"Something must have happened?" Moon said.

I got up and went away. Looking at myself in the bathroom mirror, I said, "Yes, you have to be strong. you have to"

I washed my face and smiled. When I came out, Bloodsucker was talking to someone on the phone. She was standing outside, near the bathroom. She said goodbye on the phone.

"What happened?" Bloodsucker asked.

"Nothing!"

"Why are you so scared? Crying won't make everything okay."

I didn't reply, and then it was morning. Everyone had gone to sleep, but I was still sitting in front of the ICU. It was 10 in the morning, and it seemed like my watch had stopped. I checked the time on my phone.

Bloodsucker said, "Are you ready?" while handing me tea. I drank the tea. Everyone was just waiting for Geet to regain consciousness. The whole day went by in waiting. Evening came. I hadn't eaten anything. I didn't feel like it. Then I saw a familiar face.

"What is this crazy person doing here?" It was Omkara's face, but behind him was Ranjeet, behind him was Umeed, and behind Her was my brother Chipsy.

Earth had just woken up and came to say good morning. She rubbed her eyes and saw everyone. "Am I still dreaming?"

"No! All these crazies are really here," Moon replied from behind.

Ranjeet said, "Why didn't you tell me that you're here in this condition? I was crazy to not ask you!"

Chipsy said, "What do you think? You'll handle this alone and we'll just watch the show? Are you crazy? You can't even make tea for yourself and you're ready to fight?"

Chipsy said, "I know! Omkara called Umeed, Umeed told me, and Ranjeet too."

Chipsy was trying to control his laughter. Chipsy said, "Let's eat. Who's staying here?"

I raised my hand, and Chipsy said, "Alright, I'll stay with you."

Everyone else went to eat. Chipsy stayed with me.

Chipsy held back his tears and said, "Everything's great!"

"Did you?" Chipsy asked.

All memories were flashing in front of my eyes, I looked at Geet, she started having seizures, I called the doctor. The doctor checked and found out that Geet had regained consciousness, as soon as the doctor moved away. Geet was in front of me, she just smiled at me. I cried seeing her, sat at her feet and started crying. The moon and earth were smiling, she had tears in her eyes too. It felt like we won the first battle. Now nothing is difficult. Chipsy hugged Ranjeet in happiness, Ranjeet also started dancing in joy.

Geet opened both her arms. I hugged her lightly.

"Ahh" Geet said, I moved back.

"Did it hurt a lot?" I asked.

Geet started laughing, "I was joking."

"Joking?" I got angry.

Geet asked, "By the way, why did your pura khandan (whole family) come here?"

I angrily said, "Because of all the good Karm (deeds) you've done, that's why everyone's here."

The doctor sinna said, "Don't all Come in at once, the patient will have trouble breathing."

When I was about to leave, Geet held my hand, "Where is my wife going, stay here, I was getting bored here."

The doctor came back and said, "I forgot to check on Geet."

Geet whispered in my ear, "Who is she nervous about seeing, you or me. Or she's definitely got a crush on you."

The doctor cleared her throat nervously. I whispered back, "Maybe both."

The doctor said, "I can hear you. Stop acting like this."

Geet laughed hearing this, "Really! Never seen a lesbian in real life?"

Dr. Sinna said, "No! Never had the courage."

Dr. Sinna said in shock, "You guys live in India, right? Because this is normal in Thailand, even in India..Not possible."

"Okay." I replied.

I started blushing. The doctor smiled and started checking. I sat outside. The doctor came out, Geet was sitting on the bed.

Geet asked when I came inside, "How long do I have to stay here?"

I started laughing, sat beside her. My heart is beating faster, just as scared as when I first tried to tell her "I love you" and had to settle for "I hate you." I'm so nervous, it feels like I'm meeting Geet for the first time. I leaned to kiss her cheek, she turned and the kiss landed on her lips just as Dr. Sinna came in.

The doctor said, "Sorry sorry!" My eyes widened in shock, I was very embarrassed.

"What have you done! You scared the Dr." I spoke.

"Not scared! She enjoyed." Geet said with a smile. I hid my face.

"Haye! My wife is blushing." She added.
