Secretly The Billionaire Boss By Debbie Chocolate Chapter 252
Secretly The Billionaire Boss
Chapter 252: Confession Grey drove right to Alfredâs house after work. Charles informed the elders about the meeting and they decided to meet at Alfredâs house instead of going to the hotel like they used to.
âHow is he doing?â Grey asked when he settled down.
They all knew who he was referring to. And they knew it was only good that Grey was taking care of him and not killing him for all he did.
âHeâs getting better but he still hasnât regained his memory,â Alfred revealed.

Grey nodded briefly. âLetâs go straight into the discussion then. I need the plan to evaluate the spies once and for all. I need to officially pronounce myself Hercules.â
Alfred regarded him for a moment. âDo you think itâs the time to do that?â
Gregory groaned. âI guess the time will never come, or will it?â
âWell, I donât think we need to delay it any longer. Leo was the one that killed the previous Hercules. I donât think it should delay Hercules from pronouncing himself.â Jayden explained.
Luciano sighed. âI think Jayden is right. Weâve been trying to hide Herculesâs identity for more than ten years. Heâs the mafia boss and he would need to address his men sooner than later. Itâs getting too late. Iâm sure some of his men believe he doesnât exist.â
Alfred thought about it for a moment. âSo, whatâs your plan.â
âPretending Hercules doesnât exist,â Grey announced.
Charles sighed. âThatâs actually a bit dangerous.â
Gregory nodded briefly. âVery dangerous. But the main thing is how do we let Giovanni know about this? We need a plan.â
Alfred looked over at Gregory. âWhat? I donât think this is something we should do.â
âWhy not? This wonât even hurt anyone.â Gregory protested.
âWhat about the men? There will be a great fall if they realized the mafia boss was actually dead. I donât think we should go that way. Itâs really a dangerous plan,â Jayden chimed in.
Grey let out a sigh. They were right. Itâs just that he doesnât know how else to handle the situation.
âWell,â he sat up. âYou guys should think about it. We will discuss it later,â he stood and looked at Charles. âI need to speak with you for a moment.â
âI heard about the earlier event. Charles told me everything about Caramel. Are you sure we can trust her?â Alfred asked suddenly.
Grey looked at him and nodded briefly. âYes, because she gave Alex the wrong strand of hair. So, at this moment, Alex doesnât know who I really am. It would be easier for them to believe Hercules doesnât exist, to begin with.â
âBut, what about the person that was invited to the billionaire club and the Hercules that went to the company?â Charles questioned, disturbed.
Grey shrugged slightly. âA representative. Thatâs why the mask was there.â
Alfred sighed and went deep in thought.
Grey looked at Charles. âI need you to do something for me. Can you get five of your men?â
Charles nodded once. âI can do that. What do you want them to help you for?â
âDon is bringing in some hard drugs, Iâm going to plant it in Hattieâs company.
Iâm going to need someone to make a report and get the police to see these hard drugs,â he revealed.
âGiovanni is familiar with the police. They would end up releasing her,â Charles muttered.
âWell, I know but that would keep her off till after CCS.â
Jayden stood as well. âI will report then. You can leave it for us. We will do it,â he assured.
Grey nodded. âYou can speak with Don concerning the drugs then. I will be on my way home,â he announced and walked out of the living room.
Alfred walked him to the car. âWhy donât you let Leo regain his memories before you showcase yourself? There might be more harm to it than you can see.â
Grey hesitated for a moment, as he remembered the promise he made to Tiana.
â No,â he shook his head slightly. âTodd is due for death. He has to die very quickly. I canât waste this perfect opportunity.â
Alfred nodded briefly. âWe will talk about it later then.
Grey nodded once. âAnd thereâs no need to wait for Leo because we donât even know when he would come around. That aside, he killed my father. Is there more he wants to say?â
Alfred let out a sigh. âWhy. I mean thereâs no way he would just think of killing your father without a genuine reason.â
âWell, thereâs nothing like a reason! Thereâs no fucking way why he would kill his best friend!â Grey responded in anger.â He doesnât even have any reason and I donât want to hear more. He should be grateful Iâm not killing him! That Iâm not avenging my fatherâs death!â He stated and entered his car. He pulled out into the street. Somehow, he couldnât stop blaming himself for Samsonâs death.
Had he known, he would have let the men watch over him. It was one of the reasons why he had to take the position officially.
That aside, he didnât want to think about Leo at all. He didnât want to stress himself over it because he would definitely get annoyed about it.
His phone rang suddenly, jerking him out of his thoughts when nothing else would. He glanced down at the screen and went into a few minutes of shock.
Why was Avery calling him?
The phone stopped ringing, only for it to start again.
Grey pulled over to pick up the call. âHi, Avery.â
âHi, Grey. Iâm in front of your house. Are you at home? Can we see for a few minutes? I wouldnât waste your time,â she rushed the word.
Grey could only stare for a moment, still shocked at what was happening. When was the last time that he saw or spoke with Avery? And he wondered what was going on.
Nevertheless, he sped up so he wouldnât keep Avery waiting so long.
Truthfully, Avery was in front of the house.
Grey hurried down, not even able to drive into the garage. He moved closer to her.
âAvery!â He called and she looked up at him, a smile on her face.
She looked different and Grey couldnât guess what was going on.
âHi, do you want to come inside?â Grey offered.
Avery thought for a moment and slowly shook her head. âNo, actually. Itâs alright like this.â
Grey regarded her for a moment in silence.â Is something wrong?â
Avery looked away while dragging her breath. She didnât even know where and how to start but she know she had to see Grey and tell her something before he leave.
âIâm leaving the city!â She said suddenly.
âWhat?â Grey raised skeptical brows at her.
She looked up and faked a smile. âIâve made a decision to leave Jacksonville. It seems like I donât have much luck here,â she explained.
âWait, Avery. Is something going on that I donât know? Where are you going to?
And why are you leaving Jacksonville? What about LX company?â He bombarded her.
Avery let out another sigh. âThatâs like a story on its own, Grey. But thereâs something I really want you to know,â she hesitated as she gathered her strength. âI love you, Grey.â
