''So, you did that? I can't believe my son is getting so romantic nowadays'' Sakshi exclaimed with her hand on her chest dramatically looking at the video of the couple at the mall.

Since Abhi is a well-known man in the business world and famous among youngsters, the video went viral on social media leading to many comments.

Abhi rolled his eyes at his mom's overdramatic ways and looked at Sitaara sending her glare as she is on her 4th chocolate bowl of ice cream. She smiled innocently and gulped ice cream before her husband take it away.

''Am sure my kids are gonna eat chocolates, drink chocolates, bath with chocolates and also use chocolate soaps'' Abhi said mockingly.

''Enough. Let's go and sleep'' he said sternly making her withdraw her hand back when she was about to take another bowl. Nodding her head with a pout, she stood up with the help of Abhi holding her 7 months baby bump.

''Good night everyone'' she mumbled before walking to the guest room where they have been living since Abhi's accident.

She lay on the bed with Abhi beside her reading stories to her baby bump.

''....and the moral of the story is truth and justice will always prevail'' Abhi completed reading the story and looked at Sitaara who had tears in her eyes.

''Hey! What happened, sweetheart?' He asked cupping her cheeks.

''My back and legs are aching so badly. Now, I regret shouting at my mom. She must have borne all this unbearable pain and I, like bitch screamed at her many times'' she cried.

''It's okay, baby. Don't cry. Let me give your legs and back oil massage'' he said. She nodded her head.

''Yes, please. The pain is becoming unbearable'' she said. He nodded and started giving her massage to her legs followed by her back.

''Mani'' she whispered opening her arms. He smiled and hugged her.

''Are we gonna become good parents?'' She asked. He lifted his face from her neck and pecked her nose.

''Best. We are gonna become the best parents ever. And I don't need to doubt about you becoming the best mother because of the way you take care of me, the way make Dhruv walk in the best path, the advice you give to Naman and the way you treat Disha and Aarya as your sister, can say how you are best at handling the people. You even look after Ishitha, Daksh and Vanya like their own mother. You even look after my grandparents, my parents and uncle-aunt, like they are kids expresses how good you will be with your kids'' he said. She smiled.

''What about you? Will you be a good father like the best husband?'' She asked. He smiled.

''However I may be, you are there to direct our kids on the right path. And... though I love them, am not gonna express it as I will be with you. As you will be pampering them, I will be strict. Since you will be directing them the best past, I will hold their hands without letting them get diverted'' he said looking into her eyes. She smiled.

''Why don't you want to express your love for our kids?'' She asked.

''Because am only yours. I may become the best father for them but you, I will be your Mani who is only reserved to you, on whom only you have the rights to see the depth of my soul which you are pro at it on obviously'' he said.

''Why do you love so much?'' She asked. He smiled pecking her lips.

''Because only your the one who looked beneath my broken heart and mended it in your way bringing life in it once again. Because only you saw the pain my eyes held for years and you turned it into the sea of happiness. Because only you brought the smile on my lips with your little things which showed your love. Because you are not just Sitaara, but, you are the soul of Abhimanyu'' he said. She looked at him with tears and pulled him in a deep kiss. He smile between the kiss and let her dominate the kiss. Pulling back he rolled on his side scooping her in his arms.

''I wanted to say something for the past 15 days'' she said in his chest.

''Stop hiding about it, Taara. Tell it, I remember you wanted to say something when we were in the mall the other day'' he said caressing her hair. She hummed snuggling into him.

''Well, the thing is, Drithi loves your brother, Naman'' she mumbled lowly in his chest.

''I know that'' he said. She looked at him shocked.

''You knew?'' She asked. He chuckled at her expressions.

''Yes, I knew. We guys studied in the same school, Taara. I knew it when I was giving my 10th board. But Naman was so conservative guy and used to maintain his distance with girls. So, I didn't take a step to unite them because I know my brother wouldn't be able to process this and keep his distance with Drithi more'' Abhi said.

''You have done a great job. At least now unite them'' she said sarcastically.

''But how?'' He asked. She sat up and made him sit. He smiled and pulled her into his lap with her legs on either side of him. She blushed wrapping her arms around his neck.

''Now let's put a stop to our creepy romance and let me tell you simple plan I've planned reading novels'' she said. He raised his eyebrows.

''Office romance'' she whispered huskily.

''Like we did once after our honeymoon in my cabin?'' He asked with a mischievous smile as blood rushed to her cheeks.

''It wasn't just romance. It is called love making'' she said with a mischievous gaze making him hard.

He leaned to her to kiss, she palmed his mouth.

''Stop right there, Chowdary. No going further till next 3 years and now, let me continue the plan'' she said.

''Wait! Why three years?'' He asked.

''Because our kids will be around us and I don't want another kid until our first kids turn 3 completely'' she said shrugging her shoulders.

He looked at her accusingly.

''No back off from plans. You need to be away from me for the next 3 years or I will make it into 6. Now, the pla-''

''Kiss?'' He asked.

''That's allowed because our kids couldn't see your sulking face'' she said giggling. He chuckled and kissed her cheek.

''Continue'' he said. She nodded.

''In the evening when I spoke to Drithi, I came to know that she is moving to London with her father and gonna handle their company from there'' she said.

''Yes, uncle told me about it'' Abhi said. Sitaara nodded.

''I want you to stop them and make Drithi Naman's P.A. for at least 2 months. It works trust me'' she said last part in a whisper. He chuckled.

''Leave that to me. I will look into it'' he said. She grinned hugging his neck.

''Madam, don't get excited. Even am having a benefit in it, that's why I agreed'' he said thinking about Vikram's destruction.

''You are such an idiot! But I will forgive you because my brainless Naman gonna finds his soulmate'' she said and they felt a kick. Sitaara and Abhi laughed.

''See, even they want uncle Naman to get married to his soulmate, kada nana? (dear?)'' She asked placing Abhi's hand with her over his, on her belly. They felt another kick again making them giggle with tears.

''Now, let's sleep'' he said. She shook her head in no pouting.

''What? Don't you want to sleep?'' He asked.

''Let's go out. To eat chat. I know a place, it will be open all night'' she said excitedly. He shook his head in no.

''Yesterday, I took you to a ride and you caught a cold. Today, you ate 4 bowls of ice cream, it gonna affect you badly. If you are that desperate, I will take you day after tomorrow'' he said sternly.

''Mani, my baby, please'' she showed her puppy eyes. He smiled and pecked her lips.

''It's time to go for bed, baby'' he sang making her lie on the bed.

''Mani, please. Or else I will cry'' she said pouting. He covered her with a duvet and laid beside her pulling her in his embrace.

''Good night, love'' he mumbled kissing her hair. She punched in his stomach pushing him away and closed her eyes. He chuckled and wrapped his hand on her belly.

Soon, they both drifted into sleep.

Sitaara opened her eyes when she heard the alarm ring in low volume. She tilted her head to Abhi and saw him sleeping on his stomach with his hand wrapped around her stomach. Lifting it slowly in the air, she put his hand beside him. Without making a noise, she got down from the bed taking her phone and walked into the washroom. Peeking at Abhi through the door which is left ajar, she ringed to Aarya.

''Hello,'' Sitaara whispered.

''Hello, Jun. Am sleeping. Let's talk tomorrow'' Aarya said in a sleepy tone.

''Idiot! This is Situ, not your boyfriend, Arjun'' Situ hissed.

''What is it, Situ? Do you feel any pain? Where is anna? Shall I call the doctor? No! First, tell me where- '

''Aaru... Aaru, am perfectly fine'' Situ cut off Aarya.

''Then why did you call?'' Aarya asked.

''Let's sneak out'' she said.

''What?'' Aarya yelled.

''Don't shout! Yes, let's sneak out and got to our place where we used to hang out often at nights'' she said.

''Situ, anna will kill me. Go to bed and sleep'' Aarya warned.

''Fine! Don't come. Am going, if anyone asks me why I am not at home, am gonna tell everyone that Aarya is the one who sent me'' Sitaara blackmailed.

''Situ, that's cheating. You can't do that-''

''You know to whom your brother will listen to. So stop behaving like an obedient girl. I was the one who used to stand on another side of the compound wall to sneak you out. BTW, you owe me something for making Abhimanyu and our family agree to your relation with Arjun, do it now'' Sitaara said and smirked. Getting a positive reply from Aarya, Sitaara walked to the closet to change her clothes.

She dressed in a black tank top and black pants paired with a sage green coat over it. Tying her hair into a messy bun, she picked her wallet and moved to the hall only to find Aarya fuming.

Sitaara smiled sheepishly at her and held her hand.

''Let's go'' she whispered.

''Situ, think over it once again. Anna will get angry-''

''I've sneaked out of my mansion numerous times under my grandfather's watch but he couldn't stop me even once, you don't bother about your brother. One smile from me, he will melt right away like an ice'' she said though she is shivering from inside at the thought of Abhi knowing about her little sneak out plan.

Aarya sighed and covered her head with a hoddie cap and moved out. Locking the main door behind, they descended steps and finally got on to the ground.

''Okay! So how are we going?'' Aarya asked.

''I asked my racing friends to park the car in front of our mansion. We will get out of the mansion and finally, roam all the city'' Sitaara said grinning.

''Situ, you think it's necessary? You already know someone is behind the babies, why do we take risks?'' Aarya said worried for her friend and her nephew/niece.

''Your brother is making me do it. He didn't take me when I asked, so am left with no chance. BTW, the bastard killer can't come to my babies when their mother is with them. Now, stop rethinking and let's go'' Sitaara said. Aarya smiled contently at her seeing the same old Sitaara.

''Watchmen are wide awake, Situ. How can we sneak out?'' Aarya whispered.

''Backyard'' Sitaara whispered.

''There is no gate in the backyard'' Aarya said. Sitaara looked at her blankly.

''It's been 10 months, I've stepped into this house. I know that we are gonna jump off the compound wall'' Sitaara said.

''Situ, enough of your madness. If something happens to babies? No! I can't take that risk'' Aarya said sternly.

''Stop proving that you are Abhimanyu's sister with your overprotectiveness. Let's go or I will go myself'' Sitaara said walking to the backyard. Aarya sighed and followed her praying that nothing bad should happen.

Aarya arranged rocks to jump and she climbed onto the wall and sat on it.

''Your turn, step-''

''I know. Am pro in this kind of things'' Sitaara cut off Aarya showing her hand. Aarya smirked.

Sitaara stood on the rocks and tried to jump but couldn't. Aarya giggled. Sitaara flared her nose and tried to jump again but failed miserably due to the baby bump.

''Situ, see let's back off. Even your kids are opposing it'' Aarya said.

''I won't-''

''Fuck!! Hurry up, Situ. Watchman is coming towards us'' Aarya said panicked. Sitaara turned back and saw the watchman coming towards them.

''Babies, mumma gonna do an adventure under your grumpy father's watch, please co-operate'' she mumbled to her belly.

''Thief! Thief! Thief!'' Watchman started screaming.

''Situ fast, lights turned on in mom's room. They will be here soon'' Aarya yelled extending her hand out for Sitaara.

''I love your little stunt, sweetheart'' she heard a deep masculine voice and felt his hand snaking around her belly and chin dropping on her shoulder.

''I love you too, Mani'' Sitaara turned back with an innocent face and pecked his lips.

''Thief! Thief! Th...'' watchman trailed off seeing Abhi with Sitaara in his arms.

''Aarya, what are you doing there?'' Aman and Sakshi asked in unison. Aarya smiled awkwardly and got down while Abhi was glaring at Sitaara and she was peppering kisses on his face to calm him down.

''Did you both try to sneak out Aarya?'' Naman asked rubbing his eyes. Aarya hung her head low.

''No, Naman. Your dear sister in law gonna do adventure and get her name in Guinness book'' Abhi said mockingly looking into Sitaara's eyes.

''Mani-''

''Shut up, just shut up, Sitaara. Have you gone mad? Don't you know you are pregnant? Didn't you think of babies even once? What would happen to them if you tried to jump and fell? I told you, I will take you tomorrow but can't wait for the next 24 hours? Grow up, woman! You are gonna become a mother now'' Abhi yelled his lungs out, on her face making her eyes fill with tears.

''Anna, Situ isn't-''

''Shut up Aarya. If I hear a single word from you, am gonna chop you into pieces. She is always immature and still thinks of her as a crazy teenage girl, what about you? Don't you know what she is surrounded with? How can you-''

''Don't scold her. It was my-''

''I told you not to open your mouth, Sitaara'' Abhi cut off her harshly and turned to Aarya.

''You are grounded for the next 3 months. Naman take her phone wallet and block everything, her cards, phone'' Abhi ordered.

''Anna-''

''Do it, Naman'' Abhi cut off Naman. Naman silently took Aarya's wallet while she was wiping her tears.

''It was my mistake. I forced her. Why are you punishing her?'' Sitaara yelled. Abhi gritted his teeth and held her jaw tightly.

''Abhi'' Sakshi and Anjali warned.

''Back off'' he said dangerously making Sakshi and Anjali step back. Abhi turned to Sitaara with raging eyes.

''If not you were pregnant, I would've smacked you-''

He stopped when he felt a kick in his guts again. Sitaara giggled with tears.

''You can never smack me. I have my little bodyguards. And, never hurt a woman how much angry you are, Mani'' she said wiping her tears and caressing her belly. Abhi stepped back controlling his rage.

''Taara, taara, Sitaara, Sitaara'' he chanted in his mind trying to control his anger and opened his eyes turning to watchmen.

''What the hell were you doing when both these women almost sneaked out?'' Abhi screamed at them. Sitaara gritted her teeth looking at the watchman who shouted when she was about to sneak out.

''You all are fired'' Abhi said pointing his finger out at 3 watchmen who stood there with heads hung down.

''Yes, you have fired idiot. How dare you shout and wake them all?'' Sitaara yelled pulling the watchman's hair and bending him down hitting on his back with her elbow.

''Taara/ Situ move back. Leave him'' everyone shouted trying to pull her back.

''No! I won't. He ruined my plans. How dare he? This idiot uncle is the first one who made Sitaara's plans flop'' Sitaara yelled still beating him.

Dhruv and Naman were looking at her with jaw touching the ground while Aman and Suman were completely in shock to see their daughter in law in the form of goddess Durga ma.

''Sitaara'' Abhi warned and swept her off her feet and started moving inside. Walking to his, he closed the door with his leg while Sitaara was still cussing the watchman.

''Sleep. Calm down. I will take you tomorrow'' he said making her lie down on the bed. She closed her eyes and started crying loudly making him startle.

''What happened?'' He asked cupping her cheek. She swatted his hands crying.

''Sweetheart, what happened?'' He asked.

''You! You scolded me badly in front of everyone. Why do you have to behave like my grandfather? I hate you. Don't touch me'' she cried palming her face.

''Am sorry. Am extremely sorry. Even you know what could happen if you hurt yourself. Tell me, how can I be calm if anything happens to you and our kids? I love you Sitaara. I can't lose you. Am sorry'' he said cupping her cheek.

She hugged him crying in his chest and wiped her nose on his vest. He smiled wrapping his arms around her.

''Am sorry too. I won't pull out such stupid stunts again'' she mumbled in his chest.

''Sachi?'' He asked. She looked at him with a smile remembering Viraj who used to ask the same as him.

''Sachi, pumpkin?'' He asked again. She giggled with tears and nodded her head.

''Muchi, Mani'' she said. He smiled and kissed her forehead.

''Don't punish Aarya'' she said. He nodded.

''For you'' he said. She smiled.

''Okay, now, go and change your dress'' he said. She nodded and changed her dress. Later both slept in each other's arms peacefully.

5 days later,

Abhi and Sitaara were on their way to the hospital for a check up. Tomorrow it's Sitaara's baby shower, so all the Shetty men along with Naman and Dhruv too were busy with arrangments, so Arjun was taking them to hospital as Abhi can't trust his drivers with Sitaara and Babies.

Abhi hung the call and turned his head to Sitaara and saw her hands shivering as sweat beads were pricking down her temples. He held her shivering hands in his and found them wet making him frown.

''Sweetheart'' he called softly. She looked at him with tears.

''Why are you crying? This isn't our first time we are gonna see our babies'' he whispered wiping her tears. She let out a painful sob making Arjun apply breaks all of a sudden.

Abhi immediately held Sitaara so that she don't fall in front due to sudden breaks and glared at Arjun. He muttered sorry and started the car again.

''What happened, Sitaara?'' He asked. She held his hand and put it on her stomach.

''They love you a lot, Abhimanyu. They love their dada a lot. Please protect them no matter what'' she cried.

''Shh...baby, stop crying-''

''I don't get good vibes, Mani. Am sacred. My mother instincts are telling me something negative. Please save them'' she cried.

''I will. I will save you and our babies. I promise. I promise, Sitaara. No one can harm our babies'' he said cupping her cheek.

''Mani, I feel so low. I feel heaviness in my heart. It is making me restless. So restless that it feels like my heart is want to jump out'' she cried. He hugged her and stroked her back soothingly.

''See, love, no one can harm our babies. If you are afraid because of what happened at Akarsh's cradle ceremony, then don't be scared. I have set up CCTV cameras everywhere and my men will be watching everyone and every corner of the mansion. There were nearly 15 men and 15 women between the relatives keeping an eye on them. Even food you are gonna eat will be made by me. Everything is under control and no one can harm you or Samhith and Viraj'' he said. She controlled her sobs and hugged him closer.

Abhi gestured for Arjun to stop by a place so that Sitaara can calm down. Arjun nodded and pulled the car at a park.

Abhi tried to pull back but she tightened her hold around him.

''Please, don't leave me. I feel so low. I need you now'' she whispered in his neck. He hummed and wrapped his arms around her. Arjun smiled at the couple and got down the car ringing to Riaan and Aarya who are together on some shopping.

Abhi caressed her hair as Sitaara was sniffling with trembling lips and closed eyes.

''Sitaara'' he whispered softly. She hummed.

''Let's get down. You need some fresh air, after 10 minutes we will drive to the hospital'' he said. She pulled back nodding her head. Abhi got down and helped Sitaara to get down.

They both walked inside the park and he helped her to sit on a bench.

''Arjun, can I get some water?'' Sitaara asked. Arjun nodded and ran to the car to fetch water from her bag. Once he came back with a water bottle, she gulped water.

''Boohhh'' someone screamed from behind and Sitaara punched on their nose turning back getting scared.

''Ouch!! Situ, it was me. Rio'' Riaan said in between his yelps. She chuckled while Abhi looked at her proudly at her reflexes.

''Am sorry. I was a little stressed already and you shouting frightened me'' Sitaara shrugged her shoulders and laughed at Riaan who scowled at her.

''Even after years, you still use me as your punch bag'' Riaan pouted making Arjun, Aarya and Situ chuckle.

''Situ, look at that boy who is getting beaten by a girl'' Aarya pointed at the girl and boy. Sitaara giggled seeing them.

''That's Rio and Situ'' Arjun laughed.

''Now, look at that boy who is fighting with other boys'' Situ pointed at another boy who was fighting with other boys and made them get off the swing and give it to his girlfriend. He gave a push after making sure she sat comfortably and the girl laughed. Sitaara and Riaan looked at Aarya and Arjun who used to behave the same when they were kids. Arjun quickly stole a peck from Aarya's lips finding her cute.

''Arjun'' Abhi warned.

''You made my sister pregnant but I can't kiss your sister, that's unfair'' Arjun whined.

''I married your sister, Arjun'' Abhi reasoned out.

''Fine, am marrying your sister. We are waiting for your babies delivery, or else even I used to sit beside your sister while she is pregnant'' Arjun said.

''Don't dare to touch her'' Abhi warned. Sitaara slapped his hand.

''Don't you dare to involve in their personal'' Sitaara muttered. He let out an annoying sigh.

''Hey, Situ look at those same girls and boys, another boy joined with biscuits. Seems like it's we five'' Aarya squealed. The friends smiled with tears as they felt all their childhood is playing in front of them. At that moment, they just forgot everything reminiscing their happy childhood while Abhi was listening to their stories.

When Abhi felt Sitaara is all fine and calmed down, they went back to the car. Arjun, Abhi and Sitaara got into the car while Riaan and Aarya got onto Riaan's bike as they came on it. Together they reached to hospital.

''Your babies are perfectly fine, Mr and Mrs Abhimanyu. Actually, they seem to be more than healthy'' the doctor said making the couple happy. Riaan who accompanied the couple grinned from ear to ear hearing babies are doing well. It was the first time he saw babies and heard their heartbeats. At that moment, his heart swelled in happiness for his best friend who has gone through a lot.

''Compared to your earlier condition, I can clearly say there is a huge improvement in babies health. But Mrs Abhimanyu, you still seem weak'' the doctor said.

''No, am strong. See'' saying this Sitaara punched in Riaan's stomach. The doctor chuckled while Abhi slapped his forehead at his crazy wife.

''It's not that, Mrs Abhimanyu. But internally you are too weak to handle babies. It will create a lot of problems while delivering the babies'' the Doctor said making Abhi's heart scutter in fear.

''Does she need any mediations doctor? She goes on a walk every day, eats only healthy food, fruits at proper timing and juice is a must. She takes tablets at the correct time too. Tell me, doctor, if she needs any advanced treatment, I am ready to look into it right away'' Abhi said. Sitaara sighed and held his hand while Doctor looked at him as if she saw a ghost.

''Any kind of medications aren't required, Mr Abhimanyu. Just make sure she takes bed rest for the rest of the two months'' the Doctor said. Abhi nodded.

''Then, tomorrow, it's her baby shower. Should I stop it? I can't risk her and my babies health doctor'' Abhi said. Doctor chuckled.

''Mr Abhimanyu, she is fine. It's just she needs a little more rest. You guys can go on with your ceremony. It isn't gonna affect your wife's and babies health'' she said scribbling medicines on a prescription while Riaan excused himself for a call.

''Here, get these medications. Those are a rare one, Mr Abhimanyu. Currently, our pharmacy doesn't have stock, just go to other pharmacies and get them. I will check once'' the Doctor said forwarding the prescription. Abhi looked at it wriggling his eyebrows as he never saw Aastha taking this kind of tablet during her pregnancy.

''It's for weakness inside the body, sir'' the doctor added and her nervousness didn't go unnoticed by Abhimanyu. He nodded brushing off suspicious doubts and stood up.

Sitaara held him suddenly when she felt a painful kick on her belly. Tears filled in her eyes.

''Are you fine, taara?'' He asked. She thinned her lips and put his palm on her belly.

''They are kicking badly. It's paining. Don't go, they are kicking as if they don't want you to leave them'' she whispered with tears.

''Ahhh...'' she screamed Abhi looked at her with tears.

''Doctor, what's happening with her? She is still on her 7 and half months. They can't be labour pains right?'' Abhi asked as Sitaara was crying in pain while babies kept on kicking.

''It's a normal thing, Sir. Sitaara cope up, take deep breaths. Don't panic. Relax'' the doctor said soothingly. Sitaara did as she told but kicks continued.

''Don't go. Send Rio or Jun'' she said to Abhi crying clinging to his right arm. He wiped his tears nodding his head and tried to call Riaan but his phone was busy. He called Arjun, it was switched off.

''Damn! Doctor, do something or we will buy these after some time'' he said.

''Mr Abhimanyu, stop crying. It's so common to feel more pain than usual as it's twins. You go and get tablets. Other patients of mine are waiting'' Doctor said. Abhi looked at Sitaara's belly with blurred vision.

''Kiss them. They need your love and support'' she whispered smiling in between her tears. He smiled nodding his head and kissed her belly.

''Shall I go?'' He asked. She nodded but held his hand in a death grip.

''I will find Arjun and give this to him and come back'' he said kissing her forehead. She nodded. He was about to move back, she pulled him holding his collar and slammed her lips on his.

''You can go now'' she mumbled against his lips. He hummed and went out pecking her lips.

''Is it fine, doctor? These kicks? I mean they do it often but now it was so hard'' she asked.

''Sitaara, you are carrying twins. It happens as it's your 3rd trimester'' the Doctor said. Sitaara nodded trying to hold the pain as kicks became rapid.

Abhi walked out and found only Aarya.

''Where are Riaan and Arjun?'' Abhi asked.

''Riaan got a call, he asked Arjun to accompany him somewhere as they went to get something required for tomorrow's ceremony'' Aarya said. Abhi nodded looking around and found a few male doctors looking at Aarya in a bad way.

''Sitaara is crying due to pain. Be with her, I will get medicines'' Abhi said though he wanted to be with Sitaara sending Aarya.

Aarya nodded and gave Arjun's car keys so that he can use them in case if it's needed.

''I will back soon'' Abhi mumbled looking into his phone as Kabir rang him.

''Hello'' lifting the call Abhi walked away. As she was about to walk into the room, Sitaara is in, she heard a baby crying. Turning to the right she saw a girl around 2 years old crying, she immediately ran to her.

''Why isn't Mani coming yet?'' Sitaara mumbled for the nth time as it's been 10 minutes since Abhi left.

''Those medicines are rare ones, Sitaara. BTW, tell me, do you feel that thing sometimes?'' Doctor asked sitting on edge of the table. Sitaara looked at her confused.

''I mean many ladies asked it but you never complained about it, so I brought it up'' Doctor added as she leaned to Sitaara and placed her hand on Sitaara's nape. Sitaara blushed understanding what the doctor meant.

''Com'on Sitaara, don't feel shy. Am still 28, you can share it with me'' the doctor said. Sitaara smiled biting her lips and nodded her head.

''Sometimes, I feel. But he always stays by me looking after my every need which is enough for me to satisfy my romantic thoughts which invade my brain'' Sitaara said. Doctor smiled. Suddenly Sitaara felt dizzy and her eyes blurred.

''Doctor, I-I feel dizzy'' she said.

''It's okay. I told you, you are weak. That's why it must be happening'' the doctor said filling some fluid in the syringe while Sitaara's eyes are turned more blur.

''What's that?'' She whispered leaning back.

''Just an injection for energy. Don't worry'' the doctor said.

''Let Mani come, doctor. I can't take its pain alone'' Sitaara whispered.

''If he comes and sees your condition he will surely cancel the ceremony. You want to miss such an important thing a woman likes to have?'' Doctor asked chuckling. Sitaara too chuckled.

''He loves me a lot and no wonder if stops the ceremony'' Sitaara whispered as the doctor injected her.

''You will feel better now'' the doctor said moving back. Sitaara smiled.

''Thank you, doctor. Don't tell him I felt dizzy. He panics for everything when comes to me and I can't make him anymore tense'' she said with a smile. Doctor nodded.

Soon, Abhi entered inside. Sitaara smiled at him.

''Didn't Aarya come inside? How do you feel now?'' He asked to pass medicines to the doctor.

''No, she didn't. Am feeling better now'' Sitaara smiled. He kissed her forehead sighing in relief.

''Everything is perfect, Mr Abhimanyu's. Meet you again in no time'' the doctor said. Abhi nodded and helped Sitaara to stand. They both walked out and soon reached home as Arjun and Riaan came back.

Sitaara's eyes twinkled seeing decorations. The whole mansion is decorated with lights, tents in the garden, flowers.

''Babies did you see how much thatha (grandfather) decorated for you both? So beautiful, isn't it?'' She asked and felt a weak kick. She giggled.

''Beautiful, right?'' She asked Abhi. He smiled nodding her head.

They both walked inside and found Kabir talking to Sid.

''Kabir Bhaiyya'' she screamed. He turned and saw Sitaara walking to him fastening her steps. He opened his arms and hugged her tightly.

''How are babies?'' He asked. She narrowed her eyes.

''I know your husband takes care of you like you are a baby that's why I directly asked about your cutie pies'' Kabir said chuckling. Sitaara smiled.

''They are fine it seems. The doctor said it a while ago'' she said. Kabir smiled and kissed her forehead.

''I have a surprise for you'' he said. She grinned showing her hands. He laughed.

''It's a person, not a thing'' he said and turned to his right.

''Pihu'' he called and a beautiful woman in her late 20's talking to Kyathi and Navya turned to him. He gestured for her to come to him.

''Sitaara, she is my wife, Pihu, a gynaecologist and Pihu, this is Sitaara, Viraj's ex-girlfriend'' he mumbled lowly at the end as Abhi stood beside Sitaara.

''Oh my god, I finally met you Pihu di. I heard a lot about you from Raj and after years I saw you finally'' Sitaara said. Kabir chuckled at her excitement.

''Even I heard a lot about you from Viraj and Kabir. And, I already fell in love with you'' Pihu said.

''Oh sorry! Am in love with my husband. I can't give up on him'' Sitaara said dramatically making everyone chuckle.

Soon, they all had dinner together. Abhi and Sitaara slept in each other's arms peacefully.
