Reds POV

"Wait so why did you call me to the office??" I questioned still sitting in Uma's office as Chloe was silently panicking. "You've been missing to much school. You can't afford to miss another class or your grade will decrease rapidly." I shrugged my shoulders "alright, I'll be there more often." I have been skipping some classes.. oh well. SUSPENDED. WHAT WILL ANYONE THINK OF ME? "Chloe charming SUSPENDED ? She's a goodie two shoes!!" RED IM SERIOUS WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING." She yelled at me as I was chuckling at her ramble "Chloe! Your going to be fine! It's only a few days and you can make up the work on your computer" I reassured her as she nodded her head calming down. "And if anyone causes you shit I'll just beat their ass" I said proudly confident. "Yea alright." She rolled her eyes with a smug grin sitting down on her bed. I was getting pretty tired so I went to my basket of clothes and got some pajamas and a sports bra and changed right there, I honestly forgot Chloe was on her bed. She was so silent! "Red?!" She called out as I in the middle of taking my shirt off. "What? What I do!" "Get dressed in the bathroom!" "..no" I said cold and going back to what I was doing as Chloe covered her face in her pillow. I finished changing and snatched the pillow from Chloe and throwing out down on her stomach. "Get changed out your school clothes charming, you'll be here for a while" I joked as she rolled her eyes. I sat in bed while Chloe was in  the shower scrolling on some tweets before I got a call from a contact name "Little Rabbit" My younger sister is calling?! She was only younger by like a year,I haven't spoken to her since I left, we had the best relationship, my mom let me go to AP but not Ruby even tho she would be a sophomore here like me. I was sad to leave her there but I'm sure she may be doing better now. I picked up the call and it was silent for a moment before I spoke up "hey Ruby, what's up?" Ruby was her real name, it was perfect for her honestly. Her hair was a dark Ruby color with Black highlights, her hair had multiple layers and was pretty fluffed kinda like a wolf cut but longer. "Red, guess what!" She said excitedly "mom gave you a flamingo cupcake and you turned into a flamingo?" I guessed laughing "what..No! Moms finally letting me go to Auradon Prep!!!" She screamed. "REALLY? Little Rabbit don't lie to me like that!" "No no no! I'm not lying!! I'm gonna be a sophomore at AP!!" She confirmed "oh my gosh! When are you coming?!" I asked "well mom said she already talked to principal Uma so she said I can start on Monday but I'll get there Wednesday of this week!" I was ecstatic!! "Okay okay, I'll tell principal Uma to place  you in the dorm right across from mine since I've already got a roomie! This is going to be so exciting!!" "I know I know! Okay I gotta go but, I'll see you tomorrow!" She said hanging up the phone. I quickly put a jacket on and rushed to principal Uma's office bursting into her rooms which accidentally caused the guards to jump. "Sorry sorry! Principal Uma you have a new student coming yes?" I said out of breath "uh yes, her names Ruby, why?" "Can you please put her in the room across from mine !! She's my sister!" Uma smiled and nodded her head "I knew you both looked alike, I'll see what I can do." "Thank you so much!"  I said walking out the room cause I was still out of breath from that first lap.

Chloe's POV

I got dressed and walked out the bathroom and saw Red was gone, where could she have gone at 8 in the afternoon?? I thought to myself. I was going to text her but she walked in the door looking more tired than that one orange tabby cat I met. "Welcome back Hearts." "Thanks charming." She said plopping down on her bed and getting comfortable. I wanted to question where she went but as long as she's not hurt it's really none of my business. I sat down on my bed propping open my computer and going through all my online classes. "You just got suspended and your already trying to do work?" Red said in disbelief. "Yes Red! I need to be all caught up when I get back to school Thursday, say I'm going to need my textbooks from Math, alchemy, geometry, and language arts, can you stop by and get them for me pleaseeee?" I pleaded with puppy eyes, she gave in and agreed, I feel bad cuz those things are heavy. Red is also pretty strong so I'm sure she'll be alright. After going through my classes and surprisingly only having a few assignments to make up I look over and see Red sleeping peacefully, i sometimes forget this girl can be so gorgeous even when sleeping. I closed my laptop placing it on my desk and laying back down into bed letting myself fall into a state of slumber.

I woke up to my alarm clock striking 6 AM, getting up out of bed to wake up Red since I had nothing better to do. "Red, come on wake up" I said softly shaking her " no.. 5 more minutes please." She said ima raspy voice shooing me away. "No red cmon get up now!" "Chloe... go away bro." She said covered her face in a pillow "what did you just call me." I said,my Tone getting 10 times more genuine. She got up immediately after she heard the sudden change "sorry sorry! Don't kill me please.." she said kissing me on the cheek afterwards "don't let it happen again Red." I said shoving her lightly with one hand "yes Ma'am" she said smirking as I walked passed her sitting in the couch. Even though she just woke up her aura is so bubbly and excited, I mean she's brushing her teeth and she can't stop smiling. Who's got her smiling like that? Is it another girl.? No no of course not! Red wouldn't cheat, would she?.. well.. we aren't officially together I don't think?.

Reds POV

I'm so excited! Ruby is getting her dorm today and she starts her classes on Monday! I couldn't be more happy, I haven't stopped smiling ever since I was woken up by Chloe. I finished brushing my teeth and brushed out my newly colored hair, putting it into a cute half up half down and putting in a little clip with a skull on. I got my shoes on and kissed Chloe on her temple "bye Chole, I'll see you at lunch! Enjoy ur day off goodie-2-shoes" I ridiculed jokingly she groaned as I picked up my bag and closed the door. Walking down to the main hallway I saw Principal Uma and my favorite sister in the whole world, she spotted me and ran up to me leaving Uma in shock, but once she realized who we were to each other she walked up to us slowly "YOUR HERE!!" I said excitedly "YOUR HERE!!" She joked knowing I would be here eventually. "Red I gave her some classes with you so hopefully you start hating each other after a week, her dorm room is right across from yours so if you would like to shower her were that is at lunch you can do so." Uma said smiling, I nodded as she took Ruby to show her where all the classes were and everything cool on campus. I knew I had to get the booms for Chloe and I would do so, I'll just drag Ruby along. I put my stuff in my locker and see Kai coming up to me with this one kid Aziz. I hate them both to be honest. "What do you need Kai." I said not glancing his way, just grabbing things I needed out my locker. "I heard your prissy princess got suspended" he replied leaning on the locker, Aziz standing beside him. "Yes, yes we know you were the one who snitched, so big and bad!" I mocked him. I closed my locker and tried to walk away but Aziz got in my face as my back pressed against the locker from how close he got. "Watch your back wonderland. I ain't done with you. You and Chloe will pay my back for that necklace." He said "yea yea," I said walking away over to Leah. "You good?" She said walking into class with me "I'm fine. Just some jerks being jerks, yk how it is." I said just as the teacher walked in. "So how's you and Chloe?" Leah whispered low not wanting anyone to hear. "It's good, we told our parents how we felt about eachother. We aren't together but yk, basically just coming out" I whispered at the same volume, she looked pale once I told her that sentence. "So you and Chloe do like eachother?" She questioned hesitantly "well, it's complicated right now, we arnt together though if that's what your really wondering. Why would you be jealous?" I teased her at the last sentence as her ears turned red "no. I would not be, nice try hearts." I giggled to her and we began to pay attention to what the teacher was saying.

-Time Skip-

It was finally lunch, I was getting tired in these boring ass classes. I was sitting and chatting with Dizzy,Leah and,Anna "so Red you like your new hair" dizzy asked smiling "oh my gosh I love it!" I said taking a Red strand out as the two others looked in disbelief "DIZZY DO MINE NEXT!!" "NO, ME?!" Anna and Leah said fighting over Dizzy "I can do both your hairs during the weekend just meet at my dorm on Saturday and we will walk to the isle. Bring money, I ain't free." They laughed together. As we were laughing and chatting I saw a familiar cute little face walk in with principal Uma. I got up and walked over to them as she gave me a tight hug. "Red! We were just looking g for you, Ruby you can sit with red for the rest of lunch and she'll drop you back off at my office" Uma said looking back and forth from me and Ruby. Ruby was the cutest little Rabbit, she had ruby colored hair with black highlights and her style was way different from mine. Almost like Chloe's, she wore skirts and vests with leg warmers and all that preppy stuff. I realized I needed to get the books for Chloe so as soon as Uma left I took Ruby for a walk around the school some more. "Am I gonna like it here Red?" She said slightly looking up at me. I'm only a couple inches taller than her. "Your gonna love it if you befriend the right people. I'll tell you all about AP when we get to your dorm, are you going back to the house to pack your things?" She nodded her head. As we reached Math class I was speaking to the teacher as Ruby was checking out the room "can I get Chloe's Text book please?" The teacher nodded handing me her book. This is heavy and I have to Carry three more? Fml. We got to the last class and at this point my biceps and triceps are popping out of my arms. We walked up the stairs and to my dorm. Walking in I see Chloe sitting on the couch with her laptop in hand as she looks over to see me. "Hi red!" She got up taking the books out my hand and kissing me on the cheek. "Thank you for getting the books." Me and Chloe were chatting for a bit when ruby walked from behind me and checked out my side of the room. "Who's this-" "oh that's just Ruby." She glared at her before ending our conversation. "See you tonight princess" she said kinda emphasizing "princess" I closed the door behind me and Ruby and walked her over to her dorm since we still had 15 minutes left.

Chloe's POV

Who the fuck was that? I know I shouldn't be overthinking any of it when she could literally just be a friend but why was she with Red. Why have I never heard or seen her around, and why was she inside the dorm looking around? Am i missing something. She was really close to Red when I first saw her and it made my blood boil, first Leah is trying to steal Red now this thing. She was slightly short so that made her seem like a freshman but if she's on this floor then she's a sophomore. I was pacing around the room pondering on if I should ask red who she is to her or not. I won't because she's probably just a friend Red met or something! But what if they have feelings for each other. Wait red has feeling for me though, well that is yet to be confirmed. UGHHH. I dramatically plopped on the couch finalizing me decision. It's fine I won't ask Red cause I'll just seem controlling and toxic and i don't want to give Red any past memories.

As I sat at my desk working in my last textbook of the day Red walks in still full of energy, more energy than she had when she came in for lunch. "See you in a minute Ruby!" She said while walking In. "Hi princess" she said walking over to me and kissing my temple, I smiled at her affection since it's not like her. Ever since that Ruby girl got here she's been feeling more affectionate, weird. "Uhm? Hello earth to Princess Chloe?" She waved her hand in my face, I slapped it out the way without realizing it causing her to step back. "What's your problem?" She snarled at me. "Sorry sorry." I apologized, getting up from my desk and stretching. "Yea. I'm

Gonna go over to Ruby's for a few. I'm right across the hall if you really need me." She said walking out not giving me a second to question why she was going over there in the first place. I get suspended and it's like Red forgets I exist.

Red's POV

"Okay so, a lot of Royals here suck. They are rude and snobby but they won't cause you any shit. I'll introduce you to some of my friends once you arrive at school on Monday." I said as Ruby nodded as she listened very insistently. "So who's your roommate? Is she your girlfriend?" I blushed at her question, i honestly don't know what me and Chloe are. We never made it official but we act as though we are dating. "No, we aren't dating, it's complicated" I said dry "your love life was always complicated. You never seemed to like  Bo-" I covered her mouth before she could finished her sentence. I pulled my hand away sharply because she started licking me. "GROSS!" I said as we laughed, I wiped my hand on her sleeve. "Hey red, do you get bullied for being the daughter of a tyrant?" She questioned, my gaze softened and I smiled at her softly " that's none of ur concern little rabbit, if anyone causes you shit just for that let me know. Im not going to let anyone bully you" I said. Ruby was a fragile heart, she couldn't really stick up for herself. She didn't take as much as I did back home because I always defended her and took the blame which I'm not ashamed for. She always hid in her room so the time Chloe was over she was probably in her room. She was never able to stand up to mom but luckily she didn't get as many brandings that I got. I never want to see my sister go through what I did. "Red, when I saw you that day after a branding with Chloe. I really thought you were dead.." she said looking down tracing shapes on her bed that we were sitting on. "You saw that?" I questioned. "Yea.. i heard you scream and I looked out the window.. and it was another branding but after a few minutes i peeped my head out the door and saw you being carried by your friend. You didn't look okay.." she said as her voice trembled from the thought. I felt horrible since she didn't actually know what was going on. I gave her a tight hug and reassured her that I was perfectly fine. "Are you used to them..?" She asked quietly I knew she was trying not to offend me. "Yea. A little" I answered cold "it would be my fault you got them sometimes." Her eyes dwell with tears. "No of course not!" I said pulling her into a tight hug. "It wasn't your fault Ruby don't think like that!" I shouted quietly  "but mom's better now. Because of you" Ruby says softly breaking the hug. I nodded and smiled knowing that we were going to be fine.

Ruby's POV

I loved my sister. I really did. Every time she had to go through a branding I would either be forced to watch or listen through my room. It always felt like my fault even though she says it isn't it never made me feel better. I was glad mom finally let her leave wonderland, I knew she was happy too. I always stayed in my room because I couldn't bare mother much longer, at 10 I was so mentally drained and mom just left me alone. At night I always heard the guards shuffling around the village searching for my rebel like sister. I never saw her as a rebel, just a troubled girl who was in desperate need of her mother's recognition. When Red left mothers focused was fixated on me, she forced me out of rooms at times since she had nobody else to pick on. When Red came home that day she looked ruined, I heard her and Chloe arguing but then Red was shouting for mom. I didn't want to involve myself in anymore drama so I stayed in my room. Red was begging mom to save her friend, she had gotten hurt from the roses which is a rookie mistake but now that I've seen what she looks like I can tell she's had everything handed to her on a sliver platter. I stopped talking to Red once she left because I was to scared even hear the sound of her voice, I always thought she was mad at me since I caused her so much trouble and was the reason she got hurt by mom sometimes. Even me being here sends me high with anxiety, but she accepted me, she wasn't angry. She was actually happy to see me. I knew she was a changed girl. AP changed her for the better. She hugged me twice when normally she hates physical touch. Back at home every time I would try to inchoate physical affection she'd blow me off but I always knew she meant well. "We're gonna be okay now Ruby" she said calmly not breaking eye contact. "I gotta go, you'll be brought back home soon to back and start on Monday." She said getting up to walk out "bye red." "Bye little rabbit."

Red's POV

I walked back into my room and Chloe was surprisingly still awake. "What are you doing still up?" I commented "I can't sleep knowing you're not here in the dorm. Ik, weird." She said breaking eye contact to look at the book she was reading "nah, it's cute." I smiled sitting down next to her taking her book out her hands "Red." She said sternly "you've been in these books all day. Take a break, see this suspending as a break until Friday. You can work for 2 hours each day you have off." I said putting her bookmark in and shutting it closed. "Alright, if you say so. You'll see me very lunch right?" She held her pinky out "yep" our pinkies interlocking. I stretched my body out in the couch and laid my head in her lap going on my phone as she watched a movie fiddling with my hair. "Red you need to change into pjs" Chloe said after an hour. "I'm way too comfortable to get up." I adjusting my position so I'm facing up towards her. She looked down at me and smiled gently before shoving me off her lap "why do you always do that!" I shouted at her as she giggled and went to sit in her bed. I got some of my pajamas and changed right there since I'm too tired to go all the way into the bathroom. As usual Chloe turned her head away. I noticed that all the scars that were left on my body were healing up, they didn't look unhealthy or bad. They were apart of me now and I started to accept that. I lay in Chloe's bed laying down on her letting my self drift to sleep.
