Narrator's pov- At the chawl...            The old friends and neighbors had engulfed Swara and Anjali in a warmly hug ... they both gave they wedding news to them and all were happy with it... soon they gave their wedding cards to them and all bless both soon to be couples with good life..             With this Swara and Anjali took steps to their respective homes... along with the brothers..----------------------------------------------At Swara's house...             Swara and Kartikey were standing out of a posh room which once belonged to Swara and her family.. tears started brimming her eyelids as the past memories flashed her mind and she turned back only to hug Kartikey tight and digged her head in his chest trying to muffle her cry...Kartikey- be strong Swara..no need to cry ..come on I am with you no one will be able to harm you ok...Swara- but Kartikey I am feeling scared...Kartikey- hmm nothing will happen hope for the best...                  With that she ring the bell and her uncle opened the door...Uncle- ohh Swara come come... (as he was welcome a voice came from behind that made Swara to turn dead on the spot... it was Dhiya)...Dhiya- who is it pa... Dev looked at her ...Dev- don't worry everything will go ok.. saying so he pushed Anjali behind his manly physique and ringed the bell...               Soon the door opened and the sluty Neha was in front of him.. she was just in shorts and her bra ..he immediately pulled off his eyes from her ..  and she immediately hugged her tight....Neha- I know you will come back to me Dev.. I knew that Anjali would not be able to give you any kind of happiness... I knew she was just like one night stand for you... I was true... saying so she tighten her hug ..but they were disturbed by an older women who must be in her 40s. She was Neha's mom and Anjali's step mother ...Mother- who is it Nehu???...Neha- see mom I told you Dev still loves me and see he is here to talk about our wedding...Mother- ohh Dev..I thank God that he send you back for my Nehu... see she still loves you.. Reaching the car they both were shocked to see Kartikey rubbing ice pack to Swara's red neck... Anjali getting shocked ran fast towards them...Anjali- what happened bhaii, how Swara got into this mess...Kartikey- that Dhiya hold her neck tight ...Anjali- that Djiya needs a lesson ..don't worry Swara I'll teach a lesson... saying so she was going to move towards Dhiya but Dev stopped her..Dev- listen Ana the work we had come for here is done now let's not ignite the fire everything will be alright don't worry bhaii has applied the ice pack , sis will be ok soon...Swara- ya ana I am ok and we have to still meet their masi ma so let's go fast we have to reach home before Molu comes home.... Anjali- if you say so than its okk ... let's move .. bhaii give the ice pack to me I'll help Swara to do it...Kartikey- okk.. with that they all sat in the car and Kartikey started the drive to their masi ma ....----------------------------------------------At Jaya Mansion....              Swara and Anjali were mesmerized to see a posh mansion in front of them...Kartikey- hmm we are here.. Dev- be quite infront of her Ana ..she is not like our ma ... she is danger and expert in taking double meaning of the words we use...Anjali- don't worry I'll not speak something..Kartikey- Swara you be away from her ..she dosen't likes me for some reason that we still don't know and for that she might try to hurt you so just be with me and stay four hands far from her...Swara- okk Kartikey...               And all four entered the mansion to see an elderly woman in her 60s seating on the sofa set as if she was waiting for them...Jaya- ohh Dev my child you are here ... sharad had informed me about your arrival but why you bought this brother of yours...                  Kartikey rolled his eyes and looked towards Swara.. the pain of been dejected was clear in his naive blue orbs... she squeezed his palm and pass a kind smile to him which did a magic on his anger ...Dev- I am just incomplete without my brother masi ma... Jaya- ohh I know ..come inside all of you and have a seat...  (they all took seats) so tell me what brings you here Dev??...Dev- hmm I'll come to the point.. Masi ma we have thought to get married and thus we are here to invite you...Jaya- hmm so Sharad has got her daughter inlaws I see...who are they...Kartikey- hmm she is Swara ..mine to be wife and she is Anjali Dev's to be wife...Jaya- hmm okk okk... ( her words were enough to make Jaya shut her mouth and Dev added fuel to this)...Dev- hmm Swara sis is right and masi ma this are the wedding cards..do show your presence..we would have waited here but we have lots of work pending...so will take your leave now... saying so they all got up...Jaya- hmm I'll sure come as i wish to tell Sharad some things... she said directing towards Swara and Swara just smiled at her..Swara- take care of yourself masi ma...                With that all left the mansion ...Dev took keys from Kartikey as it was now his turn to drive the car and Anjali chose to go ahead with him ...so here Swara and Kartikey were left alone at the gate .....Kartikey- thanks for being strong infront of her.....Swara- if you can protect me why can't I protect you???...Kartikey- so you called your man because your heart wished???..he asked teasing her...Swara-..facing him and cupping his face she replied... you are and only you will be my man... you are just mine Kartikey...for now and forever.... listening so from her mouth he pulled her in a tight hug.....Kartikey- I love you Swara...Swara- I love you more Kartikey... and they both were unknown of a pair of jealous eyes of Jaya watching them ... soon Dev brought the car towards the gate and they two board into the car going back towards Avighna Heights......To be continued.....Your loving, Sonu💙💙.----------------------------------------------    Â
