Hunters POV

I'm the luckiest guy in the world. I met this beautiful girl and now I get to call her my girlfriend. I mean is this a dream? I'm sounding like a girl right now but who cares.

When she asked me what we were I knew my answer immediately.

I want to take her on a date but I don't know what to do. I don't want to take her on a date and have her compare me to Connor. I want my date to be top notch, make her forget about those trashy dates they went too.

I'm scared shitless that Lily is going to run back to Connor or go with somebody else. I just feel like since something good is finally happening to me, I'm going to get it taken away.

" Hey bad boy."

I was picking up Lily because my mom wants to meet her. She knew since that night that there was a girl and I finally told her who she was. Of course she decided to have Lily for dinner and there was no reason to argue with her.

I smiled at her, " Hey princess."

She looked good well my baby always look good but you get what I mean. I can tell she tried to look nice and I don't know why because she can look good in jogging pants.

She saw me looking and smirked, " Like what you see?"

I nodded, " Most definitely but you didn't have to get all dressed up, it's just a dinner."

I think realization came back to her and her eyes widen. Wow that was quick.

" Just a dinner! I'm going to meet your mom! The lady that brought you into this world! What if she doesn't like me?!"

I laughed and she looked at me. Fuck didn't mean to do that. If looks can kill I would be dead.

" Princess she's going to like you."

" How do you know?"

" Because your a likable person and you make her son happy."

She smiled and nodded her head, " Okay."

I leaned in and pecked her lips. She shook her head and pulled me back and kissed me. I grabbed her face and pulled her closer even though I don't know how that was possible.

She pulled back and was breathing heavily, " Now that's a kiss."

I laughed, " Indeed it was, now we should go."

She nodded, " Right."

I pulled up to the house and I can tell she was still nervous but it wasn't like earlier.

I opened my door and walked around the car to open hers. The first couple of times she would open the door and I had to tell her a real man would always opened the door. She thought it was ridiculous but that's how I was raised and she should be used to it.

I took her hand and start walking to the door. I let her hand go so I can unlock the door. I opened it and looked at her and she smiled.

" Mom we are here."

Mom came out the kitchen, " Hey honey." She looked at Lily and smiled, " Good to know my son has good taste, Hi I'm Megan."

Lily laughed and stuck her hand out so my mom can shake it, " Hi, I'm Lily."

Mom looked at me, " What did you convince her with?"

" What?"

She laughed, " A pretty girl going out with you. Wow."

I shook my head, " Not funny, is dinner ready?"

Mom rolled her eyes, " Yes it is."

" Good because I'm starving."

" Hi Lily!"

Cole ran down the stairs.

" Hi Cole."

He jumped into Lily's arms and gave her a hug.

" When brother said you were coming over I got really happy and I helped mama make the cupcakes.

Mom sighed, " That was supposed to be a surprise Cole."

He slapped his forehead, " Oh right, forget I ever said anything. No cupcakes in this house."

Lily laughed, " Awe man too bad I really want some."

" Well sorry but we should eat the other good food."

Dinner was good. Of course mom had to embarrass me and bring out the baby pictures which Lily thought was so funny she decided to snap a few.

We were in my room . My room is pretty plain. Few pictures hanging on the wall, my bed, a desk and my trophies. I used to play soccer when I was a kid but stopped when my dad died.

Lily was looking at the trophies, " You must of been really good."

I shrugged, " I guess."

" But I'm better."

" Probably I don't play anymore."

She sat on my bed, " Why not?"

" Just stopped playing."

She nodded, " When your dad died?"

" Yup."

" Oh well okay, and by the way your room is boring."

I'm glad she changed the subject because I didn't want to think about that right now.

" Hey! I like my room thank you very much."

" Don't you want to spice things up?"

" Spice things up? I'm not a girl."

She slapped my arm, " You know what I mean but it's your room."

" What does your room look like?"

She smirked, " Come find out."

Fuck! Buddy stay down! I repeat stay down!

" Your going to kill me one day."

" Why honey bear."

I cringed, " Don't ever call me that."

" Okay tootsie pop."

" Oh my god! Stop."

She laughed, " Whatever you say sugar plum."

I pinned her down on my bed and start kissing her face all over."

She laughed, " Stop... that tickles."

I didn't stop, " Are you going to quit."

She nodded.

I stopped and got off of the bed.

" I can't believe you did that... butter biscuit."

This girl.

I dropped Lily off at home and went to Christians house. I opened the door to see where he is. I went up the stairs and was going to open the door when I heard,

" Go!"

" Don't stop!"

" Go all the way!"

I know to some other people that it might sound wrong but it's typical Christian watching Friday night football.

I walked in and he had the remote in his hand while he was standing on the bed.

" Good game?"

" Shut up."

I looked at the score and the team he was going for is losing.

" Oh they will catch up."

He gave me a look. You can't say anything around Christian when it comes to sports especially football.

" With 2 minutes left on the clock?!"

I shrugged, " It's possible."

He threw the remote at me. This is what I'm talking about.

" Go! Come on baby!"

What do you know, the team scored.

" What did I tell you?"

" Shut up, how was dinner?"

" It was fine, until mom pulled out the baby pictures."

He laughed, " I took mines out the book."

" I should of done that a long time ago."

He nodded, " Yes you should of but too late Lily  already saw them. Did she take pictures?"

" Yup."

He chuckled, " You're fucked."
