1 - Field trip and gossip

"COME ON GET UP" my little sister shouted even more louder. "ok ok.. get out" she ran off laughing, it's been a week since school started and nothing out of the ordinary happen. Yet

I got up to shower and brush my teeth then I changed into my uniform yes a uniform.

"Shit" I was 30 mins late making me rush downstairs "come eat sweetheart" my mom said "sorry am late" I grabbed a donut from last night and rushed inside of my car.

This is the car my grandpa gave me before he pass away, and I made a promise to treasure this thing, I cleaned, fixed and washed, this promise was not going down the drain.

As I was looking for a parking spot, the cars from my eye sight was so expensive, and rare. I Finally found one and grabbed my bag from the backseat and went into school.

Since I missed first period, I will be doing math making me roll eyes, ok I mean algebra was easy but being in my math class is a headache.

The bell rang and students rush pass me to their next class and i did same thing.

I sat at my usually spot which is by a window best place to pick actually, Sarah sat behind me while Avery sat beside me Sarah and her tea aka gossip was probably why I liked her more than my math. She made everything entertaining.

"Guys guys" she shook our shoulders the teacher wasn't paying attention

"I heard that miles and Ava was dating" miles was the guy who everyone wanted to be friends with him I swear everywhere I go there's always a big crowd especially his friend group makes it worst.

They won't leave him alone I mean he was rich of course people will try to get close to him out of everyone he has this best friend of 4 years, who actually makes him do things people normally doesn't do to him.

"I told you they look good together" Avery squeal a bit which made the teacher give her attention to us. "AHEM" which made us give her attention "anyways we have an announcement to make." Now everyone was not talking.

"There will be a school trip which only last for a week" she handed us our permission slip "since today is Thursday you may come give it tomorrow or on the weekends" she kept on talking "you guys will be in assign cabin so—" that's when everyone start talking loud and I heard some of it.

"Omg what if i room with miles"

"Is it like both genders or different"

"I hope miles room with me"

"There is definitely gonna be a party"

Then I heard one whisper "am definitely bringing alcohol" and that's when we're definitely fucked.

Class was dismissed and everyone kept talking about the trip the hallways wasn't surprising basically everyone was talking about it.

It's now lunch and this time I decided sit with Sarah and Avery I was sitting forward where I could see the popular table.

"So who do you want to share a cabin with" Sarah asked Avery.

"Alright chill we still do not know if it's same genders yet".

"Well I heard some tea from the teach lounge, we are drawing from a hat so it's different genders."

"OMG" she squeal "to answer your question then probably Damien" aka miles best friend of 4 years.

As they kept talking I could see the miles friend group going up to there table now, somehow they mark it and called it 'the popular table'.

They were louder than most people here, mile's especially caught my eyes he was sitting in the middle, since my friend was sitting beside me I had a clear view of him.

They were talking about girls,the school trip and college but he had his face down playing with his food all time.

I don't know how long I was staring at him cause min later he stared right back at me his green eyes was making it harder for me lose focus, I was staring too long so I look down to my tray of food.

After I handed mom my permission slip she immediately said yes. You could tell she needed her alone time for years.

When it reach night i reached to put my black hoodie and my grey sweatpants on, dad came in 1 hour ago and went to sleep just like mom and my little sister name lina

I snuck past their rooms and headed downstairs, I decided to jog to my favorite area.. the forest don't get me wrong the cool breeze and plus music is heaven.

As I was a min to my spot making the trees cover it. It was perfect then I heard talking so I hid behind a tree and there were 2 person.

"Dump her dude" the person said.

"I know and if I do there will be girls coming to me again" wait I recognize this voice... oh shit.

That was miles and guessing the other person is Damien, plus why my spot i thought I was the only one who knew this spot.

"So are you going on the field trip" Damien asked.

"Yes, I don't want to be near my annoying brother or my dad." Miles saying along with a sign.

They were there for a hot 20 mins and I happen to listen to there conversation and now I got to go back.

I started walking backwards and making sure my foot doesn't make too much noise, as I thought everything was gonna go well my foot hit a branch and it broke.

Their heads snapped to me and thank god I was wearing a hoodie, then I made a ran for me just to face plant on the dirt they were walking towards me and decided for me to make a run for it and that's what I did.
