CHAPTER 33

Pon's POV

I was eating sticky mango rice when Sailub came inside the dining room and smiled happily and it gave me a weird feeling that he was gonna tell me something or a surprise.

"yes baby?" I asked as I looked up at him as he chuckled and sat beside me.

"hmm.. I just.. wanted to surprise you.. well we will go somewhere later and after I'll explain everything, okie?" he said as I smiled and nodded.

ohh.. a surprise.. what kind of surprise is that?

"mhm! let me finish eating first khub" I mumbled as I continued to eat the mango sticky rice, it really made baby SaiNam happy and I felt happier as Sailub watched me lovingly.

"why are you surprising me all of the sudden? hmm?" I asked as he chuckled and shrugged his shoulders while smiling mischievously.

"well, I wanted something for our future and for baby SaiNam so.. make sure to be prepared, it'll be a good surprise." said Sailub.

I smiled and nodded while I stuffed my cheeks with the mango sticky rice and continued to giggle.

"waii! where are we going khub?" I asked as Sailub held my hands helping me sit down inside the passenger seat.

he closed the door while smiling and walked to the other side of the car and opened the door sitting down inside as he sighed.

"we will go somewhere, a very beautiful place, okay baby? just stay here and relax I'll take you to our paradise." he said as he buckled up.

I took the seatbelt and smiled as he held my hands and then he started to drive to our destination.

he was silent and smiled the whole ride, I was nervous and excited at the same time, The whole silence of the ride made my heart beat even faster and could be heard.

Sailub is a sneaky man, he could do anything without me knowing, especially with surprises but if he's cheating, I'll know for sure.

*ring.. ring..*

a sound from his pocket was heard, I startled a bit due to his loud ringtone, he softly apologized with chuckling and took his phone and answered it as he parked the car at the side.

he pressed on full brake and answered the call, he cleared up his voice and took a deep breath.

"what is it?" asked Sailub as I looked out and looked at Sailub who pressed his lips together.

''someone wants to apply for the secretary position sir.''

"tell them, I've found a perfect secretary and don't call me again if someone is trying to apply for a secretary position, just chat me, I'm busy with my wife." said Sailub.

my heart started pounding and I softly smiled as I heard him say.. "my wife.."

he took his phone and hung up as he placed it inside his pocket and smiled apologizing.

"sorry sweetheart, let's go." said Sailub as I smiled and nodded softly.

"can you pleaseee.. tell me where we're going? I wanna knoww!" I whined while pouting.

"it won't be a surprise my sweetheart, come on just hang on tight for a while, we will arrive soon just another 7 minutes, okay?" Sailub said as he softly held my hands.

"you will be very happy and surprised okay baby? don't worry you'll be fine and you'll be happy, it's not gonna be a long ride." said Sailub as he softly kissed my hands and continued to drive.

I was really lucky to have someone like Sailub in my life.

I was just stubborn, I didn't open up to him before or what if I never did..?

what if I never talked to him or gave him the chance to meet up? my heart was pounding.

I slowly opened my eyes as I fell asleep after a 20 minute long drive to the destination, I saw my beloved Sailub on his phone waiting for me to wake up.

"good morning baby, did you have a good sleep?" he asked softly as he took off my seatbelt and I yawned softly and nodded.

he wiped the tears that formed on my eyes that fell down my cheeks from the yawning.

"hmm.. we're here!" he said as I rubbed my eyes while looking around the area.

it was a beautiful mansion, it had a beautiful exterior, it was majestic, like paradise.

"h-huh? I don't get it baby.. there is just a beautiful mansion in front?" I said confused as he chuckled.

"this.. mansion, is ours." he said.

"w-what?"

I was in complete shock, he chuckled as he got out of the car and walked towards the other side and helped me get out of the car.

I held onto my bump and looked around the area, it has a beautiful entrance, beautiful palm trees, beautiful ponds, a beautiful garden area, and beautiful everything.

"it's beautiful.." I mumbled as he softly held my hands.

"my love, this is our house, we need to live here in order to have a safe environment for baby SaiNam and for you." he said as he smiled.

"see, there aren't other houses here, just us, outside the gate over there, there are many other houses and luckily some of our friends live there as well and it's close to the office as well." he said.

"so don't worry about the expenses because it's all paid under my name, but you're also the owner." he said as he smiled while he moved closer to me.

I smiled at him, my eyes tearing up slowly as he softly kissed my cheeks and wiped away the tears forming in my eyes.

"baby, don't cry, it's just a new beginning for us, you'll be okay baby, I love you so much, thank you for everything." he said as he smiled at me.

"i love you khub.." I mumbled as I kissed him.
