Eugene knew his son better than most and immediately figured that Nigel attempted to force himself on the two women and ended up being defeated by Leon instead.

“I don’t care! All I know is that Leon injured Nigel and he has to pay!” Eugene said forcefully.

“Why you!” Penny was frustrated at how unreasonable he was but knew that there was nothing much she could do.

“Penny, don’t waste your time! I am dying to see how he is supposed to make me pay!” Leon said coldly.

Nigel abducted Cynthia and Ruth, while Eugene refused to see the reasons and insisted on taking Nigel’s side. Leon was not one to remain quiet when someone tried to bully him and he was running out of patience.

“What? Leon, have you gone mad?” Penny could not believe what she just heard.

Though Leon managed to defeat Nigel with one blow, she could tell that Leon was in the Semi–

Overlord State at best, or Nigel would not be able to escape from Leon at all.

Eugene and Damian were the best martial artists of the Scammells‘ second generation, and they reached the Peak Overlord State.

If Leon was only in the Semi–Overlord State, he would be doomed for challenging Eugene to a fight.

“How arrogant! You asked for this! I’m going to kill you!” Eugene roared and gathered his true energy onto his fists.

“Hang on! Uncle Eugene, Leon had a reason to injure Nigel. This isn’t his fault! Nigel might be injured, but he is mostly fine. Why don’t we just put a stop to this now?” Penny shouted.

She knew that Nigel was at fault, but since Leon severely injured him, it could be said that Nigel was punished accordingly and she wished for nothing but for everyone to let it go without a fight.

“No!” Leon scoffed.

He was enraged that Nigel tried to defile Cynthia and Ruth, and he considered himself merciful for not killing Nigel on the spot, so it was impossible for him to simply let Nigel go.

Leon was determined to break Nigel’s legs to seek revenge for Cynthia and Ruth. that However, before he could object to Penny’s idea, Eugene interrupted him and said, “no! There’s no way I’m letting this go! He injured Nigel and I’m going to make him pay!” Eugene said coldly with determination.

“Why you! Uncle Eugene, you’re way out of line here!” Penny’s expression darkened and despite her gentle character, she was enraged by Eugene’s unreasonable tone.

“So what if I am out of line? I’m warning you, Penny. Stay out of the way! If you keep standing there, I won’t be held responsible if you were hurt by accident!” Eugene threatened.

“I am not going anywhere!” Penny said sternly and stood still before Leon.
