave everything to be with you.. I would leave the past to be with you, My present and my future." he said as he held my face close to his.

seeing his face while tears dropped on his cheeks hurts me a lot, I took a deep breath and wiped away his tears.

I took a deep breath and slowly planted a soft kiss on his forehead, I smiled as I looked at him with a lovely look.

"my Pon.. please let me be in your life again.. I'm willing to marry you again and again, forever and ever, I never tried to go out and find someone better, no one could be a better secretary than you.. no one could replace you, my dear.." he said as he buried his face on my shoulder and kept crying.

(my gosh, even the author-nim is crying, I love you both -SailubPon- so much..)

"Pon.. don't leave me again, don't be a stranger again.. I'm willing to spend millions for you, to take care of you.. I love you.." he said as he looked at me, I nodded while I sniffed.

"stop crying my big baby.. baby SaiNam misses his daddy.. he's been kicking my belly since last night.. he's excited to see you." I said as I slowly got up and helped Sailub get up as well.

I could see in Sailub's eyes the tears of joy that formed in his eyes, he looked at my belly and kneeled down and kissed my belly.

"the carrot here is blocking my baby.. I don't care.. I just.. missed you my baby and your mommy so much that I was going crazy." he said as he slowly got up and held my hands.

"if you have any problems with me in the future, be honest.. I wouldn't want to lose you anymore, even if it's that bad or not that bad, tell me, we'll fix it together." he said.

I smiled and nodded, I made the biggest mistake ever, I never trusted him..

"daddy Sailub.. will you forgive mommy pon? I mean we can always try again for another baby.. as long as I'm with you I'll be happy and okay." I said as Sailub smiled and nodded while trying to stop his tears.

"let's eat and catch up.. c'mon my baby." he said as we both sat down infront of each other and continued to eat while catching up..
