TAINTED by TWINS (bxbxb)
Welcome to seven-Chapter sneak peek of Tainted by Twins. Don't worry, you'll have your much needed bxbxb sm*t within the seven chapters.
Is this on-going? No. It's just a trial for readers' feedback.
Author tends to write the entire book before uploading it (ex. Campus Gangsters). We are currently focusing on that book.
Tainted by Twins only has seven chapters written and it is subject to change, depending on readers' feedback. Instead of keeping it in the drafts while Author focuses on Campus Gangsters, we suggested uploading it to see what you think.
The final product will be written after Campus Gangsters is finished.
It was the first day of a new school year, but nobody is a stranger to two Senior students who made everyone look and talk right from their arrival. They were well known, famous-not only for their unbelievable looks, but the legacy they left from the first day of freshman year.
The first to arrive was Jonah Deveroux. His sleek red car-a luxury model that screamed money-glided to a stop at the front of the school. As the door swung open, he stepped out like he was stepping onto a stage. He was a child actor and a teen model, gathering millions of fans and having thousands in his school alone. It's no wonder why the girls gather in the school entrance just to say hi. But because of his request for privacy, they don't touch him.
"Jonah, I hope I can sit next to you! So I can be motivated to do my acads!"
"Screw acads, I'll drop everything to be Jonah's housewife!"
"Oh god I need a change of panties!"
"But you're a guy-"
"I said what I said."
Jonah was made for attention. He had the kind of effortless charm that made women look at him and men to look to him. With tousled brown hair covering his nape, sharp features, and a dimpled smile that could make anyone feel like they were the most interesting person in the world, he was instantly magnetic. His teeth were perfect, his eyes wrinkles at every smile, he was the school heartthrob, a Prince.
Jonah adjusted the cuffs of his blazer, slinging his bag over one shoulder as he smiled at those who greet them. The students who had been gathering quickly say their hellos, eager to introduce themselves.
"Guys, I need to get to class-oh, you'll take me? I know my way, though..." he talked to a group of girls with a grin. "I'm waiting for someone, forgive me ladies."
"Such a gentleman!"
"You don't need to be gentle with me, Jonah!" Squeals followed. Jonah wasn't just handsome; he was kind, sweet to his fans.
And then came a motorcycle that blew smoke and road dust all over the crowd gathering over Jonah. The deep, throaty growl of a black Kawasaki Ninja shattered the friendly atmosphere. Heads whipped around as a sleek black bike roared into the entrance, the rider dressed in all black leather, exuding danger. While Jonah's entrance was all about charm, this one carried an entirely different energy-intimidation.
The bike came to a sharp halt. The rider swung one leg off, pulling off his helmet with an almost lazy motion, walking to his twin brother and glaring away the crowd.
"Ooh, I'd like to ride the rider."
"Tiffany! That's Jade Deveroux. Once he hit a student for yelling at him, then he hit a teacher for yelling at him about yelling at a student. That teacher now works as a Movie Theatre cashier."
"Should I yell at him, I can take a hit..."
Where Jonah was warm, Jade was ice-stone cold, no hint of charm at all. But he was still intriguing, alluring, mysterious. His dyed black hair, slightly longer and messier than his twin's brown shag, fell just enough to shadow his sharp, piercing eyes. He had the same striking bone structure, but with black eyeliner it made contrast-like he was sculpted to look dangerous. He didn't smile. He barely even acknowledged the stares he was getting.
Unlike Jonah, who had been immediately swarmed by students eager to introduce themselves, no one dared to approach Jade.
"The other twin..." someone whispered.
"He looks pissed off already."
"God, he's hot."
"You really shouldn't call on God as you're looking at a potential devil."
"Jade. Don't tell me you didn't get any sleep last night," Jonah mumbles to his twin as they enter the school together.
"I'm not telling you then," Jade shrugged. "If you're gonna criticize my sleeping habits, I'll have no choice but to criticize your love life. Mother is pissed you broke up with your girlfriend of 2 years. Should I tell her the truth, Jonah?"
Jonah felt a chill in his spine as he waves at a few girls greeting him. "Gosh, throw a paper on you and you'll throw a whole brick on me."
With a sarcastic smile, Jade opens the door to their classroom where Jonah entered first. "A brick on your face would look so good, though. It'll drive your annoying fans away."
"Don't call them annoying, they're the reason I'm gonna be Class President." Jonah went inside the classroom to greet his many friends and potentially run for class president as he always does. Meanwhile, Jade was held back because of an unusual sight in the school hallways. He wasn't able to get inside because he approached a group of male students currently intimidating a single man.
"... we'll tell everyone, Miller."
"You shouldn't even show your face here."
"You're nothing but a disgusting fa-" the boys pushed a guy harshly, but before he could fall, he ended up caught in the hands of a fierce Deveroux twin. The worse one.
"David," he sarcastically greets one of the bullies, "Did you just throw a person at me?"
"J-Jade..." the boys immediately stepped back. Jade noticed the scared young man in his arms and that clearbook in the students' hands that clearly don't belong to them.
"What's your name, nerd?" Jade glares at the guy he's holding. His eyes shaped like half moons, but still managed to be wide with fear.
"L-Lian... Miller..." (ref: Hu Yetao)
"I normally wouldn't care about you bullying a nerd. Hell," Jade clutched the guy harshly, "I'll bully this one myself. But I really don't like seeing your faces, it reminds me of the sad little pancakes your crackhead mom bakes. You turn a gay man straight with those cargo pants."
Despite being manhandled disrespectfully, Lian finds himself giggling at what Jade said.
"Don't laugh, nerd-you're wearing skinny jeans, you're worse than them," Jade glared at him, which made Lian shut up and avoid his gaze. "Give me his clearbook, David."
"H-here, man... we good?" David hands Jade the book with trembling hands, rightfully so, because this was one of the only time Jade smiles. And when he smiles, someone's about to cry.
He grabs the clearbook and spins it until the edge lands on David's neck, hurting him. Without taking a hand off Lian Miller, Jade uses his long legs to knee a guy right in the crotch before slapping the clearbook across his head.
Two down, and the others didn't want to join them, so they ran for their life. Jade finally releases Lian and hands him the book.
"Don't get used to this, nerd. I only did it because David snitched on my weed. Consider this a lucky day and just transfer schools."
"But... I can't..." Lian didn't get to answer Jade because he already left.
Lian watches him enter his classroom, which is awkward because it's the same classroom he's going into. A noisy one at that, except for Jade quietly listening to music at the back of the class with his feet up the table.
When Lian went inside, nobody paid attention to him. Most students were talking to the handsome and popular Jonah Deveroux. "Uhm... everyone...? Hi..."
Nobody realized he was even there. He didn't have the height for attention at 5'10, he didn't have much on his bones at 55kg. His parents are from China and he has only lived here for half his life. He looked very nerdy, unintimidating, with pale skin, small frame and small eyes. He has a gummy smile. His hair is neglected so it's a bit lengthy with overgrown bangs.
But everything seemed to fall into the right place in Jonah Deveroux's eyes. Lian's pale skin contrasted beautifully against his virgin black hair, lengthy enough that makes him look androgynous. His small eyes represent moons and they make it look like he's perpetually smiling. His smile itself is beautiful-awkward in an innocent way, but innocent nonetheless. His body comes with delicate slender hands that would feel nice against calloused ones. Everyone sees an awkward nerd, but all Jonah could see was him.
"Uhm... this class is kind of noisy..." Lian mumbles to himself, finding it difficult to catch their attention. He settled to write his name on the board. Jonah's eyes fell on the young and attractive man in front of the class and stayed there. Because he stopped talking, the girls stopped as well. Then the males followed.
"Oh, you settled down... how lovely," Lian happily claps his hand with those slender fingers, and the sudden silence made Jade pay attention from the back of the class. His eyes had to refocus in realization that this is the guy he helped in the hallway. "I am Li-An, your student teacher. Usually, your home room teacher should be supervising me but she's 9 months pregnant and about to go in labor, so please be sure to send her flowers."
His radiant energy and adorable genuine smile made the whole room light up, or just the area he's standing on.
"Wow..." Jonah suddenly says, making everyone look at him. Lian looked at him with a tilted head. "Sorry, you're just... beautiful."
"What?" Everyone burst into whispers as Lian himself turned red. "Did he just-?"
"Is he serious?"
"Jonah, what the hell?"
"Sorry, uhm-uhh, thank you, Mr. Deveroux." Lian knows who he is. The famous model, one year his junior. Taking advantage of the awkward silence he says, "Let's proceed with the election of class officers? Who are you guys electing for President?"
"I nominate Jonah Deveroux!" A girl excitedly yells out.
They nudged the out-of-focus Jonah Deveroux until he snapped out of it and stood up, flashing the teacher a million dollar smile. "Uhh... yeah, I uhh... accept."
"Great. Looks like everyone has their eyes on you, Mr. Deveroux." But in reality, Jonah only has his eyes on Lian.
LUNCH TIME
"This is the first time in my life I've ever witnessed peace while eating my mashed potatoes," says Jade as him and his twin have their meal in the cafeteria. "You're very quiet. I should thank the goblin that cut off your tongue."
Jonah can't keep his mind off: "Our student teacher... have I seen him before?"
"He was a Senior a year ago, duh. Of course you've seen him before, you've seen every class while trying to run for Student Council President. I was hoping you'd get a heart attack from running so much."
"He's cute."
"He's pathetic," Jade spat out.
A distracted Jonah only played with his macaroni and cheese. Then he squints his eyes at his twin, "It's not taboo if he isn't an official teacher yet, right?"
Jade almost choked on his potatoes. "Jonah. You haven't even came out to our parents yet, but you already want a boyfriend? F*cking get bullied first, like any other normal gay dude. I want to see you get shoved in a toilet seat and called a slur."
"As if somebody will bully me, Jade. Half the men in the modeling industry are gay." Jonah smiles, mainly while thinking of his cute student teacher. "He's too stylish to be straight, but he looked sexy with those jeans. Do you think he's gay?"
"He might as well, he's pulling no b*tches as an Asian twink..." Jade dismissively says, but then seriously adds, "I may have seen David and his friends bully him in the hallways for being gay. Allegedly. They threatened to tell everyone."
Jonah somehow looks very happy at this news. Jade shrugs, "Which isn't a big deal, every guy in theatre is gay. If he really wants public humiliation, he should lip sync Kendrick Lamar's verse on Like That."
"So I may have a chance... you think he'll let me take him out?"
"With a gun, or knife?"
"A date, Jade."
"I prefer a gun."

Author's Fun fact: Ashley creates the entire book before slowly updating, like Campus Gangsters. But readers quite literally steers the ships, and your feedback/comments causes the author to change the original storyline (which causes a bit of delay). When Campus Gangsters is finished and the author decides to write Tainted by Twins, the comments might have something to do with how this story goes.
