In a luxurious suite in the hotel, Iris and Ruth helped a drunken Leon to the room.

It was already late, so Ruth left Iris behind to handle Leon while she returned to her room to rest.

After Leon laid down on the bed, Iris wiped Leon’s face with a wet towel. She took off Leon’s jacket and shoes, helping Leon carefully.

“Leon, get some sleep, I’ll go back to my room to rest,” Iris gently pulled up the sheets for Leon before t urning around to leave.

However, before she could even take a step forward, her wrist was grabbed by Leon.

She turned around to see that Leon already opened his eyes at some point. His eyes were incredibly cl ear, not looking drunk at all!

“Leon, you’re not drunk?” Iris was surprised.

“Of course! With my strength, there’s no way regular alcohol would get me drunk,” Leon said.

“If you weren’t drunk, then why were you pretending to be?” Iris asked curiously.

“If I didn’t do that, how would I have fooled you into taking care of me?” Leon said meaningfully.

After Leon and Iris had that magical night, he treated Louisa for the next few days. So he never had a chance to be intimate with Iris.

Coming to Seacove City, he planned on just getting two rooms. Iris and he would share one, while Ruth would stay in the other.

However, Iris was too shy. Since Ruth was there, Iris insisted on having a room each.

He was naturally not very happy about that, so he pulled a trick to get Iris to stay in his room.

what are you trying to do?” Iris’s heart shook a little, quickly understanding what Leon wanted. After tha t, there was a blush on her face.

“What do you think? Iris, it’s getting late. Let’s get some rest!” Leon said passionately. He pulled Iris into his arms.

“H–how could we? What if Ruth finds out?!”

Iris was completely red in the face. She struggled symbolically a few times but failed to escape Leon’s

warm embrace.

“So what? We’re lovers. It’s fine even if Ruth finds out!” Leon said, unperturbed.

“But-” Iris was still hesitant.

“There’s nothing to be afraid of! We have nothing to hide anyway. From now on, let’s stay together. We’l “Leon, y–you reek of alcohol. You should take a shower first!”

Iris was completely embarrassed. She tried one last struggle, wanting to leave while Leon was in the sh “Alright, let’s go together,” Leon said.
