Chapter 32

30

Obsessed with Her.

Y/N's POV,

I woke up in cold sweat, my eyes were bulging out of their sockets, practically. I looked around, my eyes were trying to adjust in the darkness. I could see a dim light illuminating a corner of the dark room I was in. It was a lamp, and it simply gave light to the expensive-looking table it was set on.

"Hmm.." I felt someone breathing at the nape of my neck, causing the hairs on my body to rise- my body shaking.

Who was it this time? Andrew? Damien? It can't possibly be..

"Mr. Jong-suk?" I muttered under my breath. I dared not to look behind me, still pretending to sleep. I can't believe this is really happening.

I sobbed fruitlessly, muffling my sorrowful noises with the back of my hand.

Whoever it was, he was deemed to make my life a living hell once again.

"I know you're awake." I felt a voice whisper to my ear, nuzzling his nose in my hair.

"Dam- Damien..?" My whole body shook, it was him. The most notorious of them all.

"Look at me." He calmly pulled me closer, using his arms to turn my body towards him.

"See what all this running got you in?" He mutters in a somewhat calm yet dark tone. "You deserve punishment, angel."

"How did you know that I- How did you find-"

"Do not give me that fucking bullshit question, Y/N. Do you take me for a weak fool? I could've shoved you back to my room and chained you to my bed the moment you stepped into the fucking bus that took you to Bailey." He gripped my chin, inhaling fumes of anger.

"But I love chasing you down, though. It's fun to toy with you, kitten. I just love you so much." He forcefully administered a rough kiss against my lips, cutting off my oxygen.

"Mhm- Damien-!" I groaned, trying to push him away with my hands.

After a few minutes, he finally let go of my mouth, yet still gripped my face harshly.

"I wanted to see how far you could run. I just didn't know that Calvin had his eyes on you as well." I felt his fingers tighten, and I gasped.

"It really hurts, Damien." I sobbed, eyes wide with tears.

"And that fucker- that fucker just did that to you, didn't he?" He growled with absolute anger. Then he stood up from the bed and hurled a vase and it shattered into a thousand pieces on the far side of the room.

He then pivoted his eyes back towards me and I shook in fear as I curled myself into a ball.

"But you don't feel anything for that pig, don't you?" He grabbed both of my hands and pinned them above my head. "Don't you, little angel?"

"Because even if you're not supposed to, and you aren't because I would cut off your fucking legs if you did, I know you don't."

He then leaned and softly kissed my entire face, delivering butterfly kisses as though we were normal lovers enjoying ourselves.

"Because you love me. I know you do." He muttered against my mouth, slightly dragging his tongue over my lip gently.

"I felt it when you were screaming my name."

"No! I don't!" I blubbered through my tears, pulling away from his soft kisses.

"You need to let me leave, Damien."

"Okay, sure." He leaned back against the bed, his handsome face dimly illuminated by the light.

"You can run, Y/N. I'll give you a five-minute head start. If you can find your way out of the mansion and get your parents as well, I'll let you leave. I won't bother you for a year, to which you are given false hope of finding a place to hide, kitten." He caressed my face and pushed his thumb inside my mouth, massaging my tongue.

He pulls out his hand and gently licked on his thumb while staring at me seductively.

"Timer starts now, wife." He looks at his watch.

I processed what was happening and slowly backed away from him and stood up from the bed.

I looked around and spotted the door, and I still looked at him cautiously to see if he wasn't looking at me as I walked towards it.

"Your parents are at the house with at least ten cars, my love." He mused lighting a cigarette from the bed stand.

"Don't trip or fall, wife." He added seriously.

"I love you."

I ignored him as I rushed out of the room, my eyes hurt as everything gleamed and reflected from outside his mansion.

At the end of the hall, I saw two guards guarding Damien's room.

"Mrs. Huxley, you're not supposed to be out here." One of them shouted anxiously as I froze momentarily and finally started to run frantically.

"Get the lady!"

Everything felt like a blur as an alarm resounded all over the mansion and I felt feet scuttling behind me.

"We have to catch her! Go, go!"

I heard a loud, general-like voice ordering his men. Does Damien own an army?

As I open every door, I realized the safety lock was off, and I immediately spotted a huge door as I sped down the huge stairs leading to the second floor.

As I hit the bottom stair, I could feel men approaching me from every direction and I pushed myself to rush past them and opened the gate-like solid doors.

I rushed out barefoot, the guards on lookout shocked as they saw me running.

"LOCK THE FUCKING GATES, IDIOTS!" I hear Jace shout, but I didn't dare look behind me.

"The boss said not to lock them!" A guard shouted back.

I took this as a chance to slightly open the gate and rush out into the open. I froze for a minute, taking in my surroundings.

I was in a breathtaking space, I could see fields with grasses swaying in the wind in the area below. There were trees beside the road, but other than that the place was flat and green, making it difficult for me to hide in the open.

What was more terrifying was the rows and rows of houses within this huge patch of land. They were all different and grand in their own way.

I just didn't know where my parents could be.

As I ran, I was running downhill, this was the house in the highest altitude of the area. I concealed myself in the trees as I scurried away, realizing that the men had their cars.

I arrived at the first house, it was lavish and grand, like all the other houses.

I immediately scanned the cars and counted them, there were a perfect ten cars. I smiled in absolute joy, this was the house my parents were in.

I knocked on the door, yet heard no answer.

"Mom? Dad?" I shouted as I entered the house, it was unlocked.

Darkness. Absolute darkness and emptiness. There was no one there.

I backed away from the house, my heart dropping. As I ran back outside, I saw cars slowly descending the hill, as though taking their time.

I hurriedly check the other house. There were twelve cars. I grasped my hair in anxiety as I ran towards the third, seeing that it had fifteen cars.

"Your parents are at the house with at least ten cars, my love." I remember Damien say.

I fell on the floor and sobbed in frustration. Every house in this hell has at least ten cars.

And I'm only at the third. I look beyond and I see at least thirty.
