“Everyone, don’t worry! I’ve spoken to Leon a few times before this. He’s quite a decent character. He’s not someone who would do something like that! I don’t think he’ll treat us like that,” George forced out a smile, trying to console the others in the family.

However, before he could even finish saying what he wanted to, he suddenly heard some frantic footsteps. Ruth walked into the main hall.

“Ruth, why are you here?”

George was surprised to see Ruth there. An uneasy feeling surfaced in his heart.

“Grandfather, it’s like this. Elder Young asked me to tell you that he hopes you’ll declare your loyalty for Leon and follow Leon from now on…”

Ruth gave a brief explanation, but before she could even finish, the Collins were in an uproar the next instant!

“It actually happened!”

“I can’t believe Leon is already aiming for us right after he toppled the Fields!”

The elders were all furious.
