A Simple Favor
Y/N POV
As much as I tried to fight it, my eyes were already closing. I wanted nothing more than to go down on Blake, but my body felt like it was a million pounds.
"Go to sleep baby." Blake's soft voice soothed me, making it even harder to keep myself awake.
"B-but....you.." I managed, my voice tired and raspy. The last thing I saw before closing my eyes was the blondes face hovering over me, close to mine. Her eyes were sparkling and she had the most beautiful smile I've ever seen adorning her lips.
"Don't worry about me Y/n, I'm perfect." I felt her press a gently kiss to my lips, and then forehead, before finally drifting off.
When I woke the next morning, the side of the bed next to me was empty and the sheets were cold. I wasn't worried though, because I could hear noises from the kitchen, not to mention the smell of fresh fruit wafting into the room.
I sat up and rubbed my eyes, the memories of last night slowly coming back to me, making me blush. I looked down and realized that Blake must have slipped one of her t-shirts on me, along with a pair of her boxers. I smiled at how caring she was and hopped out of bed.
Blake looked up from the cutting board as I entered the kitchen. "Good morning gorgeous." My face grew warm at her greeting, and I grinned at her. "Morning."
Blake set down her knife and wiped her hands on the towel slung over her shoulder before walking over to me. She smiled down at me, making me smile. "You look beautful." She whispered, cupping my cheeks with her hands.
I blushed and looked down, still not used to all this love an attention. It was new territory for me, but I couldn't get enough of it. I looked back up at Blake and pulled her down to meet my lips in a chaste kiss.
Blake and I enjoyed a nice breakfast out on her balcony, which over looked LA and Santa Monica. It was a clear day, so you could easily see the beach. After we ate, we set down our bowls and cuddled up on the little love seat she had out there, just enjoying each others company and the view.
After a few minutes a peaceful silence, Blake spoke. "So Y/n, I....I wanted to ask you something." I shifted my position so that I could look at her while she talked.
"Anything." I told her, wondering what she had on her mind.
The taller woman rubbed the back of her neck nervously, the tops of her ears red. "I know this isn't the most romantic place or way I could do it....but It's been bugging me for a while, so....will you be my girlfriend?"
It took a couple seconds for her question to sink in, and when it finally did, the widest smile I have ever smiled grew on my face. "Yes! Of course!" I said, jumping into her arms and wrapping my own around her body.
I could hear Blake's angelic laugh and the relief behind her tone. "I'm very excited to start this new chapter with you."
The vibe of the conversation became more serious, and I pulled away so our gazes met. "Blake, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me." The blue eyed woman smiled and nuzzled my neck, making me giggle.
"I could say the same about you, Y/n. I'm not sure I've ever been this happy."
"I've never been this happy." I admitted, tracing patterns with my finger along her thigh. Blake's arms held me tighter, and soon, we found ourselves in a tickle war.
"I'm going to pee!" I said through laughs, trying to fight off Blake. My girlfriend continued her assault. "Say that I won and you'll be free!" She said gleefully.
I'm usually a stubborn son of a bitch, but I was seriously going to piss my pants-well, Blake's underpants.
"Fi-fine! You win!" As soon as she let me go, I shot off of the love seat and made a beeline for the bathroom, the blonde's laugh echoing behind me. Once I emerged, I found Blake finishing up our dishes from breakfast.
"Thank you for breakfast!" I said like a little kid. The actress chuckled and nodded, hanging up the towel. She walked over to me and wrapped her arms around my waist.
"So, what does my girlfriend want to do today?"
"Go to the beach!"
