Chapter 33
The Lord Mayor Falls in Love with Me
âWell, why are you so mean? I am so scared. Phil, you havenât answered my question yet. Who do you think is prettier, me or Joey?â
Chance was being coquettish.
âEw...â.
Philip had never known a man so feminine. He almost threw up, âPervert!â
He wouldnât stay here for another minute and flounced out of the room.
âHaha...â
After he left, Chance burst into laughter. He turned around gracefully and leaned back in his rocking chair. He couldnât help thinking of Joey, the woman who had been fought over by two men.
He raised his right hand and stared at it for a while. What an unforgettable experience!
The night before, he had examined Joeyâs wound in the belly with his right hand. What was more, he had never seen a woman whose skin was smooth as Joeyâs.
The moment his fingers touched her skin, he instantly felt something, something he shouldnât have felt in a professional relationship.
If Allen hadn't he been there, he wouldnât have been able to restrain himself from running his fingers all the way down her belly because it was such a wonderful feeling.
âJoey, what a beautiful name!â
Chance smiled and his eyes sparkled as he kissed his fingers that had touched Joeyâs skin last night.
It was a shame that he had no choice but to keep his hands off Joey because she was his friendâs girlfriend.
However, he was dying to know what it would feel like to be intimate with the owner of such beautiful skin. As a doctor, he was too curious to drop the idea. What should he do?
What should he do?
He tried very hard to repress his burning desire, but it seemed that he failed...
Joey had no idea that while she was making love to Allen in the villa, there were two men out there thinking of her in the hospital. She also didnât know that her recent visit to the hospital would turn into a nightmare afterwards.
As for Allen who had just retrieved his treasured girl, he wanted to do nothing but to make love to her all day long so that he would be sure that she was his and his only from now on.
After it was finished, Joey was lying on his strong chest, whispering, âAllen, I want to move.â
She wouldn't dare to stay in the house where the monstrous Ben Hawk lived.
Allen froze for a second before he became excited, âThat's a great ideaï¼Iâve had the villa all to myself and I'm pretty lonely. It would certainly feel more like home with you being around.â
Joey was blushing, âWhat are you thinking? I'm planning to move to somewhere else, not your place.âAllen took her hands and chuckled, âHow about moving in with me? Itâs spacious, comfortable and rent-free. More importantly, here is a handsome man waiting for you every night and itâs complimentary. Iâve offered you really tempting terms, will you agree to them?â
Joeyâs face became rosier, âI donât think we should move in together before marriage.â
Allen chuckle, âThen letâs get married today.â
She was happy to hear his marriage proposal, but luckily she was still rational, âAllen, weâve met each other for less than a week. Itâs too quick.â
If they rushed into marriage like that, she was afraid that they would regret the decision in the future.
Allen raised his eyebrows, âMove in with me, or marry me right now. Itâs your call.â
â...all right, Iâm all yours.â
Joey couldnât resist his charm whenever he was so persistent.
When she finally agreed to move in with him, Allen was thrilled. He hugged her and kissed her passionately, âBaby, you will be mine...â
Allen drove her home in the afternoon because she had to go home and pack her things.
âIâm going upstairs with you. You will need help with your suitcase.â
Allen offered to help when they got off the car.
The Lord Mayor Falls in Love with Me ï¤Chapter 32 Sweet love âThat won't be necessary. I can manage it myself.â
Joey quickly declined his offer of help. Although Ben Hawk was definitely in the office right now, her parents were at home. They hadnât known that she had fallen out with him yet. If she had brought home another man, they probably would have fainted because of anger.
