We can’t possibly be so protective of our own people just because of having the same surname. It’d make the other employees feel aggrieved. “I’m not pointing fingers at you but agreeing with your way today,” Lu Zishan said with a smile.

She had always felt that her father almost had no principles toward her grandfather.

“I can agree to everything else, but I have my own ideas about the company’s management. Otherwise, your grandfather and second uncle would have been able to make decisions in the company all these years.” Lu Zishan explained.
