24 - The post

There was shuffling beside me, but I chose to ignore it and went back to sleep.

"fuck" a voice repeatedly said. I opened my eyes seeing it was dark in here still because of the curtains.

"What happen" I held his arm stopping him from leaving.

"My family" he seemed mad, upset and very mad. "Some fuck up person posted a picture" he shoved the phone right in my face.

Shit.

"Oh.. maybe they think did it for the right reason?" I shrugged my shoulders before pushing the phone out my face. Unfortunately he didn't listen to my speech.

"well why couldn't they just talk to me, before posting it for the whole world to see" miles hoodie was finally on his body. He grabbed his phone which was on the bed then heading towards the door.

"I won't be at school today" that was the last he said before closing the door behind him.

I quickly turned on my phone seeing what was happening on the internet. There were so many comments under my post, thank god it was an anonymous account.

Comments like:

I knew he would do such thing.

That's actually so crazy💀.

Man that fucker is smiling.

I gained about 80k followers from this. It was still 5am and I decided to go back to sleep but I make sure to figure it out when am up again.

There were many cars parked when I reached at my house. I hurried to turn off my car and started heading into the house.

The moment I opened it there were shouting very loud shouting. I saw my mom shouting at dad, who really doesn't care.

Eli was on the couch with Ria along with some my parents family members.

"Seeing it on the internet is worst than hearing it from you!" Mom shouted at him with betraying in her eyes.

The door open revealing the trio.

Seriously why is everyone here.

"It was just a business dinner" dad tired explaining but she obviously didn't fell for it.

"That's bullshit"

Dad look straight at me with the look of anger, he stormed just a few feet's away from me.

"Wheres that son of a bitch" everyone turned towards me and he figuring who's that 'bitch' is.

"Who" Henry jumps in.

"Luke"

"Luke? Like the one at my school" Damien stated.

"What does Luke have to with you cheating" I stepped back from him before he actually hits me.

"He was there with me"

"So he knew all along and didn't tell me" I wanted to hit him so bad. Then after that I want to kiss him so badly.

"How long did he knew" Henry had a smile on his face but it got dismissed soon.

"4 weeks" ok am gonna kill him.

"And how long was it going on" mom stepped in feeling confident.

"2 years" before he could gaslight her she said this. "Leave now."

He hesitated for a bit "OUT" he slammed the door shut leaving everyone speechless.

Dad's relatives storm after him and the rest of hers started to comfort her.

"4 weeks" Eli walked up to me with an frown. "It could been with a good reason" I brush a hand over my hair.

"Miles he posted the picture without even warning us" Elijah clench his fist ready to knock me out for protecting him.

"Well then Eli why don't you talk to him"

"Matter of fact why don't I" he walk past me but before he reached the front door I stopped him.

"He had a reason" my hand was already chest pushing him away.

"why don't everyone just chill or sleep it's already 7 right now"

The sun was literally shinning in my face making my eyes fill with water. I opened the big broad door revealing bunch of students going their classes.

All I could think about how I can't wait school to end.

It was lunch time and since rumors been surfacing around the school about the Dawson family, cafeteria is definitely gonna be full.

Plus I didn't feel like eating because what I did.

I felt like shit.

I gain another 40k from this post already again.

I was heading upstairs looking for an empty cause they're always empty. A hand pulled me inside a dark one before closing the behind in.

"What the hell Luke" Mike voice snap me out of panic.

"Oh it's you"

"4 weeks"

"He told you..."

"DUH why didn't you tell them"

My mouth opened to say something but the thing is, I didn't have a reason.

Why didn't I tell them?

"I.. I don't know" my heart starts to strobe with the feeling of guilt.

"You mess up"

"I posted the picture shouldn't you guys be happy!" I stormed past him and out the door.

Mike was calling out for me but I chose to ignored his calling. I made my way into a class room before locking the door behind quickly.

My phone was already in my hands scrolling through the comments then I had to guts to delete but it didn't do nothing. People already screenshots my post and posted it onto theirs account.

My head was lying on the desk while shook it multiple of times thinking about numerous of time but this thought stands out.

Did I just ruin his life.

Eli calm down and Damien went to comfort Noah. Henry needed to leave for personal stuff but I didn't care to ask.

"Here" I gave him a cup of cold water which was already sitting on the coffee table.

"I can't believe him" he muttered under his breath.

"Your least concern shouldn't be about Luke I will talk to him"

"I'm gonna check on mom you should go too" his head tilt towards the door telling me to get out.

I rolled my eyes before leaving.

The walk home was hell knowing because I had detention and resulting that the bus left me.

The sun was setting when I was closing the door behind me. My shoes were off as-well for my socks.

I threw my bag on the couch before taking off my shirt. I need a shower before I start doing my homework.

After showering I brought up my bag full with homework's along with a small box of pizza.

The front door creaked thinking it was probably my parents coming home early. My door opening revealing him itself.

My eyes turned to the sheet of paper to ignore him.

"Are you kidding me" I could hear his stomps becoming louder.

Both of his were already on cheeks turning my head towards him. "why did you post it"

"It wasn't on purpose" I tried moving his hands but he cupped it really hard.

"You should of told me" Mike's eyes started right at mine. It was silent for a sec before his lips touches mine.

My head was already tilting to get into contact with his tongue. My hands were tangling in his hair pushing him more and more into the kiss.

Straight away my hands were making its way under his shirt. My stomach starts to tingly along with my hands starting to sweat.

His hands were not on my cheeks this time it was around my neck. Miles became impatient and started to climb up which cause me to be surprised.

"Needy aren't you"

"Shut up" his lip touches mine quickly but I gave him a last kiss before getting him off me.

"I have a bunch of homework to do" his feet touched the ground then his face was filled disappointed.

"Whatever" he sat on the edge of the bed turning on the tv.

"No tv too" I plugged it out which was under my desk.

"I might have to go home if I can't do anything"

"Well then have a great day" I brush him off in an instant.

"Please" he was begging for attention which am almost giving in if he doesn't stop.

"No"

"I can make you feel at peace" he turned the chair I was sitting on, facing him.

This time he didn't waste no time to kiss me. I could hear the front door opening causing why I push him away immediately.

"Your parents are here early?"

Before I got speak my door open Revealing Mike "why is Miles here" Mike lifted an eyebrow.

"He's tutoring me" I rub the back of my head trying to erase this awkward tension.

"Yeah he's failing math and since am finish I have to go home" he nodded to himself before walking past him. He gave me a small smile  before leaving.

"So are you gonna tell me what's really going on" he pointed at my lips and my red cheeks.

"You guess" Mike eyes widened thinking it was anything other than the thought he had.

"You're kidding"

"Nope"

"And here I thought we were the only one" he sat infront of my bed, grabbing two controllers.

"So you're not gonna question me anymore" I grabbed one of the controllers, pressing a game.

"Well you didn't do it when you found out about me and Damien" Mike grabbed one of my pizza before paying his attention back to the game and so did I.
