Chapter 673

Love After Divorce

Chapter 673:

Looking at Young Master Brook’s expression, Baby felt he would be miserable when he returned, so he immediately stopped Adrian.

“Adrian, can I live with you for two days?” he asked, looking at Adrian pitifully, hoping that he would agree.

“I think you want to go to my house for two days so that you can avoid trouble,” Adrian said, not hesitating to expose Baby.

Baby was not angry after being exposed by Adrian. He nodded repeatedly. Even if Adrian laughed at him, it didn’t matter; at least it would be better than being beaten by his father.

“Baby, are you stupid or too stupid?” Young Master Brook directly called Baby out, wanting to beat him up.

“Adrian, are you okay?” RK asked as he quickly took Adrian into his arms to check if he was hurt.

“Dad, I am fine. Darling, she…” Adrian spoke. Looking at RK’s nervous look, Adrian felt guilty and worried about her again.

“It’s fine. Call your mother.” Hearing that Adrian was fine, RK felt relieved and handed the phone to him. Adrian took the phone and nodded.

“Look at Rian’s father, and look at you,” Baby pointed at RK and complained.

“I will take care of you when we get home.” Young Master Brook put Adrian down and looked at RK.

After finishing the call, Adrian handed the phone back to RK. Looking at Baby, he smiled rudely.

Baby winked at Adrian, asking him to tell his father. He didn’t want to be punished by his father when he got home. Otherwise, he would be miserable.

“Uncle Brook, can I invite Baby to my house for two days?” Although Adrian was laughing at Baby, he would not leave him like this.

Dominic didn’t know how to refuse Adrian. He knew that Adrian was afraid he would deal with him when he returned home, so he said this.

“Young Master Brook, let Baby live there for two days. Adrian would also have a companion to play with him,” RK said. He knew what Adrian was thinking. He also felt sorry for him. If he and Stella hadn’t ignored him, such a thing wouldn’t have happened.

Baby looked at RK gratefully. He didn’t expect RK to speak up for him.

“Uncle Kingston, you are so great,” Baby said as he walked straight to RK, grabbed his hand, and looked at his father.

Young Master Brook could only nod. If he didn’t want to agree, since RK had already said so, he had no choice but to agree.

“Baby, remember to be polite.” Dominic was afraid that he would do something stupid, so he reminded him. It didn’t matter if he was kidnapped; he believed that he could escape, but he didn’t want him to take Adrian with him.

“Of course!” Baby nodded and said sincerely.

RK led Adrian and Baby to the Kingston family home, while Young Master Brook drove back himself.

Along the way, Baby chatted with Adrian, and Adrian replied from time to time.

RK picked up his phone when he saw it was Ruben.

“Ruben, if it’s urgent, no one will find out.” Although Ruben was not as good as RK, he didn’t want to be worse than him. He used to help RK deal with the following troubles.

“Yes.” RK wouldn’t say anything to express his gratitude to Ruben. They had been like this since they were young.

As soon as Adrian got home, Stella held him in her arms.

“Auntie, I am sorry. It’s all because of me that Little Rian was kidnapped.” Baby, who had always liked Mr. and Mrs. Kingston, walked to them and apologized.

“It doesn’t matter. We can rest assured that you are all right.” Mrs. Kingston caressed Baby’s head, telling him not to blame himself.

After Stella brought them to eat something, she let them rest. Originally, she had prepared a room for Baby, but Baby said he wanted to live with Adrian, so she didn’t object.

“Adrian, your family is so nice.”

Baby lay in bed and looked at Adrian, who was reading a book.

“I know.” Adrian turned over a page and answered Baby’s question.

“Do you have to read a book before you go to bed?” Baby didn’t understand why and looked at Adrian in confusion.

“Yes.” Adrian was used to reading books. When he was young, Stella told him stories before he fell asleep. Later, he read books by himself, so he didn’t need Stella to tell him stories.

“Okay.” Baby curled his lips. He did not have such a habit. He looked at the fairy tale book and felt that it was too boring; there were no fairy tale books in his family.
